Great Small Hotel Close To Eiffel Tower”

Had a really nice stay at the Hotel la Bourbonnais during the week leading up to and on Easter weekend. It's located on a relatively quiet street quite close to the Eiffel Tower. There is a Metro stop (Eccole Militaire) right around the corner, a small grocery next door and a bank with an ATM right at the corner. I stayed there with my wife and two children. The room had a pull-out couch, and although it was small it was perfect for our needs - very clean and nicely appointed (hair drier, cork screw and chilled glasses in the mini bar). Everyone at the front desk spoke fluent English and was happy to help with even the stupidest questions. The booked transportation to and from the airport for us. They had a very nice continental with an ample assortment of fruit, meats, cheeses, breads, scrambled eggs, etc. and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby as well. I would not say that Hotel La Bourbonnais is a luxury Hotel, but it was a perfect base for our first trip to Paris, and an excellent value. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Hotel with Wonderful Staff”

I recently stayed at Hotel La Bourdonnais with my young daughter. Not only is the hotel beautifully appointed and conveniently located, the staff are wonderful. They were especially kind and attentive to my daughter who told me her favorite thing in Paris was the cookies at the hotel! I could not ask for more- we will not only be returning in the spring, I'll be sending my parents there as well.

Absolutely blew me away the location is spot on, never been to Paris before and this hotel was on the street right next to the Eiffel tower. We were lucky enough to have a room with a balcony and a view of it! Room was small but you don't go to Paris to stay in the room, and we spent most our time on the balcony gazing at the Eiffel tower. The staff our so nice and helpful, we rang for ice and it arrived in 2minutes. They are so helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to paris, so clean aswel, bathroom was lovely, and Hermes toiletries are a lovely Parisian touch. Tres Bon!!

Lovely hotel, clean & modern, great value”

We had a lovely stay at Hotel La Bourdonnais. Room is clean and very modern. TV with English news channels. Location is great, close to cafe's, train station and the Eiefel Tower is only a 5 minute walk away. There is also a supermarket next door. Only one fault is that the room is a tiny bit too small. It was difficult to layoout both suitcases at once without using the bed, but this was a minor niggle and we would stay here again without a second thought.

A nice hotel with a convenient location”

Just next to the hotel is a two-story supermarket, which is great as we sometimes need to buy snacks and water before leaving or going back to the hotel. The room that we stayed in is reasonably spacious with windows that can be opened (plus point for us) & a view to the street and opposite buildings. There are many power points available in the room - on both sides of our bed, near the sofa bed, on the table etc. etc. These are helpful as we have a lot devices to charge. The mini bar comes free - coke, soda & water, no alcohol. They lend a smart phone to each room, equipped with data plan which is helpful to access google map. Location is really great - just 10-15 min stroll to the Eiffel tower, very convenient to watch it light up during the night. It is also just 5 min away from the Ecole Militaire train station so it's very convenient to access other parts of Paris.

My stay at this hotel was a great one! I would recommend anyone who visit Paris to stay in this hotel. First of all, it's location is good, just 8min walk to Eiffel Tower, and surrounded by nice restaurants. Secondly, the staff at the front desk is very friendly and polite, they just make you feel good. Thirdly, the room is nice and big. We booked a standard room but they upgraded us to a suite, nice!

Our home in Paris”

This became our home for 5 days. Conveniently close to everything... cafes, shops, metro, and Eiffel tower! Staff was excellent in terms of service! Very courteous and helpful most of the time. They give suggestions, offer help, assisted us in every way. Best of all they upgraded our room with a view of the Eiffel tower! We felt well taken cared and made our trip to Paris very memorable! This hotel will always be a reason why our trip became one of the best experience we had so far. Thanks!

Nice hotel in a great location!”

