"Great choice for solo travelling or to keep a travelling budget at a decent level, while staying close to the city center and main touristic spots. The boss is really cool and accomodating. It's a motel, but i was staying there without a car, using buses to move around (direct bus to downtown takes around 30min, the bus stop is right in front of the motel)"
