Booked the Suite Room. Room was big and clean. Even though the room was facing the main street, the noise couldn't really be heard. Hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful. They noticed my girlfriend's Birthday, and prepared a cake to surprise us. (Really appreciate it.) The only down side was that when I asked to extend my stay by another night, the rates offered to me by the hotel was much higher then the price from agoda. Staff insisted that direct bookings through the hotel are much cheaper(Even though I showed her the Agoda app price). I ended up doing my booking through Agoda and requested to keep the same room. Other then that, really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Hotel seemingly does not have own parking area and have to ask nearby office’s parking area and have to wait to get their approval on parking lot. Elevator from basement 2nd go up lobby is from office building . Hotel with 5 star grade but has no one to take care customer ‘s luggage. We have carried our luggage from basement 2nd up to lobby then take to room . Room & facilities mostly fine but breakfast restaurant with poor staff’s service who not take care to clean up empty plate, fork etc...when table was full. We have to request staffs to clean it up. Sound insulation is not good, at night the dance club sound is terrible and noisy and we can not sleep well. I dont understand why hotel let the Sky36 open music super loud like that.

I spent three months here in DaNang, the first two weeks were at this hotel. Although this is only a four star, it easily is on par with any 5-star I've stayed at around Asia. This hotel has it all: world class, luxurious decor, very modern/artistic/exclusive room designs, top level service (English is not a problem), excellent buffet, fast internet, big bathrooms, comfortable beds, ultra-clean, location is top: it's right on the most active/happening street in DaNang... you simply will NOT go wrong with this hotel. It's as good as they get. I stayed at the 5-star Novotel for the two months after this- but only because they offered me a better price for a long-term stay. Had this hotel been able to offer me the same price as Novotel for a 2-month stay, even though this is just 4 star, I would have taken this place in a heartbeat, if the price were the same as the 5-star Novotel. That's how great this place is. Forget the 4-star rating or the cheesy name (Brilliant hotel?). This place is as good as any 5-star in town. I know- I've spent time at most of them. I can't recommend this place enough. :)

My stay at Sanouva Danang was a very pleasant one. The hotel was better than we expected. The room was very clean, comfort and spacious. There were also welcomed snacks.They even gave us a free 30 mins massage everyday, which was a bonus. The receptionist who received us on that day was very friendly. However, we found that the Bana Hill Tour that we booked with the hotel is too rush, not enough time given for photo taking or to enjoy the rides in the theme park. Besides this, we really enjoyed our stay at Sanouva Danang Hotel, and definitely stay in this hotel again if we do return.

the best hotel. when I visited there at first, staff help me and pick up my luggages warmly. Especially, The facility was the best I have ever visited even if it is 4 stars. I was attracted by the fancy interior photo when I searching for hotel with internet. the photo is absolutely true. I swim in the marvelous pool and enjoyed my vacation in the sunbed. It was Extremely memorable experience. In addition, there are so many places in hotel building like sky bar which I can take a photo showed off in instagram, bistro, luxurious massage shop and night club. I cannot help mentioning bellboy Trinh's customer-friendly attitude. He was so accommodating and willing to let me know information abt traveling Danang. He always greeted me with smiles. OQ bar, other famous club and restaurant are located nearby this hotel In spite of the perfectness of this hotel, hotel building has weakness of soundproof. In addition, in the middle of my journey, hotel air conditioner was out of order abt 3 hrs. SO I could not sleep at that time and require changing my room. However, it was not accepted even if there was vacancy of the room. I could check the vacancy for New orient hotel Danang in booking.com at that time. However, hotel staff lied to me I think. Even though air conditioner was fixed in 30 minutes after i complained, I was so uncomfortable. even if there were shortcomings, I love this hotel.

