We stayed at a 3-bedroom apartment for 6 days and it was definitely THE best part of our trip. Apartment was spotlessly clean and all things were almost brand new. You can sense that they paid a lot of attention to detail. We hitted the gym and used the 2 in 1 washing dryer machine every night, even washing powder was provided. Gym room had at least one trainer standing by each day when we were there. Shuttle service is available every hour (not at lunch time) to a few popular spots in town (Love Bridge, Cham Museum, My Khe Beach, etc.) The only downside would be its location being off the town centre and surrounded by nothing (mind you, some may appreciate the peace and quiet). If you are hungry, want to grab something to eat and don't feel like calling a taxi to venture afar, you will be left with not much choice but the in-room dining service or the restuarant within the hotel. We ordered in room dinner once, very reasonably priced, but not the best taste we had in Da Nang.

It was the last hotel we stayed in during our trip in Hoi an/Da Nang. Out of 4 hotels, this one was our least favorite despite of their amazing rooftop pool. We were impressed when we arrived with the logistics. The bell boy takes your luggage to your room. And same when you leave, they call the taxi for you, and help you out. You don't have to worry. However, the rest was too sterile, "too-fake-marketing". You are welcome with those must-smile receptionists. They did make us pay extra for our son to sleep in the same bed. And when we checked out, I over heard that they were charging people when taking their laundry bag. How cheap is that hotel? When we left our small but cozy Greenlife life hotel in Hoi An, the staff gave us presents! (a scarf and a tie) The wifi in the whole building is very slow, so if you happen to work during your holidays, don't expect to read any of the attachments sent to you. The waiting time for the lift is incredibly long, there is not staff lift, so you will always run into a staff member. The breakfast experience wasnt of the best although the food was fairly good with homemade, it felt like a canteeen, not quiet at all. The check out time is insane. They checked everything in the room. It was such a difference with the 3 other hotels we stayed in Hoi An. Other than those bad parts, the staff is rather friendly in the kids club, the rooftop and restaurants. Always welcoming you with a genuine smile. The rooftop swimming pool with its view was definitely the highlight of the hotel. Rooms are large, modern and comfortable, with view on the city and the beach (although building are being built up right at our level- 21st floor). But overall, this hotel does lack of charm. You will like you are part of the mass. The hotel is surrounded by other hotels and a lot of seafood restaurants. Other than that, the area is pretty dull. No shopping street, but the beach is right opposite the hotel.

I could not rank this hotel high enough, and I have stayed at hundreds of hotels around the world. The staff is absolutely incredible. Within 2 days most know me and address me by name, and they could not be friendlier. They go beyond and above, and not just polite and doing their jobs, but actually caring to get to know me, and about my life. This is beyond anything I have found in any other hotel. The food and breakfast are outstanding with a great selection, beautiful view and extremely helpful staff (Especially Thuy in the restaurant is so kind and nice) The room is actually a full apartment with everything you need for a long stay. The windows are double -paned which means no matter what is going on outside I can't hear it. For me this was very important as I work from home and need a quiet place to work (Something not so easy to find here in Vietnam) My only complaint (not really) is the bed is so good I never want to get out of the bed :) One of the best I have stayed in.

The family was awe when we opened the door and leads to a sea view of East Vietnam Sea. Our floor was on the 24th (highest room is 37th iirc) and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Just this alone is worth the money. Bathroom was clean, and so were the bedsheets. Bathroom had a glass wall overlooking the bed room, kinda kinky. The staffs were helpful but not smiling much. I wasn't expecting them to go the extra mile given the kind of guests volume they had. Rowdy tour groups coming and going. The facilities were average (though the hotel had a 5 star rating). We were hoping to have some fun on the roof top bar but there was none. It is just a quiet area to sit and enjoy the view. The swimming pool closes at 7pm. Breakfast was good nonetheless, but again with rowdy tour groups. Don't expect staffs to greet you good morning as they will most likely be busy clearing tables. The beach is just across the road, can't get any closer. Seafood restaurants are littered around hotel.

fantastic, good value for money as it wasn't too expensive, for the space you get per village house well the money is worth it! We had the pleasure of meeting the general manger and forgot to tell him what a wonderful establishment he has. My kids (7&4) my father (87) and my wife all enjoyed their stay and want to visit again!!! I think there is and in-house designer who pays attention to details, from the small garden in our backyard to the lighting and plants surrounding the main pool .... We noticed it was all well trimmed, and color coordination was excellent. Service by friendly and young staff is what every hotel needs, I think we got the best service money can buy, $330 a night is not cheap, but for what we received it was worth every dime!! We recommend it to anyone who wants to relax at beachside, swimming pool , clean house with garden and pool, Ou small kids Enjoyed the pool a lot, my wife and I enjoyed Watching the sunset By the beachside!

