Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Can't say enough about the people who work there, anything you ask for the have an answer or a solution. The hotel is located very close to the lake and there's a night market that happens every night close by.

The staff were extremely helpful. I do not speak any local language and relied on the reception staff to speak English for me. There were some staff members who spoke excellent English (especial mention for Hazel). It would be helpful for there to be WiFi available at the hotel and in the rooms. Overall I felt well served and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
This was the only hotel I stayed at in Hpa-an so don't know relative to other locations, but I found the value and condition of the hotel didn't match recent reviews and other hotels at similar price points in Myanmar. Close to the lake and night food market, good menu in the restaurant, and the front desk staff were very helpful and did all they could for me.
The hotel is very clean and modern, and staff are helpful. The hotel is a good distance from the centre of Hpa An, but it's not difficult to walk along the road a little and pick up a motor bike taxi or tuk tuk.
For me a typical low Budget Hostel. The beds are ok and the bathrooms more or less clean. You will meet most backpackers in Hpa-an at this place. There are to balconies and a sitting area to hang out and meet people. The staff is ordinary friendly. You can Book Bus tickets and tours for fair prices.
This is the 4th time I have stayed at this hotel in 4 years. The hotel is centrally located,very clean and the staff cannot do enough for you. A must place to stay.
