this was the best value for money I have had in a really long time if not ever. thanks to the rates provided by agoda, the "northern suite" was very affordable and it was as good as it looks on the photos, big room, big bed, nice tv area, huge window with a nice with of both the city and the river, nice bathroom with a big Jacuzzi bath tub. only disappointment I can think of would be that the bar/nightclub supposed to be on the 17th floor wasn't open but I think that was mainly due to the fact that the hotel is very recent (wasnt set up yet maybe) and that they were very few people in the hotel when we stayed there ( or it seemed like it anyway) but it will be a good addition once it will be up and running. good size area on the top floor with an almost 360 view that is pretty nice at night. Conclusion, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel

Even though it was raining heavily during the time we stayed in Danang, it was such a great memory for us. The hotel is located in the center with lots of coffee shops & restaurants surrounding. It is also near the train station & airport. If you are a walking-lover, you may also have a stroll to Bach Dang street along Han River. After all, I think the location is absolutely great. The staff here is nice as well. They made me feel welcome. The room is nice and I was impressed by the simple yet attractive decoration of the hotel. Would love to be back here one day. :)

We had an excellent stay at Vy Thuyen Hotel. I sprained my ankle right before the trip, so I had trouble accessing the services provided by the hotel. However, the hotel staff was super accomodating and friendly. Making sure I was comfortable, providing ice for my swollen foot. They go out of their way to make sure I get first priority accessing their facilities. I felt well taken care of, and can't wait to be back to Vy Thuyen Hotel in the near future.

Seriously could not wait to leave this place. The noise at night was awful and we could not sleep. The staff would be playing music from the computer really loud or just shouting at each other late into the night. They also have some sort of buzzer for the evening to let people in and out which is really loud too. On the second night we had to go down and ask them to turn down their music because it was gone 11pm and we couldnt get to sleep. You could hear absolutely everything throughout the hotel. It was also really hard to communicate with the staff because nobody there spoke any english so always felt abit weird when we were going to and from the hotel.

The room is nice, clean and very spacious with a functional layout. I find my stay here very comfortable. They have a nice roof top dining area overseeing the beach in front of it, but unfortunately it was temporarily closed during my stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful to my travel needs. As I am a solo traveller, she recommended me the economical way to travel with the hop-on hop-off COCO Bus and guided me on the travel plan. This enables me to have a good coverage of Danang city within a single day tour by myself; and I appreciate it very much. Location wise, it is quite a long walk to the riverside. I chose this hotel was because it is closer to the train station as compared to those hotels along the riverside. The Danang-Hoi An shuttle bus ply along the road in front of it, and I actually alight at the bus stop just opposite the road when I make my transfer from Hoi An to this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Blue Whale Hotel. I booked a standard double through agoda, and was given room 501 - it has a gorgeous view of the beach and a balcony that overlooks the water and the city. The room was clean and spacious, and the TV and internet worked very well. I ended up staying an extra night. The beach is empty, so there are no shaded bungalows or umbrellas for sunbathing. Also it was hard to find a restaurant near Blue Whale with an English menu, so just be prepared and know what you want to order.

I found cheap room on Agoda in Da Nang hotel on the beach for less than $12 per night. I was expecting some basic accommodations in run down facility. To my surprise I found myself for 8 nights in one of the nicest budget place that I've ever been to. Hotel is fairly new and kept very clean. Has restaurant that serves meals all day. Is located across the street from the beach. There is many other places to eat or drink right next to it. The is a room for motorbikes to park overnight inside. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Receptionist speaks fairly English. I've had a room on forth floor with no view, but there was a balcony at the end of hall were you could sit and enjoy amazing view of the city and Danang Bay. There is an elevator in the building. Room itself.... WOW!!! Great bathroom all in ceramic tiles, very clean. Shower has a curtain so you don't splash water all over the floor. Nice, shiny white towels, something that you not expect in this price range. Room has very pretty furniture, refrigerator, large flat screen TV (I mean large), very comfy bed and nice décor. Good speed Internet in the room and great TV programming choices will keep you entertained during siesta hours. This hotel is a great value for the money and certainly deserves more than one star. That was enjoyable week in Da Nang.

Location is on the outskirts of Da Nang center. The key for this lodging is most convenient as a transit hotel to airport or rail. Cheap spacious rooms. At night the street lights up with night restaurants and kareoke. You'll need a bike to get anywhere 150k a day for auto scooter which they ask for a passport (which no way in hell would I recommend complying with, leave it with hotel reception if needed) Staff were pleasant but don't speak english so get your google translate out. Location wise maybe in a couple years when developent catches up it will be hot but its a quiet area.

Foreign guests obviously do not frequent Paris Hotel, as staff do not speak English. I mean it. However, they are extremely kind and helpful, as far as this language barrier allows, and of course they will get somebody on the phone to help. My standard room was all good, clean with A/C and shower in good order. Considering that I did not have to experience another backpacker nightmare in a hostel, Paris Hotel is warmly recommended.

Santori Hotel is the 3rd hotel we stay. It was a fancy boutique hotel near the Da Nang Bay. Different from My Khi beach, Da Nang Bay is not popular for swimming but a pier for fishing and logistics, there are so many Seafood restaurants and the price for seafood meals are much reasonable. Many local people have seafood cuisine here instead. We explore one restaurants which is very popular for local people (we Google the restaurants and full of good comments in Vietnamese). Go back to the hotel, their service was nice. They provide complimentary fruits, and every room has its own dinning table and open kitchen for simple cooking. Their swimming pool is very fancy and 180 sea view. It is fit for sight-seeing and photo taking but too small for swimming... Staff are helpful but not annoying. We would highly recommend it.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. Since i was traveling alone, I chose the standard double room. At first I was supprised cause the room is a lot smaller than it looks in the photos. But it was clean and have all the thing i need: fast internet, TV, hot water, etc... One thing to keep in mind that breakfast is not included In conclusion, I didn't have any problem staying in this hotel. If you only need a place to sleep, this place woule be ok. But i think there are better places out there that have the same price

good breakfast, mixed nice, big, clean room in 1940 style hotel is close to danang bay and city centre, but far from the new beach (the old beach next to the hotel is closed and they gonna build a new project overthere) the staff want to help you sometimes, but they cannot speak probaly english.. also bad is that the cleaning group make a lot of noise in the hall, not by working.. but they put music on while working from 08h30 o'clock.. make you awake
