Great stay”
It is located near to MRT and within walking distance. The bed was comfortable but the air-condition was too warm even at temperature 18 degrees Celsius. Overall, a great stay here for 2 nights.

Beware with travel chargers”
They got their outlet wired in such a way that you need travel adapter that has three elements (all universal travel adapters only has two elements of contact). So your universal travel adapter won't work in this hotel. Normal common plastic Singapore outlet adapter also won't work. ONLY three elements Singapore outlet adapter that they 'conveniently' sell in the hotel can work. They won't lend you, you have to purchase it from them, and you have no choice because all universal adapters won't work in this hotel, common plastic adapters also won't work.

Location was convenient. Hotel look and interior was very aesthetic. Room was big and spacious as we got a free upgrade to king when we paid for Queen. Tv had netflix and YouTube. Wouldn't mind coming back. Two towels were abit dirty but didn't bother as we didn't use it.

We’re here for 3 nights. The room was quite small but worth the money. Room was very clean. Staffs were helpful. The location near Chinatown MRT.

his hotel just give priority to walk-in customer and last priority to pre-booking customer via others platform such as Agoda. There was higher level room available but gave to walk-in customer who came in after us. Required higher level with quiet room, but give us ground floor with terrible noise at mid-night & early morning. Call to desk to complaint but no one answering phone. This is the most terrible stay experience in Singapore.

Exceptional”
I transferred from a capsule hotel because I realized that the former was not for me. This hotel was able to accommodate me late at night, and they have an area behind the lobby for luggage even after check-out. The place/room is clean, and I absolutely love the privacy. I may consider booking here next time that I'm in SG.

If you are looking for a minimalist stay in chinatown. it has been recently renovated so the facilities are still fresh and neat. the room is small but comfortable. cleanliness was good on my stay. No problem to be mentioned for a "budget" category in Singapore.

Value for money”
We had a great stay in this hotel. It is very accesible and very near an MRT station. They also have elevators so you won't have to carry your luggage to the upper floors. They also clean the room everyday. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

will be nice hotel when construction is finished”
The lobby and gardens are currently under construction, once they are are finished this should be a very cool hotel. For now it is just the rooms (perhaps not all, not sure) and a small temporary entry you see in this first photo. Rooms are small and mine was viewless, but it was well designed for such a tiny space. Location is fabulous. Staff is polite and helpful. Construction is a bit annoying.

Great location but zero storage”
I don't think you can have a better location than this hotel. It is smack in the middle of Chinatown and just a block over from the Chinatown MRT station. My only complaint is that there is zero storage in the room. No closet, no drawers, nothing. We had to keep our clothes in our suitcases the whole time we were there. Thankfully there was an area under the bed to move them out of the way so we wouldn't step on them since the room wasn't that big.

Great Place”
I was a solo female traveller and stayed here for 5 nights and the staff were very polite and courteous and had a very comfortable stay. The bus stops and metro is very nearby. Also i personally liked food from some shops in china town point center. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a clean and comfortable stay with a private washroom.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was overall nice, very good location. The washroom was clean. I do think the cleaning could be more thorough in certain areas (ie. between the bed and window).

spectacular boutique hotel”
stayed at the revamped shophouse style hotel with my partner and couldn't have enjoyed it more. thanks to the receptionist, for the room upgrade. love the new facade and design, super clean, sleek and worth the money!
