excellent choice in Chiayi, excellent location and facilities”

Booked at the last minute the night before Chinese new year's eve after discovering we had no accommodation at a relatives we weren't expecting much as we just needed a bed and a place to stay. We were suitably impressed with the facility and staff, who even changed rooms for us as the original room was a little noisy from elevators and people gathering around the elevators. Facilities are clean and new, bed is massive and comfortable. Public transport (bus with direct links to Alishan and Chiayi TRA and HSR stations) is nearby within 10 minutes walk, as is 2x major department stores and many other retailers on Chuiyang rd. 7 eleven is across the road and there is good easy access to all downtown areas if you have a car or a bike, and the HSR station in Taibao is around 20 minutes away by taxi if you don't want the bus. Breakfast inhouse was not bad at all and there was a variety of choice. happy to stay here again next time I'm in town.

Average hotel with friendly & helpful staffs”

Located abt 10 mins walk from Chiayi Train Station, use the short cut by cutting through the Culture & Creative Industrial Park. Within 10 minutes walk is also 2 major shopping Malls. We missed out on the B’fast so unable to review. Laundromat available at the side of the hotel, NT30 each wash or dryer. Room is clean and spacious but carpet is abit old. WIFI available in room. Hotel staffs are helpful and friendly, even unsure will also make attempts to check. Taxi is hard to come back at this corner of the town, advised to ask Receptionist to call for Taxi, no extra charges. To Chiayi Train Station around NT100, less than 5 mins.

Pleasant stay”

Modern very clean hotel, and friendly staff that spoke a little English but tried very hard to help us. Very close to TRA train station, but Chiayi is quite far from HSR station 20min by taxi, however there is a free shuttle bus between stations.

A good choice in Chiayi”

Stay here for 2 days durig Easter Holidays, around 10 mins walk from train station, 15-20 mins walk from the 2 night markets. There are 2 Hotel Hi in Chiayi, this one is the older one but closer to the train stations. Pros: - Helpful staffs, they can answer all questions traveling nearby, and help to to book taxi, with little premium price. - Good Breakfast - Clean Room, Hot Bath Water, Free Wifi Cons: - Not really close to train station and night market, and nothing within 10 mins walk from the hotel, except some local food choices.

Excellent customer service”

- Going extra-mile by keep on checking on us whether we are fine as my Friend went to hospital in the middle of the night. They even went to buy drinks for my friend to make sure she is fine. Help her take temperature for her fever. - They even call to the room and tell us to wear more clothes as it was cold outside. - Housekeeping did excellent job, clean our room very nice and neatly. - Overall, the hotel got me mind blown. Despite just a 3 stars hotel, their customer service is better than a 5 stars hotel! Would definitely come back again!

Basic needs are meet”

Nicely decorated hotel. Staffs are friendly and warm. Allowed me to park my rented car at the front of lobby. Staff (big size guy) approached us when I parked my car. As we have many bags and luggages, he bring us to our room. Also hotel willing to pass us extra pillows and water bottle when we requested. Bath area quite small, quite difficult to close the door of the bathing area as it was narrow. Sufficient range of breakfast choices, but not for the fussy. Walkable to Carrefour Night market by going through a underpass and dark walkway. May not be safe.

I think overall the hotel is nice, the room is sound proof that enable me for a quiet stay. However there are ants everywhere. not a lot but its visible here and there..this shouldn't happen. Breakfast was tasty!

The hotel is very clean and nice, the room I had is big and new. It has a small parking lot in the back that require some skill to park. Only down side is it's further away from both night market, still walkable distance,about 1.5 km.

Good Location, clean room”

The location of this hotel is good, easy access to train station and supermarket. Room is clean and staff are friendly. One thing not usual about the room is the wash basin is outside in the sleeping area, if you do not mind, washing your hands and face out from the toilet, this is a great place to stay.

Location is on point, just a 10 minutes walk from the main station. Their staff are nice and helpful. However I do not quite like the level of hygiene here. Dust gathers on the blanket and although it is not visible, I can feel it in my cough when I open the blanket. But this is a low season due to nCov so I still appreciate their effort in keeping everything in order. Generally, a good hotel.

I stayed for one night only, cant say too much. But it was extremely clean and very comfortable bed and pillow. The staff seem to be very patient too. It was 10 minutes walk from the train station and about 20 to the local night market.

A bit far from train station, walk about 10-15 mins, but overall the hotel was great. There was a 24hours pharmacy nearby, did helps me to get medicine for my sore throat.
