Booked the Suite Room. Room was big and clean. Even though the room was facing the main street, the noise couldn't really be heard. Hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful. They noticed my girlfriend's Birthday, and prepared a cake to surprise us. (Really appreciate it.) The only down side was that when I asked to extend my stay by another night, the rates offered to me by the hotel was much higher then the price from agoda. Staff insisted that direct bookings through the hotel are much cheaper(Even though I showed her the Agoda app price). I ended up doing my booking through Agoda and requested to keep the same room. Other then that, really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

I only have good things to say during my stay in VANDA. What an incredible stay at the hotel! From the location, amenities and above all the service of their staff, its just so perfect! The location of the hotel is just a few mins from the airport and to some of the major tourist spots...of course, the room is heaven coz we have a fantastic view of the river! Last but not the least, their staff’s so well trained...what an impeccable service! Thank u to all who assisted me and my friends but I wanna shout out specifically to Miss Dan Tam and Miss Minh Ly for being so helpful and accommodating, they go out their way to be of service! I’ve never had that kind of service from a 5-star hotel before thats why they are very worthy to be commended! They are an asset to the company! Keep up the good work and more power!

This was our second trip to Da Nang, and there was no question we would stay again at the Novotel Danang Premier Han River. We love the location right on the river, and it is a pleasant walk to many things in the area. The hotel accommodations are excellent, the staff very nice and helpful, and the buffet breakfast one of the best I've ever had. The staff helped us schedule local tours and transfers to Hoi An, and we enjoyed the excellent pool and gym facilities at the hotel.

I have stayed here on four occasions and I'm never disappointed. 5 star quality for the price of 3 star! The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. You can't overlook the rooftop pool with views over the city. It's half way between the city and the beach with taxis out the front all the time, about $1-2 either to city or beach. I love the location, it's not far to walk into the city with some of the best food I've eaten close by. I've stayed in a few places in Da Nang and now always pick Minh Toan Galaxy. Highly recommend

Location is great for this hotel if you are looking for a place to enjoy Da Nang like locals. Plenty of foods available nearby. We traveled here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the hotel upgraded our room to higher floor (14th) and some floral arrangement on the bed. The lady attended to us on GUEST RELATIONS were very helpful in giving us directions to essential places in vicinity: Han Market, Cathredal, Big C Supermarket and others. Generally the staffs of the hotel are pretty courteous and helpful. Breakfast is AMAZING. The Pho and Quang Noodle make us addicted! Plus staffs were very prompt and personable. Room size is pretty decent, nice strong and stable water pressure. Some rooms for improvement: * Shower floor get extra flooded upon us finishing our shower. Recommend using rain shower for first time guests. * The package we booked came with daily 30 mins massage package, unfortunately we were told to combine the 2 day vouchers instead for a one-time 45 minutes. Reason being the appointment slots have been packed. Hotel could have told us first if we need to make appointment. This is a great hotel we would probably consider coming back given its convenience and value for money.

the best hotel. when I visited there at first, staff help me and pick up my luggages warmly. Especially, The facility was the best I have ever visited even if it is 4 stars. I was attracted by the fancy interior photo when I searching for hotel with internet. the photo is absolutely true. I swim in the marvelous pool and enjoyed my vacation in the sunbed. It was Extremely memorable experience. In addition, there are so many places in hotel building like sky bar which I can take a photo showed off in instagram, bistro, luxurious massage shop and night club. I cannot help mentioning bellboy Trinh's customer-friendly attitude. He was so accommodating and willing to let me know information abt traveling Danang. He always greeted me with smiles. OQ bar, other famous club and restaurant are located nearby this hotel In spite of the perfectness of this hotel, hotel building has weakness of soundproof. In addition, in the middle of my journey, hotel air conditioner was out of order abt 3 hrs. SO I could not sleep at that time and require changing my room. However, it was not accepted even if there was vacancy of the room. I could check the vacancy for New orient hotel Danang in booking.com at that time. However, hotel staff lied to me I think. Even though air conditioner was fixed in 30 minutes after i complained, I was so uncomfortable. even if there were shortcomings, I love this hotel.

