Great Hotel!! I'll definitely come back there when I'll come back to Da Nang. Location is awesome, choose a river view you'll not regret it. The staff is excellent, one of the best service in Vietnam. Room is perfect, breakfast is excellent with many options. Pool and gym are nice. The rooftop has wonderful view. If you want to be in the center just go there, the beach is not far, 5min by taxi (45k vnd) also very easy with bike or motorbike. Highly recommended!!!

We could not have asked for more. A truly professional hotel with excellent english speaking staff who looked after our every need with courtesy and caring. We stayed on the Executive Lounge floor which gave us access to lounge and all the trimmings, fast wifi; new computers, tea, coffee, drinks, snacks all day long and complimentary High Tea plus complimentary Happy Hour - any beverage and canapés. Pay the extra and stay on exec lounge - fabulous. Rooms a tad small but clean, clean, clean and great toiletries. I must mention the professionalism of all staff but special mention goes to Le Van Dung, FO Manager who met our every desire. Also on Excecutive level staff - Ms Ngoc; Mr Phuong; Ms Trang and Mr Hai - a huge thank you. Would truly recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Danang - and yes, we will return - top marks from us to all at Novotel Danang, Vietnam

I have stayed here on four occasions and I'm never disappointed. 5 star quality for the price of 3 star! The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. You can't overlook the rooftop pool with views over the city. It's half way between the city and the beach with taxis out the front all the time, about $1-2 either to city or beach. I love the location, it's not far to walk into the city with some of the best food I've eaten close by. I've stayed in a few places in Da Nang and now always pick Minh Toan Galaxy. Highly recommend

I spent three months here in DaNang, the first two weeks were at this hotel. Although this is only a four star, it easily is on par with any 5-star I've stayed at around Asia. This hotel has it all: world class, luxurious decor, very modern/artistic/exclusive room designs, top level service (English is not a problem), excellent buffet, fast internet, big bathrooms, comfortable beds, ultra-clean, location is top: it's right on the most active/happening street in DaNang... you simply will NOT go wrong with this hotel. It's as good as they get. I stayed at the 5-star Novotel for the two months after this- but only because they offered me a better price for a long-term stay. Had this hotel been able to offer me the same price as Novotel for a 2-month stay, even though this is just 4 star, I would have taken this place in a heartbeat, if the price were the same as the 5-star Novotel. That's how great this place is. Forget the 4-star rating or the cheesy name (Brilliant hotel?). This place is as good as any 5-star in town. I know- I've spent time at most of them. I can't recommend this place enough. :)

Location is great for this hotel if you are looking for a place to enjoy Da Nang like locals. Plenty of foods available nearby. We traveled here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the hotel upgraded our room to higher floor (14th) and some floral arrangement on the bed. The lady attended to us on GUEST RELATIONS were very helpful in giving us directions to essential places in vicinity: Han Market, Cathredal, Big C Supermarket and others. Generally the staffs of the hotel are pretty courteous and helpful. Breakfast is AMAZING. The Pho and Quang Noodle make us addicted! Plus staffs were very prompt and personable. Room size is pretty decent, nice strong and stable water pressure. Some rooms for improvement: * Shower floor get extra flooded upon us finishing our shower. Recommend using rain shower for first time guests. * The package we booked came with daily 30 mins massage package, unfortunately we were told to combine the 2 day vouchers instead for a one-time 45 minutes. Reason being the appointment slots have been packed. Hotel could have told us first if we need to make appointment. This is a great hotel we would probably consider coming back given its convenience and value for money.

In one word "PREFECT". From the moment my wife and I arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staffs here went above and beyond my expectations. highly recommend anyone visiting Da Nang to stay at this hotel. Special thank to the customer relation Ms. Thanh for helping with getting my wife the sim card for her phone and also organized our day trip tour of Marble Mountain and Hoi An. Also thank you to our wonderful driver Mr. Tung for doing a wonderful job of being our tour guide. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit. Great location since its walking distance to danang cathedral, han river, dragon bridge with lots of eateries and cafes nearby. Han market is accessible via the hotels back door. Excellent quality of customer service from all the friendly and smiling staffs (front desk, bellboys and restaurant staffs esp Ms Ha). Replies immediately to inquiries via email. Hotel buffet breakfast is good with some western and vietnamese options.

