Hotels near Pham van Dong Beach

We stayed at a 3-bedroom apartment for 6 days and it was definitely THE best part of our trip. Apartment was spotlessly clean and all things were almost brand new. You can sense that they paid a lot of attention to detail. We hitted the gym and used the 2 in 1 washing dryer machine every night, even washing powder was provided. Gym room had at least one trainer standing by each day when we were there. Shuttle service is available every hour (not at lunch time) to a few popular spots in town (Love Bridge, Cham Museum, My Khe Beach, etc.) The only downside would be its location being off the town centre and surrounded by nothing (mind you, some may appreciate the peace and quiet). If you are hungry, want to grab something to eat and don't feel like calling a taxi to venture afar, you will be left with not much choice but the in-room dining service or the restuarant within the hotel. We ordered in room dinner once, very reasonably priced, but not the best taste we had in Da Nang.

- The staff are very friendly and helpful - The room is super clean, equipped all for a small family: bowls, spoons, chopsticks, plate, microwave, kettle, fridge, ..... - The process of check-in is so quick and any requirements from our room is quickly feedback - The swimming pool is little small but so beautiful view with bar/lounge - The location is next to beach Pham Van Dong but far from center, it suits for whom enjoy the beach & relax. - I will definitely come back this hotel next time and recommend to my relative & friends

We stayed 10 nights here, fully enjoyed. 2 bed room with partial beach view, roomy and very clean, stuff always say “Xin Cho” (means hello) or “good-bye” with nice smile once meet at any place, stuff served around door kindly helped us to find grab taxi I booked, also to identify the food delivery guy, helped getting food delivery fee discount even I did not request. Ms. Chen the operation manager, stuff Mr.Hoang and Ms. Thuy, we met at breakfast, they were so friendly and very care about our satisfaction for hotel, food and service, introduced local restaurant and photo position. Stuff in pool and sauna were also very kind. At the last night, room cleaning keeper did some beautiful “art work” with flowers on our bed because of long stay, so grateful. All those stuff made big plus to our stay. Buffet breakfast is not as various as same level hotel in China, but similar with Japan or Europe. The beach is just few minutes from hotel, some of days the wave was a little big enough for bodyboard surfing . Shallow area is too short, gets deep quickly, not like An Bang Beach, also more garbage than An Bang. All in all, this is a good hotel for value.

The family was awe when we opened the door and leads to a sea view of East Vietnam Sea. Our floor was on the 24th (highest room is 37th iirc) and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Just this alone is worth the money. Bathroom was clean, and so were the bedsheets. Bathroom had a glass wall overlooking the bed room, kinda kinky. The staffs were helpful but not smiling much. I wasn't expecting them to go the extra mile given the kind of guests volume they had. Rowdy tour groups coming and going. The facilities were average (though the hotel had a 5 star rating). We were hoping to have some fun on the roof top bar but there was none. It is just a quiet area to sit and enjoy the view. The swimming pool closes at 7pm. Breakfast was good nonetheless, but again with rowdy tour groups. Don't expect staffs to greet you good morning as they will most likely be busy clearing tables. The beach is just across the road, can't get any closer. Seafood restaurants are littered around hotel.

It certainly wasn't easy going home after staying in a large villa with its own pool and steps away from a pristine quiet beach. Even when the weather was a bit rough we enjoyed our stay but when the sun came out it was just bliss hanging by the pool watching lizards and birds go about their day. The villas are simply huge and everything is in good working order, particularly the showers which are very clean and have strong water pressure. We encountered small issues but our attributed personal assistant, Hana, addressed them quickly and kindly. She advised us well and while we did try a couple of restaurants outside the resort we found that food at the resort was good and surely priced competitively. You can do your shopping at a nearby mall and then just enjoy the resort. We were slightly taken aback by some lack of privacy in the ground floor of the villas which don't have dark curtains but got used to it. In general the resort is calm even when most villas are booked it seems. The kids' club is nice and you could leave your toddlers there should you wish to do so. The beach is magnificent with fun waves at high or low tide. This stretch of white sand is very quiet while you can see crowds in the distance. Security is omnipresent and kids are safe. The lawns are manicured with beautiful plants and palm trees everywhere. While there's little walk to do you can call up a buggy which always arrived within a minute or two. Wifi signal is strong everywhere with no need to log back in all the time as is often the case elsewhere. The location couldn't be better, just a few minutes from the airport. In conclusion I'm sure we'd risk being disappointed should we stay elsewhere in DaNang if we were to fly there again. Speaking of which, the airport is brand new and all formalities take very little time.

