Booked the Suite Room. Room was big and clean. Even though the room was facing the main street, the noise couldn't really be heard. Hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful. They noticed my girlfriend's Birthday, and prepared a cake to surprise us. (Really appreciate it.) The only down side was that when I asked to extend my stay by another night, the rates offered to me by the hotel was much higher then the price from agoda. Staff insisted that direct bookings through the hotel are much cheaper(Even though I showed her the Agoda app price). I ended up doing my booking through Agoda and requested to keep the same room. Other then that, really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

From the booking process until we left this hotel there was nothing to complain about. Beautiful hotel located next to the Han River, over view Dragon bridge, 10 minutes away from the airport. We found it really convenient. The staff was really friendly and helpful especially Ms Phi. She tried her best to accommodate our request. Thank you, Vanda team for your great hospitality! We will be back soon :)

This was our second trip to Da Nang, and there was no question we would stay again at the Novotel Danang Premier Han River. We love the location right on the river, and it is a pleasant walk to many things in the area. The hotel accommodations are excellent, the staff very nice and helpful, and the buffet breakfast one of the best I've ever had. The staff helped us schedule local tours and transfers to Hoi An, and we enjoyed the excellent pool and gym facilities at the hotel.

I booked 8 rooms at Brilliant Hotel for January 1 and 2, 2012 for our multi-family party of ~20 persons using Agoda. Below are my observations for the Brilliant Hotel: • Great location, on Bach Dang Street and riverfront, near airport (about 10-15 minutes) • Brand new, grand opening in December, 2012 • The rooms are large and brand, spanking new, even have the “new” smell • All room amenities are there – AC, phone, TV, small refridgerator, safe, hair dryer, wake up service, etc. • My wife and I actually got complimentary upgrade (without even asking) to a huge suite on 14th floor. It has a huge living room with sofa and chairs and even a bar area, followed by a large bedroom with a king bed, desk, closet, drawers, etc. There were 2 flat screen TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom on a half wall at the foot of the bed. • Our room has a stunning view of the river, which looked especially beautiful at night with the city lights • The bathroom is also large, with a large tub and shower system • Wireless internet connection for my laptop was good and fast • Very accommodating staff – both front desk and security / front door personnel • Check in was smooth. The front desk made photocopies of our passports but did not keep them, saying that we can have them back because the rooms have been prepaid via Agoda. However, they did require my credit card and put a temporary charge of 3 million dong on it for verification and security reason (for incidentals before check out). The reason for the large amount was because of the big booking for 8 rooms • As noted by others, the pool construction is not yet complete • The restaurant for breakfast on 2nd floor is very nice. Breakfast was very good, with hot western food, some Vietnamese food, and coffee and juices My wife commented that our room was the largest, best, nicest hotel room she has ever stayed in anywhere, and we’ve done quite a bit of traveling. I recommend Brilliant Hotel without

Location is great for this hotel if you are looking for a place to enjoy Da Nang like locals. Plenty of foods available nearby. We traveled here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the hotel upgraded our room to higher floor (14th) and some floral arrangement on the bed. The lady attended to us on GUEST RELATIONS were very helpful in giving us directions to essential places in vicinity: Han Market, Cathredal, Big C Supermarket and others. Generally the staffs of the hotel are pretty courteous and helpful. Breakfast is AMAZING. The Pho and Quang Noodle make us addicted! Plus staffs were very prompt and personable. Room size is pretty decent, nice strong and stable water pressure. Some rooms for improvement: * Shower floor get extra flooded upon us finishing our shower. Recommend using rain shower for first time guests. * The package we booked came with daily 30 mins massage package, unfortunately we were told to combine the 2 day vouchers instead for a one-time 45 minutes. Reason being the appointment slots have been packed. Hotel could have told us first if we need to make appointment. This is a great hotel we would probably consider coming back given its convenience and value for money.

