very nice hotel”

inn house is a good, quiet hotel, only a little off the main beach road.the rooms are of good size and are quite comfortable with good shower facilities. price of night reasonable. the hotel is close to a shopping complex on one side which is convenient. it is about 600 meters from the main bar areas but tuk tuks are constantly going down towards the action. the walk down the beach road is quite interesting if not a little sad, as so many girls are competing to make some money. good hotel, will stay there again should i return to pattaya.

Good location and great staff”

Hotel's location is great and price was right, 2 minutes from Pattaya beach and in the center of it all. I checked in to a standard room but didn't it like it that much so I have upgraded to superior room on the 8th floor with view, the diff in price was not much and it was much better option. Hotel itself is not new but in a decent condition and quite clean. there is free wi-fi that and it worked with no flaws. The Staff was very nice and helpful. Nice small swimming pool on the roof. I actually extended my stay in 2 days. If I will ever be back to Pattaya Inn house is on the top of my list.

Great Hotel for singels”

I have stayed at the Inn House Hotel 4 times now and I will stay there again. The rooms are good and clean. The price is great and the location is perfect. I will say that if you are used to 5star hotels then this may not be for you. The rooms are clean but they are not the most modern. If you are like me and don't really care about a fancy place then perfect! The beds are firm just the way I like them and did I say every thing is clean. :) Staff are friendly and just out side the door is the Kings Table resturant and bar. Good food. :) Anyway, if your looking for a cheap hotel with easy walking round Pattaya this is the Hotel for you.

Excellent Hotel at the best location in Pattaya”

I stayed at Inn House hotel for 2 nights and the experience was awesome. First of all the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The AC was chilling and the room had a balcony with table and chairs. The location of the hotel was excellent. It was 10 mins walking distance from the famous Walking street. Lots of eateries were at 5 mins walking distance. The hotel was again 2 mins walking distance from the sea beach. I would stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Pattaya.

Great relaxed hotel - no problems”

The Inn House is a quality and quiet hotel that is trouble free and without drama. After stays in many other hotels in Pattaya it is nice to stay in a hotel where everything works, is safe and simple. The only odd thing is paying for room service up front and a slight extra charge - but other than that everything was great. Restaurant Tip : The Sportsman across the road is a fabulous place to eat.

Inn House is a clean and well run little hotel, that's great value for its price. The rooms are quite simple but big enough and comfortable enough. There's free wifi, that occasional loses its signal. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. The bar/restaurant that's attached to the hotel serves great food and is an excellent spot to relax for a drink away from Pattayas usual mayhem. Unfortunately the swimming pool is tiny...more like a spa. Location is it's best asset...situated in a lane between Beach road and Second road, it's near everything yet a great base to return to and chill.

This was my second stay within six months time and I had an even better time staying here than I did six months before. The staff are really great and I just felt at home from the day I checked in. This is a great hotel for solo travelers or even a couple passing through Pattaya. I would not recommend it for families, since sometimes you can hear some activities taking place in the rooms above that might not be suitable for children. I understand one such even took place above my room, but I slept through all the excitement. I stayed at the Inn House for eight nights and would be happy to stay there again.

Very pleasant, comfortable, great value”

I have stayed here twice now. The staff are always so pleasant and friendly. The price is very good and the room so comfortable. I have not had breakfast here before, but I have dined once in the restaurant and had a few cocktails at the bar. The food was delicious, and the drinks were very well made. A short walk to the main beach road and onto the sand and a beach chair if that is how you would like to spend a few hours. And close to all the main shops if you are happy with walking, or very easy access to the baht buses at either end of the street to take you to the shopping centres. Away from the red light district and no noisy bars to keep you awake. A great value hotel in one of the best locations of Pattaya for easy access to everything, without being in the thick of it all. I will definitely look to stay here again. Good airconditioning, good fridge, comfortable bed. It is not luxury, but it is very clean and functional, and if you are looking to spend more time out of your room than in it, this is great value. Wifi was always adequate as well.

Clean, quiet hotel in the middle of Pattaya.”

My overall experience was very positive. I was looking for a quiet affordable room close to the beach and the Pattaya nightlife. Inn House met my expectations. The street is very quiet which is part of the charm, so you can sleep at night. I would rate their pool as below average, very small and the area is not cleaned often enough. Additionally you have to get towels from the reception staff which is a long way away from the pool. I would stay there again.