Pro: 1) hotel right across from My Khe beach 2) nice clean hotel and room which is always the BIGGEST factor for us picking a hotel ( we stayed in Ocean view room). Hint.. we found that the city view room is facing the sun side so tends to be little hotter plus there’s a big construction is going on that side. 3). 2 very clean-Big pools: 1 for kid and one for adult!!! Cons: 1) not too many small restaurants around so for street food or convenient stores you have to take taxi for 5 mins drive. 2) even though hotel is right across from the beach but you have to rent seats/tent to sit on the sand. Overall all I would come back here to stay close to the beach and the nice pools. For family who plan to visiting Da Nang for 4-5 days, to stay 2 nights in the city, 1 night in hoi An, and 1 night near the beach so you can experience all city’s life and ocean life for your trip!!!

I was stayed with Friend in group during weekend, the hotel is located just in front of beach and have very nice sea view. the reception staff are very good and kind, particularly Ms. Dong was tacking care of all your need and arranged vegetarian breakfast for us. the breakfast is really very good and best in Da Nang....!!!! I strongly recommended to try this hotel I am staying in Vietnam from last Four years and I found Monarque is best hotel in Da nang

The hotel is very customer centric. From the minute getting off the taxi to check in, the process was smooth and precise. Though we only stay for one night, the level of service provided by the staff was superb. The rooftop pool was excellent providing a full view ofDanang. Going up there at night was even better. The room was spacious and luxurious with all the facilities included. The afternoon tea was a bonus. Overall, the place was spectacular. Comparing the price with other beach hotel, this hotel is much more value worth. The only shortfall is it is slightly far away from other sightseeing, but using Grab is no issue. Highly recommended.

For 3 days and 2 nights stay at Da Nang’s beachfront Paris Deli Hotel. It is a 4 star hotel with a touch of 5 star service and facilities. Around 20 mins from the airport by car we were able to check in early around 12 pm. We were served with free fruits upon check-in. The room is very clean and spacious. The queen bed is comfortable and got an extra pillow. .The wi-fi is very fast. The toilet and shower are also spacious, it has both rainfall and shower type heads and strong water pressure. Toiletries are plentiful and superb. They offer afternoon tea for guests from 2 to 5 pm for free. Breakfast is both combination of western and local foods. And their rooftop pool at 22F is the best of them all - warm pool, clean, excellent panoramic view of the beach and a nice rooftop bar. Their lobby also is beautiful with French decor. I also recommended booking their limousine car and you will never forget the VIP experience provided for you. Best of all - the staff, the cream of the crop.

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks during the Christmas holiday. It's a long time to stay in just Danang, but we just wanted R&R. And we definitely got it. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the rooms were comfortable and CLEAN. But none of this would matter if it wasn't for the staff. They were so amazing, always incredibly helpful and genuinely courteous. Our 7 yr old got pretty sick for a couple days and they cleaned up the beds completely, no questions asked, and no charge for possibly ruining the sheets. We were late for breakfast and they called us just to make sure if we were coming and then reserved food for us. For any day trips, they helped call and translate our needs to the 3rd party company. When we left, 4 of them accompanied us to our car to say goodbye. I've never had service like that even in 5 star hotels in the states. Can't wait to go back!! One last thing, theres a lot of construction in the area. Doesn't lend the best view from the room, but it's only 2 blocks from the beach and we never heard any of it from our room. The location is great, so many great restaurants, cafes, massages in the area.

I selected 2 hotels at my recent trip with my family to Da Nang during May 20-23rd, 2016. Diamond Sea is my right choice. The hotel is located right on the Vo Nguyen Giap Street, and just walk cross the road, we reached the most beautiful beach of My Khe (Pham Van Dong Beach). In front of the hotel, there are plenty of seashore restaurant with varieties for Vietnamese cuisines, seafood, or western like menus. Or you can enjoin in side to side local open air restaurant... The Diamond Sea Hotel has a swimming pool and a roof-top bar where I enjoined my drinks watching the kids played with the water, while my wife enjoin juices viewng to the sea and the Son Tra moutain. In the evening, with about 5 minute, we already crossed the Dragon Bridge by taxi to the Center. I like the most is the buffet of the hotel. My kids had never enjoined like they did in Diamond Sea.Fresh, clean, tasty! The hotel facilities are at top level, and can beat any 5 star hotel! My family was very happy and satisfied with the services of the staff : quick check in, fast and accurate check out. A minor thing : the photo of the room on Agoda should not make me confused that the Super Twin room is Ocean View, then I need to back/forth the email with the hotel to upgrade to Premier Deluxe Twin. You will be satisfied with what you pay for. Warning : there are hotel which imitated the similar name of the hotel. So select the right one 232 Vo Nguyen Giap Street! Diamond Sea

We had a great time staying at the hotel, with the deal we got it a bang for your buck. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Walking to the beach is not very far, which can be expected with a non private beach hotel. Breakfast is ok, we booked lunch at the hotel twice, traditional Vietnamese food which is excellent after trying so many seafood or specialities from outside.