This hotel has the best food of any four star hotel ever, and the service can't be beat. The welcome drink and snack were so yummy I asked for a second. Until 10 am you can enjoy the breakfast buffet, which includes crispy bacon, Aussie beef, custom cooked eggs, fresh bread, and pretty much anything else you might like. You can then go back to your room for a nap until 2pm when afternoon tea starts. Afternoon tea has all you can eat sandwiches and cakes, as well as coffee and a selection of teas. Around 4 pm, thoroughly stuffed with delicious food, you can go out sight-seeing just as the day cools down. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Dory. She advised me on the best places to go and how to get there. There was always a bell boy to open my taxi door and help me carry my shopping when I arrived back to the hotel. They were even friendly and smiling when I stumbled in in the small hours after drinking whiskey all night. Wonderful hotel!

We love to stay at this hotel, despite the location quite far from beach and city centre. but don't worry the has shuttle service to many spot within DaNang city. Go to the infinity pool on the 29th floor, that was AMAZING... View to the ocean and golden bridge so nice.. We don't wanna leave.. Room condition was good, clean bathroom, many gold ornament on the hotel. the best part is the provide HALLAL food.. yeaahhh... Based on my experience is little bit hard to find hotel that has breakfast or hallal restaurant in DaNang. lucky for us we can find this hotel. So don't worry for Muslim traveler if you go to DaNang, Stay here and we can eat hallal food. just inform hotel team before you check in or when you doing check in. And all staff there very nice.. We love you....

For 3 days and 2 nights stay at Da Nang’s beachfront Paris Deli Hotel. It is a 4 star hotel with a touch of 5 star service and facilities. Around 20 mins from the airport by car we were able to check in early around 12 pm. We were served with free fruits upon check-in. The room is very clean and spacious. The queen bed is comfortable and got an extra pillow. .The wi-fi is very fast. The toilet and shower are also spacious, it has both rainfall and shower type heads and strong water pressure. Toiletries are plentiful and superb. They offer afternoon tea for guests from 2 to 5 pm for free. Breakfast is both combination of western and local foods. And their rooftop pool at 22F is the best of them all - warm pool, clean, excellent panoramic view of the beach and a nice rooftop bar. Their lobby also is beautiful with French decor. I also recommended booking their limousine car and you will never forget the VIP experience provided for you. Best of all - the staff, the cream of the crop.

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks during the Christmas holiday. It's a long time to stay in just Danang, but we just wanted R&R. And we definitely got it. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the rooms were comfortable and CLEAN. But none of this would matter if it wasn't for the staff. They were so amazing, always incredibly helpful and genuinely courteous. Our 7 yr old got pretty sick for a couple days and they cleaned up the beds completely, no questions asked, and no charge for possibly ruining the sheets. We were late for breakfast and they called us just to make sure if we were coming and then reserved food for us. For any day trips, they helped call and translate our needs to the 3rd party company. When we left, 4 of them accompanied us to our car to say goodbye. I've never had service like that even in 5 star hotels in the states. Can't wait to go back!! One last thing, theres a lot of construction in the area. Doesn't lend the best view from the room, but it's only 2 blocks from the beach and we never heard any of it from our room. The location is great, so many great restaurants, cafes, massages in the area.

I had a balcony room on the 15th floor with a wonderful sea / beach view. Spacious room with sofa and comfortable bed. The balcony had a soft cushion seating perfect for a couple. The reception staff are all amazing, very professional and friendly. After reading many reviews I chose this hotel and upon arrival I actually went inside other hotels and yes I can confirm that this is the best one. The top floor pool is fantastic (with bar). The restaurant serves a 5 star breakfast and the menu for dinner is excellent (and fair prices). My wife and I are returning later this year to stay for 3 nights. The beach is right across the road and is absolutely wonderful (soft golden sand, never crowded with people). Free bicycles. Excellent restaurants across the road; cheap cafes on the street behind the hotel (and next to the hotel). Overall this hotel felt luxurious and I was highly impressed with everything.

