Checking in took a lil longer. The Staff lady was awarded as Employee of the month although at first, she was not that apprehended on me. And manger had to intervene. The room was clean but we had to call the room staff coz the window won't open up. she was trying to do it, but she gave up. My husband was abit disappointed, we called the attention of the hotel receptionist yet they said, they can't do anything about it.

Stopped over for a night as my flight arrived late and my journey was gonna start the next day. Airport was relatively near the hotel but it still cost a good 150 Dirhams to get there. Breakfast was basic but good enough for about 4 USD. Rooms were relatively clean. Toilet door was a little flimsy and its one of those translucent doors. All in all still good for a one night stay.

Bedbugs”

There were bedbugs, front staff refused to acknowledge despite showing him photos and bites. Would not come up and see them in the room

Cerca del aeropuerto”

El hotel se encuentra relativamente cerca del aeropuerto, 40 minutos andando ; 6-7 minutos en taxi. Es un hotel alejado de la medina y del centro de Tanger. Puede resultar interesante por la cercanía al aeropuerto pero para acceder desde el hotel en taxi el precio es el mismo que desde el centro de la ciudad por lo que hay muchísimas más opciones en el centro. La habitación era pequeña, sin mantas adicionales. Un hotel básico. A la llegada tuvimos que pagar una tasa pese a que en nuestra reserva indicaba que la tasa estaba incluida en el precio.

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas,no hay espacio para mover, baño pequeño ,ducha tampoco .”

No hay ni messas para poner tus cosas en general se parece como una jaula de gallenas.

Odeur horible d’égout dans la chambre . La façade on na l’impression l’immeuble va s’écrouler . Propreté qui laisse vraiment à désiré . On ne reviendra pas .

Catastrophe ”

L’hôtel a besoin d’un bon coup de rafraîchissement, depuis son ouverture rien à été changé. Les serviettes (si on peut appelé ça comme ça), on dirait des torchons tellement elles sont abimés, le linge de lit sans commentaires!! Nous avions louée pour 4 jours, nous sommes partis le lendemain. Aucune intimité pour la douche, pas de porte, uniquement une porte bâtante, pareil pour les toilettes!! Bref, fuyez !!

Petit dejeuner Agoda”

Ne surtout pas prendre de petit dejeuner. Ils vous donneront du pain décongelé de je ne sais quand qui s'effrite, des morceaux de cachir déjà découpé de je ne sais quand. Pas de grand choses a se mettre sous la dent et rien de frais que. J'ai demandé le remboursement. Et ils se renvoient la balle entre l'hôtel et agoda. Déçu
