Front desk staff are courteous and helpful, so is the security staff who helps with hailing a taxi, inform the taxi driver of the address and location, negotiate the fares. Rooms are basic but clean. Air conditioning is good. Breakfast is simple. There are no gym or swimming pool - Its a simple hotel

I stay here because of location”
If it were not for the fact that I need to be located in the area where the hotel is, I would not stay there. This is the best hotel in the area. Facilities are OK. Has tended to have a sewer smell each time I've come. Cost is OK for quality of hotel.

Trying hard, but noisy location”
Close to the university, but noisy location near bus stop and stoplight. Unclear who their market is--low budget businessmen? Some luxury details, but it's already showing it's age. And cheaply built--single pane windows that don't close right--on a noisy street? Helpful staff, though.

Poor Quality, don’t stay this hotel.”
I’m a long stay customer, paid in advance. Hotel facilities almost poor quality or can’t use. 1. air conditioner out of order more than 1 month in restaurant, 2. food never change. 3. Ordered food, paid expensive money but small amount. Such as 2,000MMK Porridge only 1 spoon rice. 4. Poor facility in the room, safety box can’t work. Table drawer, bathroom door out of order. 5. Always no hot water to take shower without any notice. 6. Poor internet quality, only 2-3 night can link internet. But the speed very slow. If you google download 1 page need more than 30 minutes. You must pay additional to buy mobile package. I’m a business customer, paid around US30/m during stay this hotel. Above problems not happened in my room, it’s popular on another rooms. Voice out above problems many times, received feedback just say sorry, never improved and became more worse. Positive only nice staff, they always say sorry, sorry. But can’t do or improve anything. Please don’t be a fool to stay here, I will move to another hotel when I used paid money.

Very unpleasant stay”
I had to check out earlier than scheduled check-out date because of the following incidents. 1. Insects climbing on the wall - first, the staff said it was not living creatures but they turned out to be the ones. 2. No Wi-Fi connection – The network kept cutting off. 3. The refrigerator was not working well so the food inside started to make bad smell. 4. Noise – It was quite noisy on the hallway as people kept closing the door, as well as outside with traffic noise. I asked the hotel for refund for remaining 1 day but they refused, which is very upsetting.

空港に近い スーパーが徒歩圏内”
ヤンゴン空港やスーパーに近いという事で立地条件は良い。 スタッフは親切でこちらの希望価格でタクシーを手配してくれたり、外出時にタミンジョーをお弁当として持っていきたいとお願いしたら快く準備してくれた。 ただ新しいホテルなのにトイレのドアの建付けが悪くて閉まらなかったり、セキュリティーボックスが使えたかったりと残念なところもあった。

供水系統老舊，水有怪味，水流弱而且只有冷水和超熱水 床舖不潔令我整晚痕癢，睡了一晚便急急離開 我朋友的房間亦有類似情況，而且門鎖是壞的，換房間後又發現馬桶沖水失靈