Dana Marina gives the REAL value for money - the rooms are well-appointed, clean, the bed soft yet firm and the sheets crisp white. Location is really excellent - close to the beach, Marble Mountain can be seen from afar and the Godess of Mercy statue glows even on a foggy night. Many choices of restaurants around and a number of convenience stores nearby. Even the Vietnamese souvenir store is just across the street. What more can you ask for!!!

We have stayed at this hotel for three days. If I knew about this hotel earlier, I should take longer staying at there. The Hotel was tally new so the facilities were all fancy and clean. The local was the best. Just in front of beach and easy to take taxi or Grab service. The staffs were all kind and did fast action about my request. Especially Ms. Hai Ha gave us warm hospitality and checked all our needs. The image of the staff is very important for new comer, so we feel the hotel gave a proper training for all staff from entrance to the room service. We had a good time even only three days short time at there. I'm recommend to stay at this hotel. One thing, we enjoy to have moon light at night, but our balcony faces to the next hotel which decorates with colorful too-much-bright neon sign lamps for over night. It made us block all windows to hid from the light-pollution from the beside hotel. That's the only inconvenience for us.

The hotel is nice and clean, we got a free upgraded room with side sea view for triple room; toilet is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic, choice for vegetarian and vegan, though not much but it’s good. Hotel located at the last one along the stretch of beach. Early morning and late night will be a bit noisy even we were at the 10th floor, music from the garden next door can be heard as early as 5am when residents start their morning dancing exercise; loud life band music from opposite beach club can be heard at night too. We had a bad experience from the hotel tour when we booked a day trip to Ba Na hills transportation. Going to the place has no problems. However, for the return to hotel the hotel van driver left us behind, me, my husband and my son at the waiting point when we were late to hop on the van on time scheduled due to crowded visitors on the hilltop queuing for the returning of cable car. We were already prepared ourselves one hour ahead to start going downhill however, due to crowds and packed seasons we were 20-25 mins late to hop on our van and the hotel van driver just left us behind. It’s quite rude of the driver not having the mercy to wait for their own hotel guests and just left back to Da Nang when we have booked the trip for 2 ways. If we are book a private taxi 2-way, even we are late they will still wait for his guests, what not we are it’s own hotel guests and he should be aware the large crowds on Ba Na hills. We were so upset when we can’t find the van at it’s parking place after rushing downhill from the cable car. When we notified the mater to the hotel staff, they just ignored our complaints and treated it as it’s our faults not returning to the waiting place on time. We were still charged both ways on our final check out bills even they left us behind and we forced to catch a taxi back to danang and pay extra. We stayed at 3 different hotels in Danang from June 20 - 26. However, we only stayed at the Mandila from June 24-26. Wish we stayed here the whole time. This hotel was by far the best of the lot. Rooms were excellent. Clean, A/C worked great, Fridge was cold, and showers were great. Small issue was that the shower floors are extremely slippery (my 4 year old slipped in the shower). They may need to consider adding in a nonslip plastic pad for toddlers to stand on. Service - excellent. From the bell boys, reception staff, housekeeping, and spa team. I would not change a thing. The team there should be commended. They went above and beyond with taking care of their clients (e.g. picking our bags up, gift reception, dinner recommendations, chasing down "grab" orders for us, follow-ing up on our stay). It was truly appreciated! Price - can't beat the price and the location. Right off the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Da Nang.