It's difficult to find anything negative about the Centre Hotel. The location is excellent, the rooms are modern and clean and some of the top rated restaurants in Danang are within walking distance. What makes this hotel a truly outstanding place to stay is the staff. They are friendly, helpful and always smiling. I fell in love with them. The front desk booked us a tour to Sun World and the newly opened Golden Bridge. I was a little concerned at first was the price was less than half of what other tours charge and the others had less than stunning reviews. We had an excellent tour with guide, a buffet lunch and spectacular views. You are in for a special treat when you show up for the breakfast buffet that is included with your room! Coffee, juice, fruit, soup station, eggs cooked to order and an incredible selection of Vietnamese, Asian and Western dishes updated daily. There's something for everyone. And once again, the staff was incredible! Enjoy and don't eat too much!!!

We really enjoy our stay. We traveled with my family and stay in a very nice room. Staff are very friendly and breakfast is nice. Nice sky bar and swimming pool. Hotel is located in the city center which is very convinient if you want to go visit some famous places around such as Dragon Bridge, Han river, Cham museum or go shopping at Han Market. If you want to go around just ask the staff at the lobby, they are friendly and always help us with everything. The room was very clean, and the welcome fruit was great, this was the special thing that so rare for 3 star in Viet Nam, So impressed. The Breakfast was also delicious with many choices. We had a comfortable stay in Mitisa Hotel and will come back in the next time in Da Nang ant����n�

We got upgraded to a river view one bedroom suite on a high floor- the views were magnificent, you can see both the river and the sea. The suite was lovely and the bed very comfortable. We loved the bath tub, the spacious bathroom and having 2 TVs. The breakfast was one of the best we've had in a hotel in Vietnam. Will definitely stay there again and would recommend this hotel.

I came to Da Nang for a 3 weeks stay to visit my friend and his family. I booked the Avora for the first 2 nights until I could assess it's quality and value and to compare it to other local hotels in that area. There is no comparison. This is by far the best value for the money and I immediately booked the whole 3 weeks here. The staff makes me feels so comfortable and are so friendly. It feels like home away from home. One more thing. Da Nang is an awesome city. I love it.

This hotel in Danang has the absolute best location. Smack dab in the middle of the mountains to the north, the ocean to the east, the rivers and Lao border to the west and the lovely ancient town and all it's historical glory in the south (about 35-45 minutes away). Food was real easy to find, the view of either side of the hotel balconies was perfect. It's my 3rd time in Danang and I wish I had stayed in this hotel the last two times instead. The service was great and very prompt. There was on day I shorted out the external circuit breaker, the electrician was up there doing his magic with the external breaker in 5 minutes and all smiles too even though it was close to bed time. I felt so bad I gave him a tip and he was shocked at the gesture saying it wasn't necessary nor was it expected. It's amazing that the hotel was still up and running despite the aftermath of Typhoon Nari that hit 2 days prior but everything was working fine and the repair works were promptly underway. The room deco was nice, in keeping with the cultural ancient history of the place and was spacious including the toilet too. Woody, modern yet in keeping with the historical architecture of the place. Walking distance to the Cho Danang, Danang Cathedral and Cham Museum as well as dozens of eateries both local and for westerners.

I stayed at the Nhat Linh Hotel on 6 separate occasions for almost 2 1/2 weeks and I have nothing but good things to say about the hotel and the staff! I can’t say enough about how great the staff are, from the bellboy, to front reception, to housekeeping, to the morning b’fast staff. All were very friendly and accommodating! The location of the hotel is pretty good, within walking distance of the Dragon Bridge, Han Market, Cham Museum and Han River. Rooms are not overly huge but does the job and is quite clean and bright. B’fast is on the top floor (12th) and you get a great view of the Dragon Bridge and surrounding areas. I would hesitate to stay there again and definitely would recommend the Nhat Linh Hotel to family, friends and also strangers!

