We spent 4 days 3 nights there. The room - good size both indoor with a huge bed, huge bathroom and a living room area which it's not that useful for us. The outdoor pool is a decent size you can't really swim in it but it's good enough if you want a dip in the water. Everything is clean in the room and the swimming pool, I am very happy with it. The public infinity pool – perfect design which you can oversea the ocean and enjoy the view, the length is long enough if you want to enjoy your morning swim routine(we did), the pool is also very very clean. The beach – the water isn’t the best which you compare with beaches in Florida or Maldives, but it’s nice for you to play with the waves and the view is amazing. We had breakfast on the beach and the experience was unforgotten, must try but you have to be there early to take one of the sofa seats on the beach. The spa – we only managed to do 2 treatments per day because we spent two afternoon in the Da nang town and the city of Hoi An. The spa service was very good. Breakfast – delicious, both the buffet breakfast and a la carte breakfast on the beach was delicious. You will not be disappointed.fresh aloe vera juice, spring rolls are some we ordered and it’s delicious. Staff performance – everyone were very friendly and helpful on everything. The best part was the personal touch of their services, you will enjoy every minutes while you are inside the resort. Our fusionist - Guz was extremely helpful and patient with us regarding recommendation on places to go, what to do and where to eat. He made some perfect recommendations to us such as tea house in Hoi An, bicycle retreat to the An Bang beach in Hoi An, restaurant name call Nhà hàng Madame Lân in Da nang. Cost – the price for the resort is a bit pricey with I think it’s all worthy. Spending in the city of Da nang and Hoi An was cheap. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with both the resort and the destination. We can’t wait to go back again!

The hotel area is huge, a fantastic pool (actually more the one, it’s some kind of pool landscape). Very modern design, nice rooms, all with balcony offering Ocean / pool view. Nice bars and restaurants. Expect 5 star service as it is Hyatt. Food was great; cocktails at the bar are good priced and very good quality. Somewhat in between Da Nang and Hoi An, the ancient town. Opposite of the marble mountains which offering beside (well, selling marble) some nice caves and pagodas! Definitely worth to stay! Only “bad” thing about this beach resort, it’s a bit “too” modern (flat screens, iPod dock connected to all indoor speaker, even in the shower!), I wish they use more “Vietnamese” interior, some local lacquer or so. The way it is now it could be anywhere in the world, management should use more Vietnamese design…

Not in the busy city but not far from it. 10 minutes drive – and you are in the center of DaNang • Good, clean beach • Great pool with seaview • Comfortable rooms with a remarkable bathroom where you can open a special door and be in bath opposite to the window or watch TV  • Tasty breakfasts. Please try soup FO. It’s one of the best I’ve ever tasted. All the family was eating it everyday. • A lot of cheap and tasty restaurants around • There is a local market not far from the hotel with almost costless prices on fruits and all other things • Visit Marble Mountains. They are only 5 km far from Pullman. A lot of emotions. • 100% recommend this

we enjoyed the stay at Sheraton Grand very much! it was a very new hotel. it was a bit far from city center. Hotel staff were very friendly and nice . the staff at kids club were extremely helpful and pleasant. breakfast was good but not as good as other 5-star properties in the area. the feature restaurants served one of best steak dinner we ever had. we would return without any questions!

I've given 5 stars to the staff but it doesn't really do them justice. They are excellent! Four stars for location but really you couldn't ask for more if you want great scenery. Marble mountain is situated at the front of the hotel and from the beach you have amazing views of the city. However, it's a 20min drive to the city centre so there are pros and cons to the location. Four stars for the facilities, only because the laundry service is eye wateringly expensive. There are great local launderettes which offer a pick up and delivery service. All in all, this is probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Stunningly beautiful and the staff are first class.

This place was awesome. Staffs were very kind and helpful. I did vietnam ironman 70.3 so I had leave early morning by 4am on the race day. One of the staff know this and they prepare a breakfast just for me and sent to my room by 3am. This action was so kind of them. I would like to go again Danang and stay in this same hotel, just as tourist. Thank You Boutique Hotels Cocobay Danang hotel. You are great.

We booked this hotel via Agoda for 2 nights and would not book this hotel again. Very disorganised and they kept our passports till we "paid" for the room and on three separate occasions had to tell them that I made the payment online and kept showing them the booking as they kept everything on paper and not electronic so they kept confusing themselves. The room was ok. It was not cleaned and no fresh towels were provided the next day. we going condoms on the bed when we arrived and we were skeptical about the hygiene of the place. The hotel from the beach is 2.5miles, however it is closer to the Marble Mountains. If you are planning on getting anywhere from the hotel you either have to get a taxi or rent a motorbike. I think a family lived at the hotel as every morning around 6/7am the kids would start screaming and playing around. And the Wifi did not work at all. There were 3 different passwords on the p Unfortunately to say the only good thing was the air con in the room.

Had a great 10 night stay in this lovely little family run hotel. The staff were happy and always willing to help. The breakfast was included and made for you every morning at your own time. People have previously commented that the selection wasn't great, I disagree. This is a small hotel and the fact that a basic breakfast is included in the room rate only adds to the quality of the service you are receiving. The beach is a 10 minute walk away, which is fine in the sunshine, it's not exactly a stressful walk, especially passing nice bars and restaurants such as shins cafe or Murphy's. The rooms were always cleaned and fresh towels placed in every day, nearby shops just outside the hotel available for juice and snacks for the beach. Alternatively a supermarket is a short taxi away which costs roughly $1. The only downside to the hotel is perhaps the wifi signal wasn't as great as I'd hoped, it only occasionally would work in my room. This is a minor gripe however as the hotel acts as more of a base to rest at night, most days spent out at the beaches or exploring the city, mountains or nearby hoi an which is a must see. Overall, wonderful little budget hotel. Definite recommendation of a nice place to rest your head in the evening.

had a great stay at the silver shores. this place is massive, and it is a bit of exercise just walking from your room to the elevator and then wherever else you want to go...but it's kept beautifully. they are still finishing some work in the pool area, but about 90% of it is done and it really is spectacular. add to that the fact that it looks right out at the beach...and it just makes it that much more amazing. the room was huge, and the private balcony was not the typical "i can just squeeze myself and a can of coke on there"...it was big enough for 2 chaise lounges and plenty of standing room. best massage i have gotten since coming to asia...it is a must-do while you are there. and of course, i loved the casino...only one i know of in vietnam that has actual table games!! overall, fantastic stay, and will be staying there again real soon!
