“Traveled with Mom and BF”
It was quite a challenging stay lol firstly, the location is superb. We were as literal as the name, “central” it’s very accessible to food, MTR, Jenny’s Cookies, Don Donki, everything! The ladies staff speaks english, very polite and helpful. However, the old guy doesnt understand english and kinda rude and difficult to talk to. As for the facilities, there was available refilling station for the water and its free! There’s microwave also all in the reception area. It has both cold and hot shower/water. The AC works, the tv works, there’s wifi and window. Like all that i saw in other reviews too, the room is as accurate as the photos like there was one double bed and one single bed - which i booked. The problem was there was no bidet, the wallpapers are imperfect and the part of the ceiling’s chipped off. It was so off but the room’s clean and the towels clean, they also provide slippers and coffee and tea, there’s also teapot. There’s also mini fridge. That was the problem, the walls are thin and wallpapers arent perfect they’re peeling off. The AC water outlet also had problem so it was dripping inside they tried to have it fixed with their maintenance, so they transfered us to another room for the night only (free of charge) while they fix it, but when we went back there was still a bit of dripping but not so much. They did provide extra towels for it. We asked to stay to the temporary room they gave us, since we were willing to pay to avoid hassle but the rooms are fullybooked except for that night so we had to go back to our original room with the dripping AC. But overall, it was a good stay. The room is bigger also than the one i booked on Singapore.
