The location is awesome where it's just opposite the pink cathedral and just 2 min walk to Han Market. You can hunt for food in walking distance. The service provided by the hotel staff is excellent. Even though some of them are not very good in English proficiency, however they still deliver the best level of service. The breakfast is nice and the environment is good.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights partly celebrated my Wedding Anniversary as my first trip at Danang. I have an Awesome Experience with the service provided by this hotel!! They decorated the room with flowers, complimentary cake and chocolates. Me and my hubby were very happy with our trip. The tour desk name of “Dan Tam” is very helpful, recommended the trip to River Boat Trip, Bana Hill, Hoi Ann, Mykhe Beach, Han Market, places to get around nearby. The breakfast spread is good. It’s more on local, Korean and western. The variety will still have room for improvements. Overall experience on check in, during our stay and check out experience is great!

A very comfortable hotel with 4 star facilities. Location of hotel may be rather lacking as guests need to take a 10 -15min cab drive to reach the Dragon bridge and Han river front where the happenings are. Other than a few shops selling local food, there's nothing much to shop in the vicinity. The hotel does not provide shuttle service to the city. I enjoyed the superb local as well as international breakfast buffet provided. Food and service are excellent. The staff is very friendly, pleasing and accommodating to my request for medical supply. The staff generally are not conversant in the spoken English except for a few at the front desk. This lack makes communication with the staff a struggle at times when one needs specific information. Overall they are very eager to please and very friendly. A delightful place with superb ambience to chill out at the facilities provided. The free foot massage was a superb treat for aching feet.

Hotel is located just a short walking distance from the Hans market and many other shops in town, and just 10-15 minutes drive from airport. We booked the river view rooms and had a great view of the river and bridge which was beautifully lit at night. Downside was the room & bathroom, swimming pool and gym were all extremely small. We had our best breakfast after 4 days travelling to Hue and Hoi An. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. We received many tips on what to buy from Hans market, and a fair price to pay for all our shopping. Needless to say, we managed to spend all our VND in Hans market before making our way to airport!

Location is great for this hotel if you are looking for a place to enjoy Da Nang like locals. Plenty of foods available nearby. We traveled here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the hotel upgraded our room to higher floor (14th) and some floral arrangement on the bed. The lady attended to us on GUEST RELATIONS were very helpful in giving us directions to essential places in vicinity: Han Market, Cathredal, Big C Supermarket and others. Generally the staffs of the hotel are pretty courteous and helpful. Breakfast is AMAZING. The Pho and Quang Noodle make us addicted! Plus staffs were very prompt and personable. Room size is pretty decent, nice strong and stable water pressure. Some rooms for improvement: * Shower floor get extra flooded upon us finishing our shower. Recommend using rain shower for first time guests. * The package we booked came with daily 30 mins massage package, unfortunately we were told to combine the 2 day vouchers instead for a one-time 45 minutes. Reason being the appointment slots have been packed. Hotel could have told us first if we need to make appointment. This is a great hotel we would probably consider coming back given its convenience and value for money.

the best hotel. when I visited there at first, staff help me and pick up my luggages warmly. Especially, The facility was the best I have ever visited even if it is 4 stars. I was attracted by the fancy interior photo when I searching for hotel with internet. the photo is absolutely true. I swim in the marvelous pool and enjoyed my vacation in the sunbed. It was Extremely memorable experience. In addition, there are so many places in hotel building like sky bar which I can take a photo showed off in instagram, bistro, luxurious massage shop and night club. I cannot help mentioning bellboy Trinh's customer-friendly attitude. He was so accommodating and willing to let me know information abt traveling Danang. He always greeted me with smiles. OQ bar, other famous club and restaurant are located nearby this hotel In spite of the perfectness of this hotel, hotel building has weakness of soundproof. In addition, in the middle of my journey, hotel air conditioner was out of order abt 3 hrs. SO I could not sleep at that time and require changing my room. However, it was not accepted even if there was vacancy of the room. I could check the vacancy for New orient hotel Danang in booking.com at that time. However, hotel staff lied to me I think. Even though air conditioner was fixed in 30 minutes after i complained, I was so uncomfortable. even if there were shortcomings, I love this hotel.