We have stayed at this hotel for three days. If I knew about this hotel earlier, I should take longer staying at there. The Hotel was tally new so the facilities were all fancy and clean. The local was the best. Just in front of beach and easy to take taxi or Grab service. The staffs were all kind and did fast action about my request. Especially Ms. Hai Ha gave us warm hospitality and checked all our needs. The image of the staff is very important for new comer, so we feel the hotel gave a proper training for all staff from entrance to the room service. We had a good time even only three days short time at there. I'm recommend to stay at this hotel. One thing, we enjoy to have moon light at night, but our balcony faces to the next hotel which decorates with colorful too-much-bright neon sign lamps for over night. It made us block all windows to hid from the light-pollution from the beside hotel. That's the only inconvenience for us.

The hotel is nice and clean, we got a free upgraded room with side sea view for triple room; toilet is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic, choice for vegetarian and vegan, though not much but it’s good. Hotel located at the last one along the stretch of beach. Early morning and late night will be a bit noisy even we were at the 10th floor, music from the garden next door can be heard as early as 5am when residents start their morning dancing exercise; loud life band music from opposite beach club can be heard at night too. We had a bad experience from the hotel tour when we booked a day trip to Ba Na hills transportation. Going to the place has no problems. However, for the return to hotel the hotel van driver left us behind, me, my husband and my son at the waiting point when we were late to hop on the van on time scheduled due to crowded visitors on the hilltop queuing for the returning of cable car. We were already prepared ourselves one hour ahead to start going downhill however, due to crowds and packed seasons we were 20-25 mins late to hop on our van and the hotel van driver just left us behind. It’s quite rude of the driver not having the mercy to wait for their own hotel guests and just left back to Da Nang when we have booked the trip for 2 ways. If we are book a private taxi 2-way, even we are late they will still wait for his guests, what not we are it’s own hotel guests and he should be aware the large crowds on Ba Na hills. We were so upset when we can’t find the van at it’s parking place after rushing downhill from the cable car. When we notified the mater to the hotel staff, they just ignored our complaints and treated it as it’s our faults not returning to the waiting place on time. We were still charged both ways on our final check out bills even they left us behind and we forced to catch a taxi back to danang and pay extra. I travel a lot for both as part of my job and for pleasure. I think the Mandila Beach Hotel is among the best hotels I have stayed in anywhere in the world. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and very clean. And the location is perfect for going to the beach, heading downtown to shop, and easy access to tours and taxis. The Mandila Beach Hotel made my vacation in Da Nang very enjoyable and I hope to stay there again soon!

Just finished our 8 days center Vietnam trip and this is the best hotel we have stayed. Spectacular view from the room and from the infinity pool! Room is clean, new and reasonable size with nice deco. Very well located away from the city centre. Grab is so convenience and cheap so going around is not an issue at all. Friendly staffs especially Sophia from the front office took time to talk to us. Breakfast have many variety though not the best but good enough to fill you up. Airport to the hotel is only about 70k but they have free airport pick up. Will definitely stay there again

i want to recommand royal rotus hotel for your wonderful staying. Clean room, the lastest facilities, kind employees, so delicious restaurant' dish One of them i think it is best is pool bar! The pool bar is so much nice, fantastic. you can enjoy any drink in the water. Image you are swimming for beer The depth is 3 steps, 0.8m, 1.2m, 1.6m. In afternoon, the pool is shaded by the buiding. Don't ignore the sun of vietnam, you will get tan too much on the beach. i think the pool of hotel is best place to be and enjoy! From bellman to manager, All staffs of the hotel are so considerative and perfect for hospitality! They have tour programs that are cheaper then others. They advised that the price of tour I booked is expensive and recommaned the others. The tour they recommaned to me is privit service and more cheaper then i found on website. If you decide with no plan, visit to royal rotus hotel. they will be so happy to care your vacation. Even you can not find out anything, enjoy the pool and bar. If it's not enough for you, go to the beach and joy seafood reastaurants near the hotel. Finally, vinmart(=convenience store), coffee shops are so close from the hotel! Enjoy the royal rotus hotel.