I was looking around the Southern Asias countries for more than 30days in Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam. And this place was the best one I’ve stayed ever bcoz the staffs who are working here are all kind and one of them was helped me whenever I had questions and they were all solved well The breakfast was kinda buffet and tasted good as well Anyway I had stayed in this place for 5days and I will stay again If I visit to Da Nang city later Thanks for you guys kindly hospitality :)

Anh chàng trong bữa ăn sáng cũng rất hữu ích trong nhà hàng. đặc biệt cảm ơn ông Phvoc, bỏ lỡ, mr trung, bỏ lỡ, & bỏ lỡ tôi sẽ chọn khách sạn này một lần nữa nếu tôi trở lại danang. lựa chọn bữa ăn sáng là khá nhiều nhưng thực phẩm không đủ nóng. i feels homely in this hotel the moment I step into this hotel. All the staffs are friendly. The door boy helps me to park my rented motorbike without any hesitation. The counter receptionist are always helpful. The guy in the breakfast is also helpful in the restaurant. specially thankful to Mr phvoc,miss mo,mr trung,miss phuong,&miss trinh I will choose this hotel again if I am back to danang. the breakfast selection is quite a lot but food is not hot enough.

We got upgraded to a river view one bedroom suite on a high floor- the views were magnificent, you can see both the river and the sea. The suite was lovely and the bed very comfortable. We loved the bath tub, the spacious bathroom and having 2 TVs. The breakfast was one of the best we've had in a hotel in Vietnam. Will definitely stay there again and would recommend this hotel.

I came to Da Nang for a 3 weeks stay to visit my friend and his family. I booked the Avora for the first 2 nights until I could assess it's quality and value and to compare it to other local hotels in that area. There is no comparison. This is by far the best value for the money and I immediately booked the whole 3 weeks here. The staff makes me feels so comfortable and are so friendly. It feels like home away from home. One more thing. Da Nang is an awesome city. I love it.

We arrived and were greeted with a complimentary tea and check-in was extremely easy. Room was what we had booked and did not lack any convenience. Fresh fruits in the room, a very good restaurant and a full service breakfast buffet added to the enjoyable stay. We enjoyed the massage, sauna and steam bath and we were able to book a fishing trip using the hotel's pleasure boat. The bar on the 20th floor allowed for a quiet evening to enjoy the panoramic view of the city and river. This by far was one of the best hotel experiences I have enjoyed.

I booked Happy Day Hotel simply for the location. It is located in the heart of Da Nang’s city centre, within minutes walk from top restaurants on TripAdvisor and a 5 minute walk from Han Market. It is a recover front hotel and you are able to see the Dragon Bridge from outside the hotel. The room itself was very simple. Had what a budget 2 star hotel would need. Doors on both front and bathroom were old and made a lot of creaky noises and were hard to shut. They were wooden and very outdated. The AC wasn’t cold enough. Staff and security were friendly and accommodating and let me check in at 8am luckily. Unfortunately the pictures on Agoda did not reflect the room, specifically the bathroom where the photos showed a glass window to separate the shower from toilet. This was not the case as the shower and toilet shared an open area.

The hotel is located above the most popular supermarket in Danang and across the road is ae large local market - perfect! We slept in the second night and missed breakfast. We wandered down about an hour later and asked the receptionist where we might find a decent place for breakfast. To our surprise and delight, they opened the restaurant and provided us with a cooked breakfast - it was delicious and the staff were charming and gracious - five stars! We also met the manager who was equally charming and eager to please - this is one of the few hotels where everything exceeded expectations.

This is the best hotel with greatest value. The hotel has everything for our group: bar, swimming pool, karaoke, spa ... The hotel is brand new, and super clean. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. They have a booking desk with providing best tour around at a good price. I would recommend this hotel if you want to be in the central of the city in a quite area. Thank you staffs, and will be back soon

I'll start with the 2 cons. First the location is a bit out of the way. It will take you about 10 minutes to walk to where the action is. For us this was not a problem as we walk everywhere. The 2nd con was there was a Kareoke bar next door that we heard very well. They would wrap it up by 9 though so it didn't bother our sleep. Otherwise the location was super quiet and peaceful. no car or walking noise at all. Otherwise this place was awesome. Our hostess was super friendly and helped us booked 3 great tours right when we first arrived. our room was very clean and the hot water and aircon worked well. The bed was stiff but normal for Asia standards. We tried the food at the hotel and the husband cooks it in their kitchen. The breakfast and supper were both excellent. We highly recommend this place if you can stand some minor walking.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The staff were all extremely helpful and patient but not surprisingly in a hotel dominated by Korean guests their levels of English varied considerably. The upgraded room we had was excellent as was the breakfast. We hired a Hotel driver for two days who was outstanding both in driving skills and willingness to please. The only downside was very poor quality beef in a steak sandwich ordered at the Piano Lounge which again is not entirely surprising in this part of Asia and probably my own fault for a poor choice of order. We would certainly recommend this hotel to people wanting to stay downtown in Danang.