Centre Hotel is such a nice hotel in Da Nang. Location is so near tourist attractions like the Dragon Bridge and Han River. Walking distance to the famous Han Market and lots of restaurants nearby. Staff are all friendly and accommodating. Our group of 5 stayed in one big room and it was really spacious and clean. Beddings make you sleep well and feel rested from a busy day tour. Breakfast were always satisfying and the lady in charge always greets us with a smile. Truly enjoyed our stay and will surely book again here. Thank you Centre!

We really enjoy our stay. We traveled with my family and stay in a very nice room. Staff are very friendly and breakfast is nice. Nice sky bar and swimming pool. Hotel is located in the city center which is very convinient if you want to go visit some famous places around such as Dragon Bridge, Han river, Cham museum or go shopping at Han Market. If you want to go around just ask the staff at the lobby, they are friendly and always help us with everything. The room was very clean, and the welcome fruit was great, this was the special thing that so rare for 3 star in Viet Nam, So impressed. The Breakfast was also delicious with many choices. We had a comfortable stay in Mitisa Hotel and will come back in the next time in Da Nang ant����n�

I stayed in the two room suite as I was travelling with my parents for the weekend. It is conveniently located with a plenty of spas and stores near by. It’s also 15min walking distance from the famous Han market which you can also get to by a taxi at a pretty cheap fare. The breakfast had great options from continental to Asian food and the staffs were super friendly. The suites were clean and had a great view over the Han River. If you are travelling in a large group, this would be a great place to stay. There is a decent sized living room for everyone to gather around for a drinks and chats at night.

This small hotel is on the Han river within a short walking distance to the dragon bridge and a slightly longer walk to Vincom Plaza. The Han market is nearby should you want to buy fruits or souvenirs. The room was slightly tight with a narrow space between the bed and the table but the bed was comfortable and wide. Bathroom was clean and large. Breakfast was good despite a small selection. A staff was available to cook eggs and noodles. The front counter staff were very pleasant standing up to greet us every time we come through the door. The upstairs rooftop bar looks like it has closed for business but we were able to go there where there was a fantastic view of the river and dragon bridge. We took a day tour from Da nang to Sunworld.

Good location, good view with wide window, but breakfast is not good so I couldn’t eat enough, In bathroom, no shower cutain : get wet all over the floor. All towels are grey color. Found ants on a bed, wall, Be careful not to leave some food even beverages, it makes ants come out. This hotel’s pro: lake view with panorama windows & near to Han Market. That’s two. If you want cheaper price for lake view only,,, get it.

Have high expectation of the hotel prior to booking. Sadly, it was a terrible let down. Experienced terrible encounter with a particular female staff in the reception counter upon check-in. Have made all necessary query via email beforehand but unfortunately the staff concerned got into argumentative mood when asked to confirm the additional booking for an extra night. Although the hotel management was quick to rectify the situation on the spot, damage has been done to our holiday mood. The room design was lovely especially the intelligent remote control for lightings & clock alarm. Shower facilities provided was impressive to say at most. Housekeeping was thoughtful to provide fresh fruit platter when discovered the fruits were overripe to be eaten. The breakfast buffet was average & started to become dull after 2nd day. Helpful hotel porters who were quick to be around when needed. Hotel is near to Cham Museum & Han Market. Overall, should the hotel improved on its frontline service staff then the guest stay experience would be memorable.

I booked Happy Day Hotel simply for the location. It is located in the heart of Da Nang’s city centre, within minutes walk from top restaurants on TripAdvisor and a 5 minute walk from Han Market. It is a recover front hotel and you are able to see the Dragon Bridge from outside the hotel. The room itself was very simple. Had what a budget 2 star hotel would need. Doors on both front and bathroom were old and made a lot of creaky noises and were hard to shut. They were wooden and very outdated. The AC wasn’t cold enough. Staff and security were friendly and accommodating and let me check in at 8am luckily. Unfortunately the pictures on Agoda did not reflect the room, specifically the bathroom where the photos showed a glass window to separate the shower from toilet. This was not the case as the shower and toilet shared an open area.

The hotel is located above the most popular supermarket in Danang and across the road is ae large local market - perfect! We slept in the second night and missed breakfast. We wandered down about an hour later and asked the receptionist where we might find a decent place for breakfast. To our surprise and delight, they opened the restaurant and provided us with a cooked breakfast - it was delicious and the staff were charming and gracious - five stars! We also met the manager who was equally charming and eager to please - this is one of the few hotels where everything exceeded expectations.

