Staff at the Le Diwan are fantastic and very patient with English speakers. Nothing is too much trouble. The buffet breakfast is great with plenty of choice and they will cook you eggs as you like it. Rooms are well appointed. Bed very comfortable and the room on backside of hotel where I stayed was quiet.

I booked this hotel thinking that it is a Sofitel hotel. However, it isn't. The use of the Sofitel name is misleading. Although the room is clean, the rest of the hotel is not. The carpet in the lobby and the corridors are stained, looks dirty and tired. The breakfast fare is unsatisfactory. The friendliness and great customer service of the staff is the one redeeming factor of the hotel.

Good hotel with great service”
the hotel room was large enough to be comfortable, with modern furnishings and quite clean. the hotel staff were quite accommodating, for example in finding an adapter for me to use with my u.s. computer plug. the limited buffet breakfast seemed expensive at over u.s. or dirhams. the elevator was under repair and could only be sent to a floor from inside the elevator, which caused some inconvenience but hotel staff worked with guests to get them to send it back to the lobby after going up to their rooms, or staff went up the steps to retrieve it.the location near the tram line and close to several good restaurants outside the hotel was ideal, and only a ten minute taxi ride forn the airport rabat sale airport. i would readily return to the hotel.

Bon hôtel personnel très agréable et accueil chaleureux. Juste la salle de bain baignoire au lieu de douche mais ça reste personnel. Pour le petit dej j'aurais aimé un peu de typique c'est dommage. Sinon rien de plus cestun bon hôtel

Looks nice i nthe net but is absolutely basic when it comes to the room. Totally overpriced, 180 Euros for a very small room, Avoid!
