Great location”

Very nice hotel in the middle of Copenhagen. The hotel is placed very close to bus, metro, train and so on. You have a nice park beside the hotel. You are close to many thing, like castle, restaurants, tivoli. The place "Stroget" is very close where there have the big shooping area. The airport, Kastrup, is only 15 minuts from the town. Nice city...

Ecellent location”

the hotel was very conveniently located in regards to the metro and bus systems. also on the weekend it was nice to be so close to all the restaurants and major tourist attractions. the room was quite small but adequate for a single traveler. the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful but there were a couple that were a little grumpy. overall a good hotel to stay in and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone staying in Copenhagen.

Great all round hotel”

This was a great hotel, near to the centre of Copenhagen. Unfortunately the nearest Metro station wasn't that close but the proximity to Rosenborg Castle more than made up for it. The rooms were smart and well maintained. Staff were friendly and gave great advice. Finally, breakfast was great!

Excellent value in good location”

Just a 5 minute walk to Nyhavn, Stroget, Amalienborg and Rosenborg Slot. Comfortable room with excellent bathroom. Free tea/coffee/snacks available all day cannot be under-estimated in a city where two coffees after a day sightseeing can cost nearly £10.

Value for Money + Excellent Location”

If you really want to see all the main cultural / architectural attractions in the heart of the city this hotel is the best when it comes to location. The staff were very helpful; there's free tea/coffee/biscuits/fruit during the entire day which is fantastic. Excellent Wifi. Bedding and towels were exceptionally clean - only complaint is that there were some strange small marks on the headboard of the bed and on the curtain. Moreover, I'd definitely stay again (especially as a solo traveller) wanting to be in the city centre.

Adaquate room,great breakfast”

We found the room to be simple for the money but clean,comfortable bed,and quiet.The shower drained slowly and the toilet flushed slowly....There was no counter space or storage space in the bathroom which was awkward and no electrical outlet in bathroom.The staff were great,especially the early morning person doing breakfast (sorry we didn't get her name). Breakfast was very nice and the hotel offeres coffee,juice,water and cookies throughout the day,which was a nice touch. Hotel location was wonderful.15 minute walk to Norreport Metro,close to Nyhavn canal and Rosenberg castle.

Pros: Location Excellent breakfast Staff are excellent Cozy atmosphere Quiet Clean Con: Needs an update re: decor but if it keeps prices reasonable the who cares. It's a lovely little hotel. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great location and friendly staff”

The hotel is centrally located - small rooms but nice and clean. A good choice if there is overnight stay, and tours in the city. We will certainly use the hotel again for one or a few nights. Breakfast is okay and plentiful.

Great location, nice big room.”

Although the room was pretty plain and a bit tired looking it was very comfortable. It was quite large so we weren't bumping into each other. Breakfast was quite nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked for a late checkout as our flight wasn't till 5pm and they were happy for us to stay until 2pm. Overall we had a lovely 3 days at this hotel.

Great boutique property in dt Copenhagen ”

Enjoyed it thoroughly. The breakfast was a perfect representation of a European style breakfast, the staff was helpful, room was clean and hotel was centrally located to nightlife, restaurants, attractions, etc... Cloe to the kings garden, Nyhavn, anything you need just steps away.

Best location with several problems”

We've spent 9 nights in this hotel, in a room with three beds. I believe its location is the best. The 24hrs Tea/Coffee & cookies is a great idea. But there were a few problems: the mattress were too soft, we had several days with bad smell- maybe stench from the garbage container on the backyard effected by the hot weather (so rooms towards the street might be better), there is no AC and it was pretty hot those days (26-19 degrees Celsius).

We stayed there twice in 2 weeks and the service both times was wonderful, the breakfast was great and you couldn't beat the location, 1/2 a block from the "King's Garden" and 3 blocks from Nyhaven. Great vacation hotel. Thank you very much for everything.

Exceptional”

Great lo location. Very easy to get to from airport. 10min walk from norroport station. Hotel was clean and breakfast was good. Would come back again

Nice.hotel good service ”

Your greeted by friendly multilingual staff that is very helpful and informative. The rooms and beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are adequate. The hotel is in a quiet street but still walking distance from the main shopping street and tourist attractions.

Nice little place not to far from the center and with a wonderful breakfast. Very small rooms but clean and a soft bed.

clean but not so professional staff”

It is located in a quiet area, as yet you can find very nice bars/pubs if you just walk a couple of blocks. In contrast, some staff did not look so professional to me. I used the toilet and flushed the water just before going to bed. The water didn't stop and kept running all night. I told the staff about it in morning when I went for a walk, hoping it would be repaired when I returned. The staff (young lady) said "Thank you"(I still don't know why she said so, rather than "We will fix immediately"). However, when I returned about 40-50 minutes later, it was still not fixed and since I did not want to be interrupted (We had to rush to the airport after packing), I decided to fix myself. So while my partner was packing, I pushed the water flush button hundred times, tried to open the lid of the water tank, and so forth; and I could stop the water running somehow after spending around 10 minutes. It was an unpleasant experience.

My sister and I stayed one night before our cruise. Perfect location-just down the block from the gardens and so many other sites within 15-20 minutes of walking. I would definitely stay here again.
