"Excellent service. Brand new facilities. Rooftop dining. Comfy bed. Normally the tipping for the bellboy in Myanmar is 1000-2000kyats (~2usd), but even if you forgot to tip the bellboy, they would still happily assist you to your room and carry your luggages. I would say this is an international 3* standard hotel, not local 3*. Though it's a bit far from 19th Street (Chinatown main Street for drinking and eating BBQ at night), it's still in a walkable distance, about 10-15min walk. And one last thing, if you want fried egg during breakfast, please ask the waiter/waitress, they only make sunny-side egg when asked x3"

"We went there just for one night to celebrate my birthday and it was remarkable. My wife requested to surprise me with something for my birthday and they decorated the room with real roses and balloons. They even brought birthday cake with my name on it and it was really delicious as well. I was amaze by their service and hospitality. Sunset hour at teak bar is the best and the band was playing really nice music. Breakfast was just ok compare to other five star hotels. We had excellent stay and i will definitely come back to Pan Pacific very soon."

"I stayed for 3 nights and I really enjoyed my stay here. When I arrived I was a bit daunted at the thought of having to carry my bags up a few flights of stairs to the reception, but before I could even think about picking up my case a young fellow arrived to carry it up for me. Check in was done by Nancy and she was very helpful and very nice. She gave me a map and told where all the interesting places were and how to get there. She answered all my questions and also booked my ticket for the boat trip from Mandalay to Bagan which went smoothly as I am writing this from there. The map the Guest House has is very useful as it contains the most popular tourist spots. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was simple but adequate. I would stay again next time I'm in Rangoon."
