Admin issue”

I booked this hotel for 3 nights under "book now pay later deal" at 50 USD per night, well in advance of our trip. However, when my husband and I arrived at the hotel, we were told they don't have our booking, making an excuse that their internet was down for a few days. We didn't buy the excuse as we made the booking well in advance. They managed to find a room for a night, and we managed to book another hotel in Loikaw for the other 2 nights. The hotel expressed their apologies and invited us to the hotels owners birthday party, which was happned to be held on the night we stayed. When we checked out, we were told the room rate was 72 USD, insisting this is the date hey put online. We had a print out of the booking showing the room rate 50 USD per night, so we managed to nagotiate down to 60USD. I'm not sure what to rate this hotel, as they at least expressed their apologies, but I must say it is every traveller's nightmare to find out there in no booking and the rate is higher!

A good location”

The rooms are very dark and the deluxe room featured a sitting area containing a mattress, table and two uncomfortable straight backed chairs. The lighting was fluorescent tubing and one of the ambient lights were detached from the wall. The twin beds were too far away from the bedside table to be able to use it as such.

It's a pity that there no better hotels in Loikaw”

There is no better so we have to be satisfied with what we got.

only international standard in Loikaw!”

Was in Loikaw for work, and it's pretty much the only option if you want any sort of international standard of service. Internet was spotty, but good for the region. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and spoke English quite well. Rooms were comfy and clean, and the lake view is a definitely a nice bonus.

Ho prenotato una doppia con letto aggiunto, ma la stanza riservatami era troppo piccola per tre persone adulte, come sottolineato nella prenotazione. Il terzo letto è stato messo dopo il nostro arrivo, buttando per terra due materassi uno sull'altro. Lo spazio complessivo non ci permetteva di muoverci nella stanza. Per fortuna c'è un piccolo salottino in comune tra due stanze attigue. Il prezzo è troppo alto per lo standard proposto.(50 euro/notte per letto aggiunto). La posizione è molto fuori mano, ma questo era segnalato.

木造の２部屋が１棟になったタイプ。部屋では、ちょっと動いただけで振動するようで、隣に響かないか心配でした。 ベットの足が車輪の可動式のようで、なんか微妙に動いていたような？ 空港方面の町はずれにある、ただ広く天井が高いだけのミャンマー標準？ホテルでした。 個室シャワー＆トイレがあるだけ、この地域では良いほうなのでしょう。