I recommend this hotel to any international guest as it is very safe, clean, quiet and central to the Danang city market. The hotel shuttle will pick you up from the airport, even at midnight! They will arrange to take you to the Lotte supermarket, the shopping mall, the airport, as well as the beach. If there is another place you need to go, they will happily arrange a taxi for you. I recommend you pay the little extra and get access to the Privilege lounge on the 21F. They have all-you-can-eat/drink breakfast menu, the BEST cafe latte in Vietnam, all served up by a very special lady who can speak English well! They also have a 5-7 pm snack time offering free drinks and refreshments. It is definitely worth it as there are no vending machines in Vietnam and the service is EXCELLENT! Get the shuttle to the shopping mall, then go over a few streets to the Han Market. Amazing place. If you want to buy "aozai" go to the second floor of this market to Booth #44 XUAN. Xuan made me four "aozai" in the two days I was there. Fast service. There is a large shopping mall about 1.5 km walk from the Han Market. It is called the "Big C". Back packs must be left at a check in counter. Don't carry your valuables. Leave them in your room safe at the Mercure. Take a 40 minute taxi ride to Ba Na. It should cost around $35 dollars round trip for 4 hours, if you find a good deal. Tallest cable car in the world according to the Guinness book.

I travel with three family members therefore I booked two different kinds of rooms, the city view superior room is the best. It is spacious, clean, very bright by large windows. at night it offers wonderful view of Han river and the Dragon bridge. There is a very good seafood restaurant ( Madame Thoi seafood restaurant )and many local restaurants nearby. I will return and strongly recommend this hotel to visitors to Đà Nẵng.

This is a good hotel right on the river, a block from the best restaurants in town. It's clean and comfortable. Good bathroom, good tv, very good service. When I wanted to make coffee in my room, they volunteered to bring piping hot thermos of water every day. Very nice. Some reviewers complain that staff don't speak english, but it's not the case. There was always 1 person available who spoke english. Da Nang people really do not speak much english, so this place is actually better than average... Breakfast was ok. Mostly Asian buffet but they'll cook eggs for you. Very strong VN coffee. My complaints about this hotel: 1. the laundry was very expensive and not the best job 2. the towels are fairly new and nice quality, but they are Brown and Smelly because of the poor water quality in Da Nang. Hotel needs to add chlorine bleach when washing the towels.

The staff are very nice and they are quite alert. They came out of the hotel to help us in carrying our luggage even though it was a late night and we park a little further from the hotel. The decor of the hotel is very beautiful. The room is quite clean and everything was quite nice there. The breakfast was also quite nice, but there are less choices. Other than that everything was quite nice. I am glad we stayed in this hotel longer throughout our trip.

Hotel is situated near shops and night markets, so its best for those into shopping and looking for cheap thrills. The hotel is relatively new and rooms are provided with basic amenities that will make your stay comfortable. Getting a taxi to go to other places is not a problem. Family rooms are very spacious with nice interior and comfortable beds which can accomodate up to 4 persons. Rooms are always maintained and cleaned. Delicious free breakfast are being served every morning. The hotel staff are very accomodating, friendly and helpful. Eventhough receptionist is not very well conversant in English, they can still able to communicate. Hotel helped us book a tour to Hue City even with a very short notice. Highly recommended hotel and high value for money

The hotel is very close to airport, only 5minutes drive. I got upgrade room since I booked 2 double room but I got 1 family and 1 double room. The room is very clean, tidy, and furnished new looks. The breakfast is very awesome, many Vietnamese food available, many variants and everything looks delicious. If I don't concern with halal food, I would like to try the whole food, hahaha. It's also close to Dragon bridge, only 1,5km, and we walked to Dragon bridge at night, feel comfort and safety too. There are many café and restaurants on our way from hotel to Dragon bridge.