We really enjoy our stay. We traveled with my family and stay in a very nice room. Staff are very friendly and breakfast is nice. Nice sky bar and swimming pool. Hotel is located in the city center which is very convinient if you want to go visit some famous places around such as Dragon Bridge, Han river, Cham museum or go shopping at Han Market. If you want to go around just ask the staff at the lobby, they are friendly and always help us with everything. The room was very clean, and the welcome fruit was great, this was the special thing that so rare for 3 star in Viet Nam, So impressed. The Breakfast was also delicious with many choices. We had a comfortable stay in Mitisa Hotel and will come back in the next time in Da Nang ant����n�

I came to Da Nang for a 3 weeks stay to visit my friend and his family. I booked the Avora for the first 2 nights until I could assess it's quality and value and to compare it to other local hotels in that area. There is no comparison. This is by far the best value for the money and I immediately booked the whole 3 weeks here. The staff makes me feels so comfortable and are so friendly. It feels like home away from home. One more thing. Da Nang is an awesome city. I love it.

it has an amazing view of the river at night especially dragon bridge since its like 15min walk, the surrounding becomes so lively at night with so many things to offer like cafes- bars- massage centres- restaurants- pharmacy- tour guide- market- almost everything within walking distance from the hotel. the hotels breakfast was simple and nice and since its a new hotel most of the things are still good like the elevator- hairdryer- shower- wc- toiletries- amenities-minibar- tv channels. i was lucky for not booking a hotel near the beach as there was nothing much happening on that side of the town except for the seafood restaurants which was facing the beach. staff were friendly but language was the main issue around Danang as they struggle to speak or understand english, anyway my highest recommendation if u planning to go Danang stay in this hotel. NO REGRETS.....

Just a one night stay, checking in very late at mid-night after a 2.5 hour car ride from Quang Ngai province. So did not get to really experience much of the hotel. Though I can see in the day, that the building was pretty good and in photo the swimming pool looks good. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The room I stay was clean and orderly. Nice bed and pillow. Internet works well. Showers works too except the bath room lights were a bit dim. Breakfast was average, the main good one was the Pho Ga, which is delicious and refreshing. But the coffee and tea section were kind of nobody refilling it. Nice thing about the hotel is it is very close to the Da Nang Airport, probably a 5 minute ride, which one can relax more and go to the airport at a leisurely pace.

This hotel in Danang has the absolute best location. Smack dab in the middle of the mountains to the north, the ocean to the east, the rivers and Lao border to the west and the lovely ancient town and all it's historical glory in the south (about 35-45 minutes away). Food was real easy to find, the view of either side of the hotel balconies was perfect. It's my 3rd time in Danang and I wish I had stayed in this hotel the last two times instead. The service was great and very prompt. There was on day I shorted out the external circuit breaker, the electrician was up there doing his magic with the external breaker in 5 minutes and all smiles too even though it was close to bed time. I felt so bad I gave him a tip and he was shocked at the gesture saying it wasn't necessary nor was it expected. It's amazing that the hotel was still up and running despite the aftermath of Typhoon Nari that hit 2 days prior but everything was working fine and the repair works were promptly underway. The room deco was nice, in keeping with the cultural ancient history of the place and was spacious including the toilet too. Woody, modern yet in keeping with the historical architecture of the place. Walking distance to the Cho Danang, Danang Cathedral and Cham Museum as well as dozens of eateries both local and for westerners.

Walking distance to Han market and Danang cathedral. Very friendly hotel staffs, they do recommended some nice local food to try. Do try the local shop in front of the hotel, they selling banh nam taste so nice to me. And the hidden viet cuisine near to hotel called 'bep hem', their food is nice too. The only poor thing here, was the breakfast they provided was almost the same everyday, will be better if they provide more food options. Overall is good, worth the price.

Hotel located just in front of Han River and you may view a best day and night scene at level 9 of the hotel. Simple Ala cart breakfast and strong wifi connection in the room. Clean bath room which value added to this hotel. You can rent a motorbike to explore the Danang city easily. The staff were very friendly at all time and one of the middle age male staff was very helpful and I really appreciate of his kind assistant. You may refill the water at all time which available at the hotel lobby. I would definitely recommend this hotel for travelers who intend to visit Danang and I will stay here again of my future Danang visit.

