Staff is good especially Front office Manager Shoji, he is very helpful and very kind. Just only the last night i found the mobile in the toilet at Deparment stroe but unluckily its all closed. I decided to bring it back to hotel for help incase owner call,but i was complained by staff there. I feel a bit upset.

If you intend to stay in Fukuoka for a few days,, this is a good place to bet a few nights on! Conveniently located not too far from Hakata Station, it boasts of a simple but delicious buffet breakfast and a small public indoor/outdoor onsen. Rooms are small but comfy and all your necessities are met. A small gripe is that during my second stay there, I found a couple of stray hairs from previous guests around the room. However, a really big plus was the friendliness and kindness of the staff. One time, I forgot my two key cards inside the room and the midnight staff was extremely understanding and helpful. Most notably, one of the concierge members (I think she is Korean based on her name) was extremely pleasant, cheerful and helpful both when I checked in and checked out. She even spoke to me in English which is the language I'm more comfortable in. Great customer service makes all the difference! Kudos to the great staff! Comfy rooms, great facilities and superb staff. That sums it up well.

Great location”
I booked a hotel so we could go to the new Lala mall the following day. Location is perfect. It’s also close to Canal City mall. Hotel parking is expensive so the receptionist recommended for me to park across the street. The hotel had an onsen which is open until 1 am but then I still couldn’t try it because we got back to the hotel late. This is a nice hotel if you want to stay close to Hakata area.

Choose the room with the open bath!”
We had the superior double room and loved the fancy shower and open bath. It's a great way to relax! There's also a public bath which we didn't end up trying, but a private one does the trick. The buffet breakfast is really yummy and will set you back 2000 yen - be efficient though, you get a time slot for 30 minutes!

Great value but quite a walk from the Hakata station”
A hotel that has good facilities but is quite a walk from the Hakata station. This is a hotel with many rooms and tourists but there is only one lift, so be prepared to wait quite a bit.

Great hotel. All pictures are accurate. The bath on the 14th floor is amazing. It would be useful if the front desk staff understood how card readers work. (There are 2 parts. 1 is for employees and the other is for the customer. The customer can insert their card into their part safely).

But small for big people ”
The title is as is. I’m tall and rather chubby and although the room was nice, clean, smelt lovely and had a comfy bed, I had trouble walking around my suitcase which took up the hallway to get to my bed which took up most of the space between the desk and the window. Otherwise, great place!

The staff at the reception was very accommodating, even going outside together with us to show the available parking lots near the hotel even if there was already a printed one given. The room was also spacious enough to be able to walk around comfortably.

A great value hotel with an open air onsen”
a little walk from Hakata Station, but in a nice area with some convenience stores around. The room is small, but good toilet with a bathtub. This hotel has a nice open air onsen and it is a nice one. Overall, I like this hotel. I'll take this hotel again when I am in Fukuoka.

The hostel is near Hakata Station walking about 10 minutes from the station. Room is clean. The bath on top of the hotel is good and have outdoor hot bath. Love it

A very clean and good hotel. The room is typical Japanese room. Free drinks lounge at the 2nd floor. Many choices of drinks and good coffee and tea. Definitely won't disappoint you. Open 24 hours. 10 mins walk to the main shopping area and Hakata train station.
