My boyfriend and I stayed in the hu Glamp Smart and we absolutely adored it! It was so clean, cozy, and cute! There's aircon, the bed was massive (it was 2-single beds pushed together but didn't feel like it) and really long, my 6'7" boyfriend was able to not hang his feet off the bed (LOL), there's a mini fridge, somewhere to hang some clothing, a safe, and bar soap and shower gel/shampoo was provided. There's also a little patio off the front with a built in bench to eat at. I think we stayed in number 642; It was all the way in the far back of the property, but we actually loved staying over there because it was away from the madness and we actually had a view of the river. To remember, it is a tent structure, so it can be noisy when it rains or there are high winds or the morning chirping of the birds. The things we didn't really like: 1. the pool is only open from 10AM-6PM - After a long day of wandering downtown Florence and when the sun doesn't set until well after 8PM, I would love to be able to come back and chill out by the pool for awhile 2. the shuttle bus needs more workers running it. What I mean is that no one lines up for it properly at either locations cause no one knows where to line up. There's limited space on the small bus so I recommend you get there 10-15 minutes before the departure times. It can honestly get a little hostile lol - wasn't enjoyable. 3. The supermarket on the property is open from 7AM-8PM. For a country & culture that eats and drinks late, I'd expect a little later for a closing time especially since it's the only one close by. However, it is well stocked with groceries, pre-made food, snacks, and lots of alcohol. 4. There isn't anything really close by, so be prepared to walk a decent distance, drive, or take the shuttle or city transit. BUT overall, absolutely lovely grounds and we loved our stay!