The hotel is located above the most popular supermarket in Danang and across the road is ae large local market - perfect! We slept in the second night and missed breakfast. We wandered down about an hour later and asked the receptionist where we might find a decent place for breakfast. To our surprise and delight, they opened the restaurant and provided us with a cooked breakfast - it was delicious and the staff were charming and gracious - five stars! We also met the manager who was equally charming and eager to please - this is one of the few hotels where everything exceeded expectations.

Gopatel customer care goes just that little bit further, they provided a free car to pick me up and drop me back to the airport when I check out the airport and when I checked out. Staff attentiveness is very good I needed a little advice/information on a business deal I was doing speaking to the waiter trying to get area background information he introduced me to their business manager who was very helpful. In conclusion it is a very good hotel with little extras like pressing your shirt no charge. I will be coming back to Danang on business and will definitely be staying at this hotel. I use to travel to Danang over 5 years and this hotel is really the best choice in the city. Reasonable price, not bad breakfast, you can make tea/cofee in the rooms. The hotel has available motorbikes for rent, so you can easy go to the city beach, HoiAn, MySon etc. I have to warn of trip to BaNa hills. It is nice place, but forbidden to climb or go by bike - only chance is to pay over 700 000 VND/person for cable to see crazy Disneyland in the summit. If is windy (red or black flags), do not worry and go to the peninsula opposite (Monkey Mountings) and there are few small quiet beaches.

This hotel was fine, the room was nice, and the staff did all I asked them to do and was needed efficiently Some of the other reviews have been a bit hard on Moonlight Hotel. There are more upmarket places in Da Nang, but they are going to cost more too. So take the price, location and what the hotel has on offer I think this is a good all round option My room and bathroom were of a good size, nicely cleaned and well presented. The shower was great Breakfast was squarely aimed that there Asian costumers, but there was still more than enough on offer for Western guests too

What an absolutely beautiful hotel to stay. I can't thank the Manager and staff enough for their friendliness and helpfulness throughout my stay - nothing was too hard. Really beautiful people, I felt very very welcome. The hotel Manager Trang sat with me to go through my list of what I wanted to go see while in Da Nang. She highlighted their proximity to the hotel on a map which was fantastic. For the few things I wanted to see that were a distance, she organized a driver to take me to these locations and bring me back to the hotel at such reasonable rates I was impressed. I don't think I would have been able to go to these locations without her assistance, I am so grateful, they were really worth going to see. A very beautiful hotel, lovely staff and management, beautiful clean rooms and bathroom, extremely comfortable bed and a great menu to choose from. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend them. Nothing was too hard. Really very beautiful people.

The hotel is well located in the city centre with about ten minutes walk from Danang train station and is also a short distance by taxi to Danang airport. There are local market and supermarket nearby for shopping and food. Breakfast at the hotel's restaurant is good though choices are limited. Restaurant staff are polite and very attentive to guest's needs. You can catch a local bus (Vietnam Dong 50,000) to Hoi An at the bus stop that is located just few minutes walk from the hotel. We will return to this hotel for next visit to Danang.

The view from the restaurant is superb especially at night of the Han river. The morning breakfast spread is very local, authentic and great tasting. even the coffee served is the local coffee and I really looked forward to it for a great start to the day. Just beside the hotel is the Han Market where the entire range of local produce is on offer. Within walking distance in the other direction is the Cham Museum and the Danang Cathedral and several good restaurants as well.

Service was ok. We checked in and came back later in the night. The night worker didn't believe we stayed in the hotel and asked to see confirmation of our reservation. We were just asking for our key. I showed confirmation and then he found our key and was nice to us. We stayed an extra day for what we thought would be convenience. To get the same price we had to reserve it online in their lobby. Then they said we had to change rooms even though we paid for the same type of room. Wouldn't have been a problem except I was in a motorbike accident, making it difficult to move and pack. The next day, I found out I had to stay in Da Nang another day for medical treatment and they said we could stay in the same room. 5 minutes later they called me and said we had to change rooms. At this point we chose to change hotels. Customer service was poor, rooms were clean and there were a few outlets. Our second room had no window, which was the same price as our first one with the window. There are better hotels in Da Nang for a better price and much better customer service.