The Queen's Finger Hotel is a lovely place. All the cab drivers knew where it was, so there were no difficulties getting there from the airport or after spending time in the city. Our room was spacious and clean and the bathroom even had a rain shower. The Wifi, TV, and air-conditioner all worked perfectly. The hotel is located just a couple of blocks from the beach. Everything we needed (restaurants, bars, spas, bike rentals) were within a short walking distance. Suffice it to say, the location of this hotel was perfect for us. Even more perfect was the staff here. Always ready with a warm smile and a friendly joke, it was a real pleasure meeting all these special people. We had heard that Vietnamese people were warm and friendly, and indeed, they truly were. All our needs were met with promptly and we could not have asked for a more wonderful welcome. Special thanks to Ms. Windy who helped us with booking a day-trip to Hoi An (her English is perfect and she is so nice), and the other two ladies at the reception desk, Ms. Lily and Ms. Yen. I'd also like to thank the lovely Ms. Nhung and Chef Khan who we met at breakfast for their hospitality and kindness. It was a pleasure seeing you every morning! And lastly, special thanks to Mr. Hung, the bartender at the sky bar, your jokes made us laugh so hard! Even the doorman, although we didn't get his name, was super friendly and had such a wonderfully sweet smile! We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here at the Queen's Finger Hotel, and would come back just for the people. Thank you once again, and hope to see you all again soon!

It was a good place. But the front door was repairing at the time I checked in. The coffee bar at 23rd floor was messy and dirty. Come to the massage floor and you will be surprised. Next time, you should stay in Muong Thanh Hotel on Pham Van Dong Street. So that you can walk to the beach easier. This Muong Thanh Hotel on Ngo Quyen street is not a good place for traveler who love to walk.

Okay there is no exaggeration here, it's the best 4 star hotel out there, bec: 1. Close to the beach, 2-min walk only! 2. Heavenly breakfast buffet! All vietnamese and western food goodness! 3. It's very new, so all facilities are at prime conditions. 4. Rooftop pool overlooking the beach and city!!! 5. Convenient airport pickup! 6. Super friendly staff, all fluent in English. I dont know what else is there to say to convince you to book here, I just know I had the best experience in Danang, Vietnam by staying here!

This hotel is very new. About one month. That is why they do not have as many reviews. I took a chance and booked one night to see if I would like it and ended up staying a total of 3 nights. Everything here is so new and clean. The staff is very accommodating and was able to get me an ocean view room and very early check in. The staff is very professional and they really try to make sure you have an amazing stay. The pool is great and they have towels for you. Side note, do not try to take them from the pool because they are for the pool only. You will need to bring your own towels for the beach but the beach is literally across the street. They do however, give you sandals that you can wear to the beach. The breakfast is amazing and they literally have everything you can think of and is open from 630-10. I think the staff has been so great and helpful and I never hear them say no. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place for a few nights in Da Nang.5/5 stars

I went to DaNang for 5 days and stayed these 5 days in the 3stars Finger Hotel. I made my room booking online and the night I arrived, the receptionist surprised me! they were so friendly and helpful in this trip, giving me all the best suggestions for places to have a meal, a drink, a coffee or to buy souvenirs. I feel very lucky to be able to meet them. Now, about the hotel, I had free buffet breakfast for 5 days; swimming pool with a nice view on the top floor and even purple lights in the pool at night (but the vision was a little bit blurred); the Sky bar beside the pool; a small gym room beside the bar (little bit narrow, but the view was perfect); there's more, they have a HD cinema room for movies every monday, wednesday and friday nights (7pm). Oh...and of course, free wi-fi inside the whole hotel and the location is very near the beach!!! That was a very very pleasant choice, these holidays were full of happiness and I recommend Finger Hotel to everyone no matter your age, you will enjoy and feel like you're in a 4stars hotel. ^^

