The location is right next to Taipei Metro stations. Super convenient to go to Xinyi district and Taipei Main Station. The room was clean and cozy. Too bad we only stayed for one night.

While we checked in, the staff told me and my partner we "each" had an amount of points for breakfast at their Starbucks. He told us we both had to download their App so we could order breakfast individually. However it was actually a "total amount" of points we both share to order. My partner had to leave early the next morning and accidentally used up most of the points, leaving me only a few dollars left. So I had to pay for my own breakfast instead. It's not a big deal but it would have made a difference if the front desk staff was more thorough and clear about the points. Nevertheless, the hotel was clean and nice, our stay was pleasant. Might think twice next time about staying though, as the breakfast is just.... Starbucks.

The design was nice and staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. The only odd part of design was the toilet was separated and no soap there so would have to go back to bath area to wash your hands. That aside, experience was fantastic.

Why motorcycle need parking fee? Only car free parking fee? And tell us that you are not a part of Hilton? Also, it’s pretty hilarious, you get a 10% off voucher to buy 10% off Starbucks meals. Bad experience…but the space/location is nice though…

I picked the place to have a staycation. the room was clean and new. it felt really comfy and homey. the quality of the bathroom amenities was good. I loved the aroma of the shampoo and shower gel. it was relaxing. I highly recommend this place. I basically stayed at the room whole time.