Initially, we were a little disappointed with the size of the room; the online photos of the junior classic suite were very nice! Actual room was average.. The floors were stained but the room was clean. The lobby and common areas were nice and clean but the hallways were uninspiring. The shower was nice and big. Julien, check-in attendant, was professional and courteous. Lahcen, breakfast attendant, was superb! He is a true asset to the hotel! Breakfast was delicious, location was awesome! There is a supermarket next door and the Eiffel Tower is a short walk across/down the street. This was the first hotel we stayed in and we would likely book it again. My young son approved of the location and breakfast but was underwhelmed by the room. Overall, good choice.

Location and cleanness”

The hotel is very close from Eiffel tower(less than 1km) and nearby some good restaurants, metro and supermarket. The hotel conditions are quite good, room's decoration and furniture are excellent, and I was lucky to get a big room (room 308) if compared to any other similar hotel in Paris. The hotel staff is very polite, overall a very good stay.

Fantastic place to stay!”

The hotel was really lovely, the staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. The location is great, step outside the hotel and you can see the Eiffel Tower! The room was a good size with a comfy bed and a sofa bed for my son. The bathroom was big and had a full bath. Room was beautifully decorated and had everything you needed. It was quite pricey but as it was a one off experience definitely worth it.

Good Location and Nice Room”

We booked a triple room and it's big enough for 3 adults. Room was clean and bathroom is spacious. The front desk is helpful and polite. Location of the hotel is good for those who is taking Hop On/Off bus tour as the nearest stop is just 10min walk from hotel, and of course Eiffel Tower is also within walking distance. A supermarket is just next to the hotel, together with few restaurants.

beautifully renovated hotel”

We actually stayed here in 2012, when it was already beautiful and had an old world charm. Now, we were unable to recognize the newly renovated hotel, which has more spacious and edgily modern rooms. Even the elevator is bigger. The buffet breakfast is relatively small but has quality choices. It's located in a small salon, which could be a bit cramped. Don't forget to try the delicious crepes. The Eiffel Tower is within comfortable walking distance and the subway is near. The walk to the Champs-Elysees is about 3 kilometers away, but it's an enjoyable walk. Professional staff. Wish we could've stayed longer.

Value for money”

We arrived on Christmas Day and the hotel gave us a box of complimentary chocolates. Very warm gesture. The hotel room is small but cosy, breakfast spread was good for Paris’s standard. Walkable to Eiffel Tower and our room has an Eiffel Tower view as well! Recommended place to stay for first timers!

Nice boutique hotel ”

We stayed in a family room with our 2 young children. The room had a large double bed and a large sofa bed. The coffee machine in the room served excellent coffee. Soft drinks were free. When the shower holder broke, it was fixed within 10 minutes of notifying the staff! The reception room and the tea room were beautifully decorated. The hotel is near a Carrefour supermarket and restraints. Would definitely stay here again when I returns to Paris in the future. The hotel is small so it is probably not suitable for large travelling group.

Convenient location”

It was really good and value for money. It is new, clean with excellent facilities. The free breakfast provided was great. The location provides easy access to Eiffel Tower and a Metro station just nearby the hotel. Easy access to all places in Paris. Definitely will like to stay here again in future.

Convenient location and lovely hotel staff”

I had an amazing stay at this hotel with my family. The gentleman at reception was very lovely, thorough and attentive to our needs. Our room was neat, cozy and quiet. This hotel is situated in a very convenient location- there are several restaurants and cafes nearby, two supermarkets (one of which is right next door) and the Eiffel Tower is only about a 10 minutes walk away.

AMAZING!”

For the price, you'd think the room would be pretty average, but I was pleasantly surprised. Paula in particular made my stay even more amazing by recommending places to eat and close tourist locations I would have never known about. And the location, literally only a 5 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower!

Chic Hotel, and Soo close to Eiffel”

This hotel is one of the best we stayed on during our Europe trip. Their room are spacious, and very clean. Staff are very nice, and helpful! The hotel is just walking distance to Eiffel Tower, and restaurant. Its just beside a grocery store which makes it really convenient! We enjoyed our stay, and we'll surely be back!

Very close to Eiffel Tower”

Very very pleasant, it is walking distance to Eiffel Tower and Champ Du Mars to take nice photo of Eiffel Tower. Staffs were very helpful and friendly.