We stayed here for one night - and wished we had booked it for longer! This place is fabulous, the rooms are brilliant: comfy and camp with a great view of the city. The facilities were also tremendous, with the rooftop pool looking over Da Nang being the undisputed highlight. Most of all the staff were brilliant. They work so hard to keep all their customers happy while always cheerful and friendly. Special thanks to Phuong Fo, Jona Than, Katy and Henry, who helped make our short stay a great one of the best in Vietnam (and we've been here for six months!)

i want to recommand royal rotus hotel for your wonderful staying. Clean room, the lastest facilities, kind employees, so delicious restaurant' dish One of them i think it is best is pool bar! The pool bar is so much nice, fantastic. you can enjoy any drink in the water. Image you are swimming for beer The depth is 3 steps, 0.8m, 1.2m, 1.6m. In afternoon, the pool is shaded by the buiding. Don't ignore the sun of vietnam, you will get tan too much on the beach. i think the pool of hotel is best place to be and enjoy! From bellman to manager, All staffs of the hotel are so considerative and perfect for hospitality! They have tour programs that are cheaper then others. They advised that the price of tour I booked is expensive and recommaned the others. The tour they recommaned to me is privit service and more cheaper then i found on website. If you decide with no plan, visit to royal rotus hotel. they will be so happy to care your vacation. Even you can not find out anything, enjoy the pool and bar. If it's not enough for you, go to the beach and joy seafood reastaurants near the hotel. Finally, vinmart(=convenience store), coffee shops are so close from the hotel! Enjoy the royal rotus hotel.

Perfect value for money! The room is simple and not big, but splendid for the money.Well equipped, nice bathroom. Everything was there and fine. Breakfast buffet has a big choice and can easily compete with 4-Star hotels But the best was the roof top pool. The edge of the pool covers three sides of the building in the 13th floor with an astonishing view, especially at night, over the town .

Okay there is no exaggeration here, it's the best 4 star hotel out there, bec: 1. Close to the beach, 2-min walk only! 2. Heavenly breakfast buffet! All vietnamese and western food goodness! 3. It's very new, so all facilities are at prime conditions. 4. Rooftop pool overlooking the beach and city!!! 5. Convenient airport pickup! 6. Super friendly staff, all fluent in English. I dont know what else is there to say to convince you to book here, I just know I had the best experience in Danang, Vietnam by staying here!

This hotel is very new. About one month. That is why they do not have as many reviews. I took a chance and booked one night to see if I would like it and ended up staying a total of 3 nights. Everything here is so new and clean. The staff is very accommodating and was able to get me an ocean view room and very early check in. The staff is very professional and they really try to make sure you have an amazing stay. The pool is great and they have towels for you. Side note, do not try to take them from the pool because they are for the pool only. You will need to bring your own towels for the beach but the beach is literally across the street. They do however, give you sandals that you can wear to the beach. The breakfast is amazing and they literally have everything you can think of and is open from 630-10. I think the staff has been so great and helpful and I never hear them say no. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place for a few nights in Da Nang.5/5 stars

I went to DaNang for 5 days and stayed these 5 days in the 3stars Finger Hotel. I made my room booking online and the night I arrived, the receptionist surprised me! they were so friendly and helpful in this trip, giving me all the best suggestions for places to have a meal, a drink, a coffee or to buy souvenirs. I feel very lucky to be able to meet them. Now, about the hotel, I had free buffet breakfast for 5 days; swimming pool with a nice view on the top floor and even purple lights in the pool at night (but the vision was a little bit blurred); the Sky bar beside the pool; a small gym room beside the bar (little bit narrow, but the view was perfect); there's more, they have a HD cinema room for movies every monday, wednesday and friday nights (7pm). Oh...and of course, free wi-fi inside the whole hotel and the location is very near the beach!!! That was a very very pleasant choice, these holidays were full of happiness and I recommend Finger Hotel to everyone no matter your age, you will enjoy and feel like you're in a 4stars hotel. ^^

So glad we booked this hotel, staff and their customer service was without any faults. An hour after our initial check in we got a call from reception to check on how we were going and that we were happy with everything and were invited to the roof top bar for an hour of free drinks. The employees make this place a top hotel and because of them it was so hard to leave. We stayed for 3 nights and then went to Halong and were able to leave our luggage in their storage room and when we returned for our final 3 nights, had a small first world problem with the nearby construction and travel fatigue so I contacted reception just to see if any other room away from the noise was available but was instead upgraded to a residence suite even though it wasn't the hotel's fault. I absolutely love this place and will definitely be returning. Best customer service I have ever experienced throughout many of my travels!

