"Best part of this hotel was it's close proximity to Fisherman's Wharf (Pier 39) and it's spotless, spacious rooms. Restaurant is excellent as well with a decent wine selection. Beware if your room is across from the Parking deck (North Point Blvd?). Every night around 3am it sounds as if there is a riot going on outside (local club closing for the night?). In any event, the neighborhood around the hotel seemed a bit unsafe in the late evening. During the day and early evening when there are alot of tourists around it is fine. I am giving the hotel a "Satisfied" rating because of the service and the overall hotel experience, however the early morning noise/activity is very concerning and would discourage me from walking around at night."

"I stayed at mini/junior suite and it was superb choice - my room was big and very clean & comfortable. It had a basic kitchen facilities (fridge, microwave, sink, coffee & tea maker), iron & ironing board, large enough security box (it fits 13 in laptop). Wifi is free and is very stable and fast - one of the best I have ever used at any hotel. Breakfast was good, but could be better - mostly sweet stuff, disposable cutlery, juices, bread, pancakes, yoghurts, bananas, apples (I missed vegetables, ham etc.). Location is perfect - lot of restaurants nearby, cable-car & tram stop, few minutes from Pier 39. My overall experience is very good and recommend to anyone."
