Was greeted with a very warm welcome. Staff at park regis were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. The decor was beautiful, rooms were spotless. Not a single issue with anything and all statf are so lovely and understanding. Will be our permanent hotel in birmingham. Alisha and Uroosa

Easy hotel to find. Friendly staff. Clean room (including towels, toiletries). Although designed to be compact, there is still ample room for 1-2 people. Large comfy bed. Free Wi-Fi worked great. Subsidised parking is a fantastic added bonus - saving almost £10. Very pleased with my stay at the Bloc Hotel in Birmingham and will stay there again when I am next there.

We got this hotel very cheap for a one night stop over in Birmingham after a night at the glee club. For the price we paid (less than 30 pounds) we were happy with it, the room was basic but clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit tired and outdated in the corridors etc but for what we paid we couldn't really complain. You get what you pay for...

The hotel, facilities, location are all great. It's a good 4* hotel, has some dated decor but you don't mind it as it fits with the hotel well. The views of the city from the 20th floor are brilliant too. The major let down was the staff. Front desk and housekeeping. We stayed for 2 nights, the housekeeping didn't change the bedsheets, or the complimentary water, tea a...

This is by far one of the best hotels in Birmingham . We visit twice a year and always have a great stay . Front of house staff are wonderful , as are the housekeeping. The Week time breakfast is slightly better than the weekend and i mean only marginally. Best of you prepay when you check in for there's a 3pound difference in price as to if you just strolled down . Co...

Very clean, good services, friendly staffs and it's located in the centre of Birmingham city centre. I have nothing to say, it was truly an enjoyable stay for three nights in Apart adagio Birmingham! I sincerely recommend it to others, especially for those who travel with children and family trip.

If I come to Birmingham again, this hotel is going to be the first one I will check for free rooms. I went there after studying the city map a bit, and because the price was reduced (around 80 EUR per night). I had a room with a king size bed (absolutely comfortable) on the 7th floor. This leads to my perhaps only point of criticism, namely I wasn't able to lower the ...

We used the hotel as a base from which to go for a meal, drinks and entertainment. The hotel was perfect for what we wanted - good value for money, clean, spacious and central location. The only downside about the location is the noise from outside in the early hours but this was to be expected and doesn't detract from the fact that if we were looking for a place to ...

what a find, this hotel is managed incredibly well, all the staff have a view "can do" attitude. based in the heart of birmingham city in the chinese district, all the shopping you can handle at the bull ring, i left my wife to shop while i attended business at the nec she was overwhelmed with the quality of shops and markets. dinner was a breeze, every style of ...

Our second stay at MacDonald UK is impressive and very enjoyable. This is my first stay at MacDonald Burlington Birmingham, Great Hotel! Unique! Overall service is very pleasant, English breakfast is excellent. This hotel is very suitable to traveller not only business and also for pleasure. It is only 10 minutes walk from new street rail station. It is also is easy to...

The Hotel still feels new and crisp, the rooms are excellent with clean, crisp linen, neat furnishings and a decent sized shower. The ONLY drawback of this compact hotel was that they don't do early book-ins, even after I mentioned that my flight would land 7:10am and that I would want to book in at 7:45am, they merely mentioned that they could only accommodate me at 1...

I booked and paid in full for a one night stay to attend my Daughter's graduation. On my way to Birmingham I received a phone call to say that the hotel through a "technical issue" was overbooked and they were moving me to an alternative outside the centre. This was not acceptable and I asked them if there was nothing in the centre of Birmingham he said no. To cut a lo...

Lovely hotel, parking attached but pay for separately, rooms spotless. Myself & my best friend travelled for a concert in Arena Birmingham, it is about a five minutes easy walk & passes the canals & plenty of places to eat & drink. Beware of drinks prices in the hotel, extremely expensive!! Fab breakfast would definitely stay again

this is a budget hotel do don't expect 5* ,excellent value for money,on site parking for £5 night through to 5.30 pm next day, location 2 minutes walk 02 acadamy 7 minute walk China town, ,20 minute walk broad st,15 minutes German markets train station ,I personal ly like to walk so excellent location..we had the twin room spacious with on suite bathroom, £33 for a nigh...

It's only 12 mins walk from the Birmingham New Street. Close to many tourist attractions. The room is bit and clean and supplied with free Wi-Fi, although the internet speed is very very low. Breakfast is included but too few choices. However, considered that the price is low, it is acceptable.

I had an excellent 1 week stay at Staybridge. Staff were helpful, friendly and always greeted guests with a smile. The daily breakfast bar which was included in the price was definitely a highlight, as were the room's cooking facilities. I would highly recommend Staybridge to business travellers, those on a city trip to Birmingham, or small families.

We arrived at about 6.30 to check in, this was completed quickly. We were advised not to put out room card near our mobile, which we immediately forgot and then couldn't get in the lift. The receptionist sorted this straight away. The rooms are big, bright and clean and the bathroom was a good size with a big shower. The location isn't the best in birmingham and it's a...

I wanted somewhere to stay within walking distance of the Conservative party conference. Most places were full and after a couple of hours searching found the comfort inn which checked all the boxes. Its an older hotel but was very clean, the staff friendly and served an excellent breakfast. It would be my first choice on a subsequent visit to Birmingham and is easy...
