              Absolutely Wonderful Intro to Hilton Head Island”

              Very clean and spacious and well decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pools and grounds are very well maintained. Air conditioning worked great. Cathedral ceilings and decor are spot on. Room for everyone. I will stay here again.
              The clubhouse staff don’t seem to understand their role. If I report a shower door that is off its track, it is NOT the guest’s job to contact maintenance. Ummm, that is YOUR job. Does Hertz make you take a car for an oil change when you rent it? I think not. Also, I wanted to rent bikes and the clubhouse staff should’ve said, “Sure, let me call for you and set it up.”. I can look up the phone number myself. How does that help me??Really? Nice people all, but improvement needs to be made in the customer service department. Also, no interest whatsoever in buying a time share, but the Time Share Lady did not pressure us.

              Excellent weekend getaway with the kids.”

              The heated pool was great considering the water was still pretty cold in the non heated pool when we went. The regular pool wasn’t enjoyable for the kids because it was too cold, so having that heated pool saved the day. The villa that we stayed in was the three bedroom two bathroom unit and it was very nice, very clean and super spacious. The resort itself is in a good area on the island. There wasn’t too much traffic or over crowded with people. Checking in and out was an absolute breeze they even let us check in almost 2 hours early. Checking in only took a few minutes and checking out took less than 5 minutes. We will most definitely be back for another stay during the season.
              The only thing we could say we didn’t like is that it’s not beach front, but we knew when we made reservations that it wasn’t so it wasn’t a big deal. There is a bike/walking trail that you can walk on from the resort that will take you right to the beach. If you’re not up for walking though we loved the free shuttle service and did end up using it once. The shuttle was very clean and well kept, the driver was also very polite.

              The location was amazing. Not too close to the action, so that you feel overwhelmed or are distributed by crowds but close enough so that you are only moments from everything. We are a family is 6, so the large 3 bedroom unit with a pull out sofa was amazingly comfortable. The unit we had was very large. We were comfortable and enjoyed everything. The staff are so friendly.
              We felt that the unit could have been dusted better. There was surface dust on the lamps and lighting fixtures as well as the ceiling fans.

              We were having a family reunion with our kids and grandkids. The rooms worked out perfect and the kids used the open area with the tables and sandboxes to play in a lot. We loved the pool and the shuttle. I want to give special praise to Jessika Chaney who patiently answered all of our questions before and after and helped to make this such a great time.
              While we were there, a baby from another unit stopped breathing. Our daughter and son-in-law are cardiac nurses and ran over to help revive him. They sent someone to the office for an AEC/defibrillator but none was found. Both of the nurses felt that with the number of people at the resort, the pool and the fitness center, there should be an AED available. I might also mention that only two BBQ's worked so there was a line to use them at times, All in all, however it was a great vacation spot!

              The maintenance staff is very efficient and friendly. Upon check-in, we noticed that there was still laundry in the washer still filled with water. We contacted Maintenance the very next morning, being that it was not to urgent. The maintenance person arrived within the hour. The problem could not be fixed because of some mechanical or connection problem, so they replaced it with a new washer by the end of the day. They also checked up on the washer the very next day to make sure all was well. They needed to make a few minor adjustments and took care of the wet floor and towels used to wipe up any leakage while doing the follow-up.
              Cleaning staff could've taken the time and requested to have the washer checked on before stating that the villa was clean and ready for a check-in. The laundry that was in broken washer was curtains that was left behind by the cleaners.

              We thought the property was exceptional. The room was very clean and well maintained. Made our stay very comfortable. Loved the pool area. Great for the grandkids.
              The only issue was one of the hand towels in the master bath had what looked like blood on it.

              The rooms were clean and spacious for all of our party-5 kids and 4 adults are a lot to accommodate, but we never felt crowded. The pool and grounds were clean and well kept-there was so much to do and plenty of space to feel like you weren’t crowded by people everywhere. The staff were exceptionally kind and positive.

              Great location for getting around the Island. Beach was a mile away but easy walk and shuttle bus available. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Condo very comfortable and spacious. Good pricing for attractions. Two pools with one being heated.

              The room was very nice and spacious. the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The pools and hot tub were very well kept there was plenty of space lots of chairs for everyone. They had activities going on everyday it was perfect for the whole family. not far from the beach and a good distance from shopping and fun!
              There wasn’t anything I could say I didn’t like about this property it was perfect.

              The room was amazing. Big, spacious, had everything we needed. And the shuttle to and from the beach was nice as long as you didn't have a lot to carry with you. And there was 9 of us so we usually do lol. They did activities there and that was fun. The pool was perfect for our age kids. The washer and dryer was a big help with wet towels and swim suits.
              The parking at the beach. We couldn't go one day that we wanted to drive and park with our stuff because there was very limited public parking. And wish there was a way that the doors that went out the side the pool was on had a way to be locked from the outside instead of having to walk around to the front to get in from the pool. Wish there was an ice machine there instead of having to pay for bags of ice. TV'S were small. Probably could use few more tables with umbrellas.

              Spacious and very clean room. Resort was simply beautiful!! My entire family did not want to leave. Resort was very close to beach and we we able to take the complimentary shuttle to the beach. Loved our stay!
              The wait to get into our room was rather lengthy. They said it was due to COVID-19 and having to spend more time making sure the rooms were clean so I have to appreciate that but it took time off our stay. We did not get in our room until almost an hour after check in time.

              Great space for our family - we loved that the bedrooms were separated by the bathrooms, which kept noise levels down in the mornings with a toddler. 2 pools and a hot tub (1 heated) was great. We rented bikes, which made getting to the beach fast and easy. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff, and loved the social events they hosted.
              It's a little far from all the "action", but was nice and quiet. Overall, loved our stay.

              Nice, spacious room - my family of 7 was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool, which had a special area for the smaller kids.
              I would have liked to have had a better view from my room. Even though we were on the 3rd floor, there was really no view at all because the foliage was so overgrown.
