"Celebrated wife's Birthday with Banyan Tree@Lang Co. Was pleasantly surprised with a nice cake and decorated flower bed on the day itself. Special mention to Ms Hoang Lan Dao and her team who took good care of us during our stay. The complimentary shuttle from air port works well for us travelling to Lang Co for the first time. Also the free shuttle to Hue, Hoi An is a plus for any traveller to base in Lang Co. Overall, it was a very pleasant trip for both of us. Facilities are new and the breakfast with free flow champagne makes it a real value stay. Definitely recommend Banyan Tree to anyone who wants to make this a memorable experience."

"We completely enjoyed our 7-night getaway holiday at Angsana Lang Co. This self-contained resort provided us with a relaxing retreat for our little family that we found little need to venture out. The swimming pool is huge and there are many complementary equipments (board games, floats, beach toys) and classes. Restaurants at Banyan Tree (just next door) were superb! Rooms are clean and staff were attentive to our requests.
And we want to especially thank the staff at Angsana Lang Co staff. I left my child's stuff toy behind and after I left them a facebook message, the staff immediately helped me locate it, kept contact with me throughout the process and sent it back! We just received it today! Thank you Angsana Lang Co! "

"The location of the hotel is great, along the 15km strip of largely untouched beach, which was clean. The garden was very pretty, with a nice Hoi An-esque Japanese-style bridge, flowers, fountain and large grass space. There was no noise from the main road that runs parallel to the beach because the resort is set back from the road. The resort is also walking distance from restaurants nearby.
We booked the Budget room but as it was off-peak season, we were offered a free upgrade. The room was spacious and opened out on to the garden with some view of the sea. The room and poolside were a little tired, perhaps because of it was off-peak season. Anyway, with the beach on the doorstep, it was definitely our preferred place to relax.
Easy to confuse Lang Co Beach Resort with Lang Co Resort (tones in Vietnamese are different) but not a big issue at all. We'd visit again, perhaps during peak season (school holidays)."

"The hotel is quite remote, you stay there and go nowhere except within the resort area.
We stayed at Park Homes (villa, i think this is for golfer and families)
Receptionist told me that we would have free drink and fruits at the pool, it turned out that they only serve it for hotel (not villa).
We booked the Kayak with Receptionist, later when we go to Water Sport Center, they informed us that no booking was made. So disappointed.
The next day early in the morning, 7AM, their construction started to work, cant sleep or rest, look like they want to destroy our villa. I complained to receptionist, it still lasted till 11 PM.
The food here is crazy expensive, a can of beer is 90K Vnd, 1 piece of Xeo Cake (Vietnamese pan cake) is 120K, you will need 4-5 of them to fill your stomach.
If you stay in villa, it is recommended that you bring your food as they have kitchen."

"This motel is located in a very remote area but in a good location 200m from a great beach. The motel was spotless and airy and my room was spotlessly clean too. But when I arrived, soaking wet and muddy after cycling from Danang the owner was not in for the day. He had written me a lovely letter though and his father (who spoke no English) let me check into my room, he also helped me hose down my bike, excellent! The room has no fridge or kettle but I had 2 warm water bottles.. and I could buy (warm!) water in the shop next door. I found somewhere to eat on the beach but almost everywhere was shutdown and building works in progress, great! Nice beach though. The owner did not return until 8pm and he offered me some extra quilts to sleep on in case the mattress was too hard, it was, very! When I tried to checkout at 6.30am there was no one around and the front door and gates were locked. I managed to let myself out through a side gate! I had hoped for a breakfast,no chance! Shame."

"The reviews on agoda are unjustifiably low. For the price point and location this hotel is a steal. The rooms are very basic and cleanish, about what you expect for the price, but the hotel is right on the beach. The woman that runs the hotel is just about the nicest person we've met in Vietnam and goes out of her way to accommodate you. She speaks no English, but does her best with Google Translate, an effort you almost never see. She also provides a great map of the tiny little town with some great spots for food. She herself is very fair and the hotel food was also reasonably good. We only had the ability to stay here for one day because we were meeting a friend that was flying in to visit us in Da Nang. Given the opportunity, we would have stayed an extra night or two to take advantage of the hospitality at the hotel and the great food in town."
