A terrible "Resort" in a town of very few options”
I booked a room at this resort hotel opposite the airport as it had a swimming pool for the kids. When we showed up late at night, after a long bus ride, they had no record of my Agoda reservation. I booked a triple bungalow with a queen and a twin bed. Even though the resort was almost empty, they claimed that they didn’t have such a room, so they put us in a standard twin room. (with no discount from the more expensive room we booked). The room was not even made up after the previous guests. It was dirty and the beds had no sheets or pillow cases. There is no generator so it is very hot when the power goes out. Hpa-An only has electricity half the time. Even though it is advertised on Agoda as having Wifi, there is none. Their breakfast was the worst we have experienced so far. Cold soggy noodles with fried eggs. The rooms, kitchen, bathroom and overall resort were very dirty and poorly maintained. It doesn’t look like they have a housekeeping service working there at all.

A monsoon stay in Hpa An Breeze”
The staff were extremely helpful. I do not speak any local language and relied on the reception staff to speak English for me. There were some staff members who spoke excellent English (especial mention for Hazel). It would be helpful for there to be WiFi available at the hotel and in the rooms. Overall I felt well served and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, mit tollem Personal und einem sehr hohen Sauberkeitsstandard. Noch nicht ganz an westlichen Standards angepasst - somit bspw. kein W-Lan. Dafür aber ein Kühlschrank, Frühstück inkl. und kostenlose Shuttle Services.