The hotel is located above the most popular supermarket in Danang and across the road is ae large local market - perfect! We slept in the second night and missed breakfast. We wandered down about an hour later and asked the receptionist where we might find a decent place for breakfast. To our surprise and delight, they opened the restaurant and provided us with a cooked breakfast - it was delicious and the staff were charming and gracious - five stars! We also met the manager who was equally charming and eager to please - this is one of the few hotels where everything exceeded expectations.

We stayed with a group of friends and had unforgettable experiences at the hotel. The hotel is super clean and located at the central of the city, convenience to walk to all major spots: Han river, Dragon bridge, Han market, Cham museum, My Khe beach ...The staffs was friendly, very helpful. Hotel even offer full service tour booking for us to Bana hills and Hoi An at a very affordable price. Thank you Gopatel and definitely come back.

Great stay despite a few run ins- we rented motorbikes through the hotel. Mid way through the trip, one of the bikes broke down. I reached out to hotel and spoke with hotel manager. She advised us someone would be on the way to service the bike for us. Instead of going home after her work day- She stayed back at the hotel until we returned to make sure we were okay. Pool area is absolutely stunning particularly around sunset. However, towels only available upon request. After swimming I looked for both towels and phone, I ended up taking elevator down to reception desk to request towels. Although they brought them up to us, the towels they provided were more like floor mats (extremely small). I also left my phone at reception desk by accident, when I realized this the staff helped me look for it. Turns out a guest walked out with it moments after leaving it- needless to say, my phone was retrieved

I'll start with the 2 cons. First the location is a bit out of the way. It will take you about 10 minutes to walk to where the action is. For us this was not a problem as we walk everywhere. The 2nd con was there was a Kareoke bar next door that we heard very well. They would wrap it up by 9 though so it didn't bother our sleep. Otherwise the location was super quiet and peaceful. no car or walking noise at all. Otherwise this place was awesome. Our hostess was super friendly and helped us booked 3 great tours right when we first arrived. our room was very clean and the hot water and aircon worked well. The bed was stiff but normal for Asia standards. We tried the food at the hotel and the husband cooks it in their kitchen. The breakfast and supper were both excellent. We highly recommend this place if you can stand some minor walking.

We met up with our granddaughter and husband who teach English in Ho Chi Minh City for a holiday which turned out to be a fairy tale lasting 17 wonderful days. The 7 hotels we stayed in were beyond reproached and the staff were wonderfully old world charm standards. Thanks to Agoda, unlike travel agents, hotel costs covered all 4 of us without breaking the bank. Food and drinks at these hotels averaged just over $A 100 per day for the 4 of us. Try doing that in Sydney or elsewhere! was reminiscent of Mombasa, Kenya in the 60's and 70's. It is said that time flies when having fun. We were checking out on day two until the reception staff told us ... "you leave tomorrow", to the delight of all.

I recommend this hotel to any international guest as it is very safe, clean, quiet and central to the Danang city market. The hotel shuttle will pick you up from the airport, even at midnight! They will arrange to take you to the Lotte supermarket, the shopping mall, the airport, as well as the beach. If there is another place you need to go, they will happily arrange a taxi for you. I recommend you pay the little extra and get access to the Privilege lounge on the 21F. They have all-you-can-eat/drink breakfast menu, the BEST cafe latte in Vietnam, all served up by a very special lady who can speak English well! They also have a 5-7 pm snack time offering free drinks and refreshments. It is definitely worth it as there are no vending machines in Vietnam and the service is EXCELLENT! Get the shuttle to the shopping mall, then go over a few streets to the Han Market. Amazing place. If you want to buy "aozai" go to the second floor of this market to Booth #44 XUAN. Xuan made me four "aozai" in the two days I was there. Fast service. There is a large shopping mall about 1.5 km walk from the Han Market. It is called the "Big C". Back packs must be left at a check in counter. Don't carry your valuables. Leave them in your room safe at the Mercure. Take a 40 minute taxi ride to Ba Na. It should cost around $35 dollars round trip for 4 hours, if you find a good deal. Tallest cable car in the world according to the Guinness book.