the best hotel. when I visited there at first, staff help me and pick up my luggages warmly. Especially, The facility was the best I have ever visited even if it is 4 stars. I was attracted by the fancy interior photo when I searching for hotel with internet. the photo is absolutely true. I swim in the marvelous pool and enjoyed my vacation in the sunbed. It was Extremely memorable experience. In addition, there are so many places in hotel building like sky bar which I can take a photo showed off in instagram, bistro, luxurious massage shop and night club. I cannot help mentioning bellboy Trinh's customer-friendly attitude. He was so accommodating and willing to let me know information abt traveling Danang. He always greeted me with smiles. OQ bar, other famous club and restaurant are located nearby this hotel In spite of the perfectness of this hotel, hotel building has weakness of soundproof. In addition, in the middle of my journey, hotel air conditioner was out of order abt 3 hrs. SO I could not sleep at that time and require changing my room. However, it was not accepted even if there was vacancy of the room. I could check the vacancy for New orient hotel Danang in booking.com at that time. However, hotel staff lied to me I think. Even though air conditioner was fixed in 30 minutes after i complained, I was so uncomfortable. even if there were shortcomings, I love this hotel.

I was looking around the Southern Asias countries for more than 30days in Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam. And this place was the best one I’ve stayed ever bcoz the staffs who are working here are all kind and one of them was helped me whenever I had questions and they were all solved well The breakfast was kinda buffet and tasted good as well Anyway I had stayed in this place for 5days and I will stay again If I visit to Da Nang city later Thanks for you guys kindly hospitality :)

Love the room on high floor- it’s clean, comfortable and nice view, we are able to view Dragon bridge! There is a wide variety of buffet breakfast including local Vietnamese cuisine. Tasty and hotel service is good! Welcoming drink upon arrival and departure by hotel staffs! Thank you for your great hospitality!(Tim, Trung and others) I would love to come back here again for my next visit.

We got upgraded to a river view one bedroom suite on a high floor- the views were magnificent, you can see both the river and the sea. The suite was lovely and the bed very comfortable. We loved the bath tub, the spacious bathroom and having 2 TVs. The breakfast was one of the best we've had in a hotel in Vietnam. Will definitely stay there again and would recommend this hotel.

I came to Da Nang for a 3 weeks stay to visit my friend and his family. I booked the Avora for the first 2 nights until I could assess it's quality and value and to compare it to other local hotels in that area. There is no comparison. This is by far the best value for the money and I immediately booked the whole 3 weeks here. The staff makes me feels so comfortable and are so friendly. It feels like home away from home. One more thing. Da Nang is an awesome city. I love it.

Location of this hotel is fantastic, it's near big C, han market, con market, the 3 bridge(bach dang street) and many eateries around there is a chinese pastries shop located not far from the hotel that i can really recommend call " Thành Phát Cake" its also located near a lotteria if you fancy some fast food the room is spacious, all the amenities needed are there except bar soap, internet speed is fast, water pressure is great and strong staffs are friendly and will greet you whenever you go downstair to go out they offer laundry service at 30k dong/KG which is cheap enough their breakfast is good, wide variety of food to choose from but sadly it's the same everyday From here walking over the dragon bridge toward my khe beach will take quite some time but if you don't mind walking, i recommend you to walk all the way to the lotte mart down below...lot's of things to buy there other than big C

I booked Happy Day Hotel simply for the location. It is located in the heart of Da Nang’s city centre, within minutes walk from top restaurants on TripAdvisor and a 5 minute walk from Han Market. It is a recover front hotel and you are able to see the Dragon Bridge from outside the hotel. The room itself was very simple. Had what a budget 2 star hotel would need. Doors on both front and bathroom were old and made a lot of creaky noises and were hard to shut. They were wooden and very outdated. The AC wasn’t cold enough. Staff and security were friendly and accommodating and let me check in at 8am luckily. Unfortunately the pictures on Agoda did not reflect the room, specifically the bathroom where the photos showed a glass window to separate the shower from toilet. This was not the case as the shower and toilet shared an open area.

