Excellent stay & Hotel Staff are amongst the best.”
We only stayed one night at Hotel Mila Noa but everything was excellent and even the staff went beyond fantastic to accommodate our needs. Firstly, getting to the Hotel from the airport can be tricky as even the taxi drivers can't locate the place exactly. Just a tip, just inform them it's near Dagon Center and you'll find it on a block across it inside an alley full of small local restaurants. Building is color purple so you'll spot it easily. The staff were excellent especially Ella. All of them were very informative about the city and always willing to help with a smile. Some staff are not very fluent in english but there will always be one on station that is adept in english. As I've said, we only booked for one night, we arrived on a Friday, and left Saturday evening for the rest of our Myanmar trip. We went back to Yangon after 6 days away and we are allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel. Even allowed us to use the bathroom on the ground floor to refresh ourselves after a long bus trip from Nyaung Shwe. Also able to use wifi at the lobby while waiting for our flight. They even called taxi for us going to the airport and highway bus terminal at a decent price 6,000 kyats. Rooms are spacious enough and clean. Location is OK. Tricky to find at first but can get used to. Near Shwedagon Pagoda but still have to take taxi. There's a convenience store near in front. Breakfast is plated and decent. Wifi is great for Myanmar standards. Will definitely recommend this hotel to others. Excellent.

Amazing rooftop patio”
We met one of the young owners of Mila Noa and were thoroughly impressed with his ambition. We got a discounted rate but the place is well worth more money. The rooftop restaurant has the best view of Shwedagon Pagoda and sunset over the city. We preferred this neighborhood to downtown, we felt like part of the community. Highly recommend.

Clean, friendly and convenient ”
I loved the fact I could walk to Shwedagon Pagoda and that there was a nice park ( People’s Park also has a section called Lover’s Park - super romantic and away from the hustle and bussle) and a supermarket next door. Also really convenient to get to and from the airport without hitting the City traffic. Super quiet at night. Yes it’s a bit dirty around but it’s just not in one of the posh suburbs, it’s Yangon, the real Yangon, that’s how people live. And the hotel is super clean inside. It’s also very safe and friendly- I enjoyed seeing the real life around and monks in the morning walking along the street. The terrace was top to watch the sunrise as you just emerged from bed. Loved it.

The rooftop bar view is just one of the good things ”
The street it is on looks bad it is hard to reach as it is a one way street, but once you are in your room all is forgotten as the room is very big and the bathroom is huge. Everything's clean an it all works the hotel has it own generator so the power cuts do not disturb you. The view from the rooftop is amazing you must take a sundowner and watch the lights come on over Yangon a sight to be remembered.

Great value for money”
The hotel is in a good location--not too far form the centre of town and close to the Shwedagon, which you can see form some of the hotel rooms and the rooftop bar. Very clean, nice rooms, and staff were very helpful

Very good value for money”
It was a very good value for money hotel. We spent only 1 night at this hotel in order to visit Paya Schwedagon, quite close to the hôtel. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

A Gem in the Bursting Town!”
Although the hotel is located in a neighborhood street, but the room is well-designed for relax and comfort. All is good except there is a lack of hair-dryer and refrigerator. Receptionist is able to speak English so he/she always help me to book taxi.

Great hotel with nice rooftop bar”
Great hotel with a lot of restaurants nearby. It's next to the big mall. At night, we can enjoy the view of schwedakong from the rooftop bar.

Decent Hotel, decent breakfast, good service”
Room is clean and decent, however, the top floor, lvl 7 can get quite hot in the afternoon & noisy at night as bar is at top floor. Ventilation is a bit lacking and cigarette smoke (although it's a non smoking hotel) gets into the room if people smokes at corridor. Staffs services are excellent. I had to leave one morning at 5am, and the staff packed breakfast for me (fried rice + 2eggs).

run down but good food on the roof”
this is a pretty run down hotel considering how new it is. A bit like a travelodge.... Great food on the rooftop and a fab view of the Shwegadon Pagoda. Downside however is that there is a community rubbish tip right by the roof, where clearly the locals just tip their rubbish (and maybe excrement). This stinks and often wafts up to the rooftop! Steak was great.

Reasonable for town central ”
Not all taxi knows the place. Must specify to be directly opposite Dagon Centre. At busy small street with many small stores n n local eateries. You can see Swedagon Pagoda from rooftop cafe. But very hot during the day. Room _01 oversees busy street. Room _03 smaller but quiet n can Swedagon from enclosed window.

You get what you pay”
Room and bathroom is clean but bathroom has molds. Room has damp smell. Internet is not good. Staff are OK. Location wise it is in the middle of local activities with lots of local eatery just beside the hotel.

Not bad place”
The staff was excellent here.. Woke up, came out and checked us in super late. Shower was incredibly hot with great water pressure. Downside was the incredibly loud people outside and the windows seem to be open even though they aren't. At around 5:30am the howling started and didn't let up until about 7:30. If you stay here, I advise you not to get a room facing the street. Hard stop.

Acceptable”
there is no fridge(mini bar). staff was playing once we were at rooftop for breakfast. i got to go and tell him, we are here for breakfast. table were dirty. limited breakfast, not buffet. the staff continue to play game with loud sound of game. served food and didn't serve coffee. after 20 mins i told him then he give me some cold coffee, when i ask for hot, he said only one coffee per breakfast and continued to play game with loud sound. i even have his photo.