Service levels cannot be faulted at this new addition to Da Nang's line-up of three-star hotels. From check in to "See you again" when leaving, they were all smiles. Even a room-service girl we passed in the corridor took time out to greet us in English. We were also surprised by the other room staff - two guys processed our room one day: fast and efficient, Room amenities are worth an extra star as there is nothing cheap or unbranded in the bathroom - for once, toothbrushes that remove more than they leave behind, There is no loading of prices for room service, and there is small mart downstairs for extras. The only grumble was that we unable to access the top floor with its pool and bar (the wet season, you understand), not to mention that two days were just not enough to luxuriate in such a wonderfully comfortable bed.

Our room (superior double, 25th floor, facing the bay) was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The oversized king bed was a luxurious dream come true. I should point out that, as others have noted, the room is a bit small, but for a couple like us it’s “cosy”. The rooms are very well soundproofed and you don’t hear any noise from the street below. (Do not underestimate the importance of this, as drivers here are constantly honking their horns, and the noise can drive you crazy). The cherry on top is a fantastic bar on the 36th floor, offering a spectacular view of the sunset over the city with the mountains in the backdrop. Happy Hour is 5-7pm daily with a great selection of draught and bottles craft beers at “buy one get one free”, and a free flow of snacks. Generally, hotel staff in Vietnam are very friendly and attentive, and here was no exception. Everyone went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. The Sheraton Four Points is more like a business hotel, and although it faces the beach, if you are a family with kids you may want to consider a more “resort-style” place such as the Furama. Other reviews mention that the lifts are a bit slow, and we did notice that too. The hotel is very new, and exceedingly good value at around US$120 per night. For only a slightly higher price than the other “local” hotels that line the beach, you get 5 star luxury and an experience that is on a whole different level. We will definitely stay there again. Very highly recommended to anyone visiting Da Nang!

I booked Studio Spa. The room is excellent, big and have a living room. View directly to the beach. View is not bad. We can see beach in front. Just to many construction near the hotel. Food is a bit standard for me, have many variant is good. Hotel provided rental motorcycle which is good, we can go around by motorcycle. Dont expect a good motorcycle, but can be used. And the hotel near mini market, a bit far by walking distant but it help. the massage there is not good at all. since got a free voucher, you can use it.

Had a lovely stay here, rooms were large and clean and staff were very friendly and always wanted to help. Location wasn't the best, but then I found that was the same for most hotels, if you want everything at your doorstep then this isn't the place for you. We walked a lot around 10 mins to the Beach. Food isn't the best with selection, seems to be pretty much the same everyday but for that price wouldn't expect a major variety. Defiantly recommend if you want a clean environment and perhaps if you have rented a car or bike. But not if you want to be at the doorstep for everything (don't think you would get that in Da Nang to be honest!)

They kicking the 3 stars hotel. Absolutely can not compare any other small hotel. Brand new building, always keeping clean, friendly and kindly staffs, chip price,small but good breakfast, face on main road with My Khe Beach(can walking to there). Was been there 3 times and saw the nice quality keeping. I guess the reason that owner(He can speak English perfectly) always being there. If you considering to book another 3 stars hotel, you’d better get this hotel. I’m sure. It will be better. 다낭을 30번도 넘게 갔지만 이 가격에서 이 수준의 호텔은 찾을 수가 없음!!

We stayed here a long period of time for our honeymoon. Staff is efficient, friendly and sweet. The hotel by itself is nice, well located near the sea. They offer all sort of services (free bicycles, cheap scooter renting etc. The only minus are Vietnamese patrons. They are so loud and can be so rude. We, Europeans, are not used to such a level of noises. Don't forget Da Nang is well-known for being a great sea resort city. So yeah, over the weekend, it can get crazy. However, Song Cong Hotel staff try their best to keep grounded over the top behaviour.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my friend, we like this hotel very much, overall the hotel is clean and the room is cosy and really love the simple modern style. Location is great, just 2 mins cross the road and you get on the beach! We spend 1 hour per day on the beach is never a hard thing. And guess 10 mins, you can reach to a little shopping street, enjoy grabbing a cup of iced americano, go spa and do the nails or do some shopping in the souvenir shop :D Hotel service is good, they have a luxury van to pick us up from the da nang airport, it was great that if it is your first time to visit this city. And all in all, people are helpful and nice, help us book the taxi or get a taxi when they think it costs cheaper. Finally, DON'T FORGET THEIR BREAKFAST, very great quality, nice hall, various choices, the pho is the best I like, the second is the marmalade :P