Quiet Hotel near a Noisy Beach”

i originally planned to stay at the inn house for only 2 or 3 nights, but ended up staying 6. even though i was only about a block from the very noisy beach road, the hotel and the area around it were very quiet. in additon, the staff at inn house are very helpful and friendly. i have a great time staying there and would stay there again. i recommend the superior room over the standard. it is worth the difference in price.

Cozy hotel in an excellent location”

i originally booked for one day only but ended up spending 2 more days here...it pretty much had everything that i would typically look for in a pattaya hotel – in-house internet connectivity, and quick access to the beach and walking street, both of which i got without any qualms; in fact wireless internet access is provided in every room free of charge. having said that, room facilities were somewhat poor...there wasn't even a kettle in the room for tea or coffee (my first such experience in thailand). also, pretty much all the rooms in the hotel were strictly non-smoking; one could only smoke in the balcony. room service was minimal, had a 300 baht minimum order criteria and was also not available during late hours. yet, in spite of these negatives, i would still recommend inn house for its brilliant location (on soi 13), cozy ambiance, excellent value for money, and perpetual service with a smile.

Nice hotel close to walking street”

well, the best thing that i like about inn house was. the friendly staff. they always addressed all of my concerns, and did it in a timely manner. the room was very clean, clean linen, and everything was fantastic. the shower was a little weird, but...it didnt matter. free drinking water in the fridge, internet was decent, i never had a problem with it. i would defiantly stay at inn house again. because its on soi 13, and just take a motor bike taxi for 60 baht to walking street, and you're good...its also walking distance from central. so its right in the mix of everything. there is also a tourist agency place to buy tickets and taxi to the airport and bar with good food directly across from inn house i dont know what the food was like at inn house.. but i know that i like inn house

Had a fantastic stay at the Inn House, From check in to Check out it was a very smooth and comfortable experience. I booked a double seaview room which had everything to make your stay enjoyable, Large balcony, Good shower, Large Refrigerator - Housekeeping everyday - helpful and approachable staff. Will definitely stay here on my next visit to Pattaya

Good Budget Hotel ”

this is my 5th stay at inn house and this time was as good as the previous 4 times. check-in was easy and the staff was excellent. if you are looking for a good quality budget hotel inn house is great. the location is awesome close to the beach, nightlife and shopping. it is located on a quiet road so not allot of noise at night. the rooms are basic but the bed is comfortable and the shower is hot. the rooms are cleaned daily and the free internet in the room was very dependable (important to me. there is a small balcony to smoke or relax on. the only bad thing i would have to say and to me its important is that the pool is small but has a great view of the beach but if you want a pool to swimm and play in this is not the one it is only around 4m x 3m.but ffeels good to cool down in on a hot day.

i stay at this hotel for 4 days with my friends and then i went to white house condotel for 9 nights, 2 hotels next ) because i couldnt find rooms for 13 at white house . both hotels was at the best location , quite street to relax with restarunts and masaz and at the same time was 1 minute from all big centers for shoping the day and 5 minutes from walking street for your nights...both was good and clean enought for 3 stars hotels or better to say that was the most comfortable and clean hotel from all cheap hotels in pattaya...but i will prefer the whitehouse little more because of the free breakfast and little more cheaper than the inn house . so if you can pay 1500 baht per day and you are not looking for a 4-5 star hotel , then i can say that is very good choise...i went to pattaya 4 times but this time i like my choise !!!

Stayed there for 5 times and will come again. Excellent service. Center. Guests of your room - for free))) ... Massage in the room - the standard price of Pattaya - baht. 30 second walk to the beach road or second road - taxi 10 baht. Two steps to shopping - big malls.

The Inn House was a great deal. Good location in the middle of Pattaya, close to everything. Decent prices, good food, and friendly staff.

Best Value for the Money on Soi 13”

Of the 3 hotels I sampled on this trip, the Inn House was the most inexpensive, yet was very clean. The AC ran great and the area is very quiet as there are no bars close by. Compared to the Dynasty Inn a few doors away, the price here was substantially less for the same type of room. The drawback was there is no internet in the room so you have to go to their computer room downstairs which was not air conditioned. Very friendly staff and I highly recommend this hotel.

This is my third stay at the Inn House, and each visit I have been welcomed with friendly staff and clean and tidy rooms. It is located on the quiet Soi 13, in between Beach road and second road. A good location close to everthing, I would recommend this great 3 star hotel to anyone.