I'll start with the 2 cons. First the location is a bit out of the way. It will take you about 10 minutes to walk to where the action is. For us this was not a problem as we walk everywhere. The 2nd con was there was a Kareoke bar next door that we heard very well. They would wrap it up by 9 though so it didn't bother our sleep. Otherwise the location was super quiet and peaceful. no car or walking noise at all. Otherwise this place was awesome. Our hostess was super friendly and helped us booked 3 great tours right when we first arrived. our room was very clean and the hot water and aircon worked well. The bed was stiff but normal for Asia standards. We tried the food at the hotel and the husband cooks it in their kitchen. The breakfast and supper were both excellent. We highly recommend this place if you can stand some minor walking.

our stay in hagl plaza was great, we dined in the restaurant and there was a variety of foods from different cultures. the meals were good value for money. the pool on level 5 was very well kept and the staff at the pool were extremely helpful with towels and drinks. our room was one of the best ive stayed in and was very inviting clean and modern, overall a very good experience. (just a bit of advice watch how the locals work through the traffic before trying it yourself)

This is a hotel I'll definitely come back to. Before we checked in, we didn't expect much from this cheap hotel. However, everything was better than we have expected. Though the room rate was low, everything was good. Room was clean and rather spacious. Staffs were friendly and efficient. Service was good. It's really value for money. Actually the location was very good, too. Within a few minutes' walk there was bus stop for taking a bus to Hoi An. And walking further ahead, there's a big local seafood restaurant that many locals eat at. Price was reasonably cheap and quality is good. Our only complaint was that it's too spicy. In addition, it's only 10 minutes taxi ride to the airport. Or, if you like, you can walk there in 30 minutes. I'll definitely come back to this hotel next time I come, and I'll definitely recommend it to anyone considering a hotel in Da Nang.

I travel with three family members therefore I booked two different kinds of rooms, the city view superior room is the best. It is spacious, clean, very bright by large windows. at night it offers wonderful view of Han river and the Dragon bridge. There is a very good seafood restaurant ( Madame Thoi seafood restaurant )and many local restaurants nearby. I will return and strongly recommend this hotel to visitors to Đà Nẵng.

This is a good hotel right on the river, a block from the best restaurants in town. It's clean and comfortable. Good bathroom, good tv, very good service. When I wanted to make coffee in my room, they volunteered to bring piping hot thermos of water every day. Very nice. Some reviewers complain that staff don't speak english, but it's not the case. There was always 1 person available who spoke english. Da Nang people really do not speak much english, so this place is actually better than average... Breakfast was ok. Mostly Asian buffet but they'll cook eggs for you. Very strong VN coffee. My complaints about this hotel: 1. the laundry was very expensive and not the best job 2. the towels are fairly new and nice quality, but they are Brown and Smelly because of the poor water quality in Da Nang. Hotel needs to add chlorine bleach when washing the towels.

What an absolutely beautiful hotel to stay. I can't thank the Manager and staff enough for their friendliness and helpfulness throughout my stay - nothing was too hard. Really beautiful people, I felt very very welcome. The hotel Manager Trang sat with me to go through my list of what I wanted to go see while in Da Nang. She highlighted their proximity to the hotel on a map which was fantastic. For the few things I wanted to see that were a distance, she organized a driver to take me to these locations and bring me back to the hotel at such reasonable rates I was impressed. I don't think I would have been able to go to these locations without her assistance, I am so grateful, they were really worth going to see. A very beautiful hotel, lovely staff and management, beautiful clean rooms and bathroom, extremely comfortable bed and a great menu to choose from. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend them. Nothing was too hard. Really very beautiful people.

Hotel is situated near shops and night markets, so its best for those into shopping and looking for cheap thrills. The hotel is relatively new and rooms are provided with basic amenities that will make your stay comfortable. Getting a taxi to go to other places is not a problem. Family rooms are very spacious with nice interior and comfortable beds which can accomodate up to 4 persons. Rooms are always maintained and cleaned. Delicious free breakfast are being served every morning. The hotel staff are very accomodating, friendly and helpful. Eventhough receptionist is not very well conversant in English, they can still able to communicate. Hotel helped us book a tour to Hue City even with a very short notice. Highly recommended hotel and high value for money

The hotel is very close to airport, only 5minutes drive. I got upgrade room since I booked 2 double room but I got 1 family and 1 double room. The room is very clean, tidy, and furnished new looks. The breakfast is very awesome, many Vietnamese food available, many variants and everything looks delicious. If I don't concern with halal food, I would like to try the whole food, hahaha. It's also close to Dragon bridge, only 1,5km, and we walked to Dragon bridge at night, feel comfort and safety too. There are many café and restaurants on our way from hotel to Dragon bridge.