We stayed with a group of friends and had unforgettable experiences at the hotel. The hotel is super clean and located at the central of the city, convenience to walk to all major spots: Han river, Dragon bridge, Han market, Cham museum, My Khe beach ...The staffs was friendly, very helpful. Hotel even offer full service tour booking for us to Bana hills and Hoi An at a very affordable price. Thank you Gopatel and definitely come back.

Deluxe twin room is roomy, quiet and comfortable with clean sheets and great shower. Pool is on the roof top with nice view. Breakfast is also good and has adequate selection considering it’s a boutique hotel. The staff are attentive and very helpful and would help you arrange transport to places on interest. Located centrally and convenient to walk or taxi to the beach or night market. Overall. A very pleasant and enjoyable stay!

A reservation problem at checkin on a Saturday evening was immediately addressed by the front desk and hotel manager. Very impressed with the resolution that exceeded our expectations. The remainder of the stay was terrific. The manager is exceptional as well as the rest of staff. Great location on the Han River and easy walking distance to many attractions (Han Market, the iconic Dragon Bridge, loads of places to eat, bakeries, cafes, Banh Mi vendors and more). Short cab ride to My Khe Beach. Hotel was very helpful with suggestions and expediting cars for longer drives and excursions (such as Lady Buddha). Great central location off the Han River promenade. Highly recommend and would definitely stay at Hoang Linh again.

We only stayed for a night and could not have been more satisfied. The staff were always there, ready to help and not for a second without a smile on their faces. Our room was nice, elegant, spacious with lovely furniture. Our room looked out to Han river with gorgious city view. The bathroom was amazing! Breakfast was tasty and had variety. The hotel is a short walk from the river. I was surprised by how empty it was. Other than that, great hotel!

Excellent, I got a room view to Han river - actually an upgrade from hotel! This one locate in near to airport, beach and center also. A good balance if you go for business and like to have seafood/swim on the beach in the afternoon. The room condition is very good, toilet and showroom is separate, clean - good organiser. Just one thing still need to improve is the restaurant, staff need more helpful. Definitively I will come back for next trip!

- good location. Walkable distance to Dragon Bridge and Han Market. Few eateries nearby - booked superior double city view room which looking at Dragon Bridge. However, the window is dirty so made the view not so nice - receptionist would hold your passport during check-in. I asked whether she can help to photostat a copy of my passport. She thought I asked her to keep the photocopy passport then she returns the original passport to me. - Breakfast is less choices but this was not a big issue to me.

What an absolutely beautiful hotel to stay. I can't thank the Manager and staff enough for their friendliness and helpfulness throughout my stay - nothing was too hard. Really beautiful people, I felt very very welcome. The hotel Manager Trang sat with me to go through my list of what I wanted to go see while in Da Nang. She highlighted their proximity to the hotel on a map which was fantastic. For the few things I wanted to see that were a distance, she organized a driver to take me to these locations and bring me back to the hotel at such reasonable rates I was impressed. I don't think I would have been able to go to these locations without her assistance, I am so grateful, they were really worth going to see. A very beautiful hotel, lovely staff and management, beautiful clean rooms and bathroom, extremely comfortable bed and a great menu to choose from. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend them. Nothing was too hard. Really very beautiful people.

Hotel is situated near shops and night markets, so its best for those into shopping and looking for cheap thrills. The hotel is relatively new and rooms are provided with basic amenities that will make your stay comfortable. Getting a taxi to go to other places is not a problem. Family rooms are very spacious with nice interior and comfortable beds which can accomodate up to 4 persons. Rooms are always maintained and cleaned. Delicious free breakfast are being served every morning. The hotel staff are very accomodating, friendly and helpful. Eventhough receptionist is not very well conversant in English, they can still able to communicate. Hotel helped us book a tour to Hue City even with a very short notice. Highly recommended hotel and high value for money

We appreciated the breakfast variety over the 3 days. Triple delux room had a view over the river whilst the superior delux room had views of the city. Front desk spoke some English - you just have to slow down and listen carefully for words to piece it together. Location was fairly convenient, Han market was a 10-12 min walk away, dragon bridge just a stone throw away. We took day trips out to Hue and Hoi An, so white snow was a good place to stay during our 3 nights at Danang.
