    “Not bad for the price”

The area is a little less than desirable but couldn't beat the room for the price we paid. Room was on the Third floor and there was only stairs so glad we only had a carry on bag and no additional baggage. No AC but had a fan. Everything seemed clean and worked well and had clean towels and bedding supplied. Called previous to our stay to ask for early check in but they declined stating they dont do that so we ended up having to check in pretty late after our concert which I was a bit worried about after reading the reviews but they accommodated that with no issues. We simply rang the ring doorbell installed at the front desk and the fella helped us promptly and seemed friendly.

    “Great value for the money.”

The room was clean, but it had a bit of a weird smell you can get used to. Ensure to bring earbuds as the fridge might be quite noisy at night (at least you have a fridge). No hairdryer in the room by default, probably have to ask.

    “It wasn't bad”

It's in a location with a lot of activity outside with all sorts of different types of people. When we walked around, there were a lot of bars around, so the activity later in the night was expected. There's only a stand up shower yet I was able to take a long hot shower, so that was really nice. The bed was okay, the heater smelled so we didn't use it, the blanket was really thin but I didn't get too cold. If you need a place to stay & this is it, I'd stay here but not for more than a couple nights.

    “harresement by facility manager”

This is the whole conversation with the 5’2’ mix race looking probably african american&mexican facility manager. I walked in with my road bike, and I was just waiting for my room to be ready which it was. But they decided I should keep waiting and didnt let me do early walk in. Anyways, he asked what my bike brand is which I had no idea so I looked over and gave him an answer but I guess he was looking for more than a response. There were two of them ( part time employee and him) sitting in the front reception desk after that brief talk. I asked both of them if I can have my bike in my room since I saw other costumers with expensive bikes. the manager “that guy” very enthusiastically said ‘no’. like he was feeling rejected from me somehow? so that was his turn? he kept teasing and harrasing more.: There were free candies and when I reach he decided to comment that those are not free ‘for me’. He has zero capacity of reading others. His attention seeking from a good looking female was more important than making a tired customer uncomfortable and trigger her . he made my couple days unpleasant and down. He had zero boundaries. this is worse than professional, he shouldnt be employee in any costumer facing jobs. And when I was leaving to my room after all that he decided to trash talk behind me and say ‘ I am stuck in my life’ . I guess he felt his aggression was not enough so he needed to make it a remarkable . It is highly unpleasant, the level of attention he is seeking and turning disrespectful when he couldnt. I might bring this topic to facility owners. Anyways just if you see him there seeking attention just pet him a little 🤷‍♀️

    “Good benefit-cost ratio”

Useful location close to good restaurants and public transportation, staff isn't the friendliest but they do their job, rooms are small but they are exactly what it's offered in the pictures. Fridge/microwave work fine, sheets/towels could be better and room/bath are fairly clean.
