There was a private beach and both adult and family pools, which was great 👍. The pool was connected to a Jacuzzi and the staff took lots of photos and were very kind. There were many Instagram-worthy spots, especially the bath and balcony with a view of the sea from the room (with a mini-bar) that smelled great with aromas, and I was very satisfied ☺️. The amenities were from Italy's Acqua di Parma ☺️. Ngan Tran, a staff member who spoke Japanese (a cute woman with a small face and tall height 👩❤️), explained the facilities in Japanese, so even if you couldn't speak English or Vietnamese, it was easy to understand and enjoyable 👍. It was a wonderful hotel that I will definitely visit again 🏨✨🏝️.

I stayed for two nights with my baby and was impressed by the detailed nano-level service. There were four Korean staff members on duty, and a designated person was assigned to me. I could contact them through KakaoTalk and they responded promptly to my needs. A monkey came in and they immediately came to clean up and even gave me a gift, apologizing for the inconvenience. The restaurant staff were also very friendly, and I would consider going back 100 times for this kind of service. The interior was also very nice, providing a great healing experience. The restaurant food was a bit expensive, especially the Barefoot Long Bar, but the Citron was good for dinner. The staff's service spirit is the best in the universe.

If there is a minus point for this resort, I think the service is a little bit too much caring and it makes the guests feel a bit disturbed during their stay. And the hotel needs to be more careful of environment protection. The staff came to change your dish in buffet restaurant everytime when you just finished eating 1 food. Even I explained to them that I had problem to continue using my dish, and I would request to change if necessary. They didn't know that our family wanted to talk during meal and the fact they came to offer dish change disturbed us a lot. And besides, to clean all those dishes of all guests would cost a lot of detergent and water and labour. Similar to towels. Even I hang on the towels to reuse, the cleaners still replaced by new one. They also cleared all half mineral water bottles to replace by new bottles in room. They even trashed away my welcome cakes when my son hasn't finished up. It is all wasteful and not friendly to environment.

The experience in Intercontinental Danang has been amazing. We stayed in the Heaven level and it’s really like living in the heaven. Though the location is back in a mountain, it only takes around 30 minutes from the city centre. The whole resort is huge while there are cable car and electricity car around to serve as the commute. We’ve tried the restaurant of Citron and Barefoot, both are in good taste and good service. Barefoot is more in Western style which is closes to the beach at the ground level. Citron is another one with spectacular view and more in Vietnamese style. There are various choices of the breakfast buffet. Hung, a helpful staff in the resort tours us around. We had balcony and he alerts us that there will be monkeys around and reminds us to lock the door twice. We really saw 2 monkeys walking along out Balcony in the morning. And the room itself is grand and amazing. All served in good quality. It was wintertime in Jan in Danang, we didn’t get into the normal pool, but we tried the warm one with 27’C. Service are so good and we also want to thank the staff Dom. It really worths a stay in Intercontinental Danang. Staying in the place where you can enjoy a lot.