Our room (superior double, 25th floor, facing the bay) was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The oversized king bed was a luxurious dream come true. I should point out that, as others have noted, the room is a bit small, but for a couple like us it’s “cosy”. The rooms are very well soundproofed and you don’t hear any noise from the street below. (Do not underestimate the importance of this, as drivers here are constantly honking their horns, and the noise can drive you crazy). The cherry on top is a fantastic bar on the 36th floor, offering a spectacular view of the sunset over the city with the mountains in the backdrop. Happy Hour is 5-7pm daily with a great selection of draught and bottles craft beers at “buy one get one free”, and a free flow of snacks. Generally, hotel staff in Vietnam are very friendly and attentive, and here was no exception. Everyone went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. The Sheraton Four Points is more like a business hotel, and although it faces the beach, if you are a family with kids you may want to consider a more “resort-style” place such as the Furama. Other reviews mention that the lifts are a bit slow, and we did notice that too. The hotel is very new, and exceedingly good value at around US$120 per night. For only a slightly higher price than the other “local” hotels that line the beach, you get 5 star luxury and an experience that is on a whole different level. We will definitely stay there again. Very highly recommended to anyone visiting Da Nang!

I booked Studio Spa. The room is excellent, big and have a living room. View directly to the beach. View is not bad. We can see beach in front. Just to many construction near the hotel. Food is a bit standard for me, have many variant is good. Hotel provided rental motorcycle which is good, we can go around by motorcycle. Dont expect a good motorcycle, but can be used. And the hotel near mini market, a bit far by walking distant but it help. the massage there is not good at all. since got a free voucher, you can use it.

The hotel room is super clean and very comfortable. I did not have any problem to find the hotel because the location is very easy to find on google maps and also for Grab/Uber. Location is the best when the beach is only couple meters in the front of beach. Food is great, specially the big morning buffet breakfast with a lot options from European bread to Vietnamese spring rolls you can have it all here. The staff is very polite and helpful. They always try to ask and support me all the time even I have not asked them first. The room with the Seaview is the best, which gave me a stunning look over the beautiful Da Nang Beach. You have to enjoy the swimming pool and many activities programme like live music on the rooftop bar, where you can relax and watching the amazing sunset. Love this hotel from the first time and will come back here soon.

Very pleased with the experience overall. We stayed twice during our stay, before and after a week in Hoi An. The rooms are very spacious, everything is clean, the breakfast is pretty good by hotel standards, location is great (right across from an awesome Korean chicken place), and we had a pretty good view of the beach. It is surrounded by 'tourist trap' seafood resaurants...but you knew that already, it being on the beach in Danang. There is ONE complaint I have and it is odd...after staying all over the world in hundreds of hotels throughout the years, I've never, EVER had a hotel refuse to bring an iron to the room. They INSISTED by hotel policy that I could not use an iron in my room. No explanation given other than policy BS. Yes, having shirts pressed is insanely cheap (7000 dong) but that was not the point. The hotel would not provided this minor service as requested. I don't want to make a significant deal out of it but this particular thing is...well...odd. Sure, I'd stay there again. There were free bikes (not in very good repair) and the furniture (suite double) is wood with no cusions...basically used for luggage. Very friendly and attentive staff

The experience in HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa is perfect. You can book the shuttle bus from/ to airport in advance. All staffs are nice and helpful, specially the receptionist, Tiffany. She is so considerate to help us to buy tickets, book the car (cheaper than grab) and restaurant. When my family member feel sick, Tiffany is willing to company us to hospital and borrow us the sphygmomanometer. Also, she and her manger help us to late check out. Million thanks to Tiffany and her team. HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa is definitely a good choice if you come to Da Nang.

We were a family of 6.. so we booked the rooftop 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment ... so glad we did... the extra room was a treat after sharing large family rooms ! Beautiful decor hotel... one of the best buffet breakfasts we have had in all of Vietnam, loads of choices..! Each bedroom had super clean bathroom with loads of hot water, great water pressure, super clean comfy beds, icy cold air conditioning, a TV in every room.. bonus kitchen lounge area and roof top terrace with excellent views especially all the city neon lights at night, can see dragon bridge in the distance! Nice bar downstairs to enjoy a drink and watch street life, kids enjoyed cafe next door for pizzas and mango smoothies. Excellent seafood restaurants in the street ! A quick walk around the block to waterfront and beautiful clean ‘Danang/China Beach’ ... nice little bars under palm trees to have a drink, eat. Electric open cars / golf buggy’s come whizzing by hotel every 2 minutes to take you anywhere.

Staff from front desk to housekeeping to everyone were very nice and professional. Room was spacious and new. Location is excellent. though it's not beach front, but less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. many restaurants, bar and convenient stores were all a couple minutes walk from the hotel. Value for the money can't be match for this hotel. I've stayed at many 4-5 star hotel in Da Nang and this is the best one so far. Will definitely come back.