In addition to my previous review, I would like to compliment one of the waitress - Mai Thai Minh Thuan - for her excellent services. As I have been in Vietnam for almost one month. One morning, I suddenly have a craving for fresh milk and have mistaken the pack of condensed milk as fresh milk. Realising it is not what I can consumed, so I left it as is. Next morning during breakfast, Thuan, came around to tell me that they bought a packet of fresh milk for me and asked if I need any. This brought a smile to me - yes - Thuan, you have made my day ! Thanks for your thoughtfulness and I am amazed by the services standard of this hotel ! Thank you very much to the Kitchen Team for the varieties of breakfast as well as your hardwork of clearing the table fast and keeping the table clean. Please be patience with them on language as English is not their first language but you can see they are trying - which is an excellent gesture. Btw, some of them do speak mandarin. You may get lucky because someone may understand you. If not, do rely on Google Translate. I will definitely come back to stay and recommend (already did told some friends about this hotel) my friends and travellers to come here. I truly enjoyed my stay here. Thanks again to all the staff in Moonlight Hotel !

We stayed only 1 night but it was OK. I think it was the owner who greeted us and taught us how to open the power at the room. He was very accommodating and let us eat breakfast early because we were due to check out at 7am. Breakfast looked great even if we didn't get to eat much. Would have loved to stay longer because the location was excellent, just a short walk to the river boardwalk, cathedral, dragon bridge and cham museum, and many food options nesrby. We had a different room from the one pictured in booking but it was fine. Hotel has elevator and designed great.

What an absolutely beautiful hotel to stay. I can't thank the Manager and staff enough for their friendliness and helpfulness throughout my stay - nothing was too hard. Really beautiful people, I felt very very welcome. The hotel Manager Trang sat with me to go through my list of what I wanted to go see while in Da Nang. She highlighted their proximity to the hotel on a map which was fantastic. For the few things I wanted to see that were a distance, she organized a driver to take me to these locations and bring me back to the hotel at such reasonable rates I was impressed. I don't think I would have been able to go to these locations without her assistance, I am so grateful, they were really worth going to see. A very beautiful hotel, lovely staff and management, beautiful clean rooms and bathroom, extremely comfortable bed and a great menu to choose from. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend them. Nothing was too hard. Really very beautiful people.

Hotel is situated near shops and night markets, so its best for those into shopping and looking for cheap thrills. The hotel is relatively new and rooms are provided with basic amenities that will make your stay comfortable. Getting a taxi to go to other places is not a problem. Family rooms are very spacious with nice interior and comfortable beds which can accomodate up to 4 persons. Rooms are always maintained and cleaned. Delicious free breakfast are being served every morning. The hotel staff are very accomodating, friendly and helpful. Eventhough receptionist is not very well conversant in English, they can still able to communicate. Hotel helped us book a tour to Hue City even with a very short notice. Highly recommended hotel and high value for money

camillia hotel is suituated at acentral business district with lots of shops and restaurants arround. it provides rooms with beautiful and warm decoration fit for a five star hotel. the breakfast is a combination of east and west choice , one that is the best i have seen in vietnam. the front desk staff are so friendly that makes your stay there so enjoyable. i difinately will always stay at camillia hotel in hue.

Decent location, room was ideal and the perfect size. The only negative was that there was a lot of noise coming from some of the guests very early on in the morning. It's totally unfair to mention because it isn't the hotels fault but every single morning at about six am, they would all open their doors and host between rooms for a good hour. After being told to be quiet they didn't even try and acknowledge us, and carried on as they were. The breakfast was also catered for specific guests with there being a lot of Chinese breakfast options and almost no westernised options. Overall the hotel was good value for money and with a nice room.
