The front lady that checked us in was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcomed! She made sure we were knew all the amenities that Hyatt offered. Also, our room and the hotel in general was clean and comfy. Thank you for the awesome stay!

Distance to airport”
When iwe stayed there we thought we were toonfar from public transportation. One thing nice about the hotel there is a shuttle bus to and from the hotel to the airport every 30min. Nice gesture

Good Hotel near by the SFO Airport”
The only Problem what I have was, That I did not find the „light Switch“ in my room. Normally, you have a switch at the wall. In this Hotel, the light Switches are director at the lamp.

Nice rooms and close to airport”
About 30-40 minutes from the city by train or car. A couple of bayside parks to walk around and an In'n'Out Burger round the corner but not much else. Quite a long walk anywhere from here but bikes are available to rent from the hotel, I believe for free.

Nice rooms, bad noise”
Good: facilities, location, shuttle, food, clean comfy room. Bad: Room had an adjoining door and there is no soundproofing. You can hear everything, tv, facetime conversations, taking a shower and bathroom!

I expected more for the price I paid and the established name of Hyatt Regency .The carpet in the room looks like a motel carpet ,very old and dirty looking.The toiletries are so limited.For the room rate they charge....I will not stay here again
