Hotels with Jacuzzis in Haiphong

"We stayed at this hotel in Oct 2019 for 3 nights (208 was our toom, I think). I rate this hotel 5 stars. Here are my rating reasons. Room: nice decor, simple but elegant Staff: From the front desk to the restaurant and the pool, all staff always greeted us politely with a smile on their face. They were eager to help us with anything we need. Kudos to his customer service. (My bad that I forgot to ask his name). I also wanted to acknowledge Miss Phuong (front desk), Charles Vu (bell person), Dang Ninh (restaurant), pool staff, and the housekeeping for their excellent customer service. Breakfast: Buffet breakfast had both Western and Vietnamese foods. It was not a huge buffet but enough to fill us up to start a day. Location: very convenient to walk to the restaurants and a super market around the hotel. From the hotel, you could walk to the train station for about 10-12 minutes. Haiphong was a good base for transferring to Halong bay and/or Catba island. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The best place to stay in Haiphong. Large modern rooms with fast wifi this hotel is centrally located and a perfect spot from which to explore the city. With a staff fluent in English they are prepared to meet all of your needs."

"That's really a terrible experience. When we came to Do Son resort, the receptionist told that they have not our reservation, sales team works only until 4.30 p.m and after this time, they don't care about reservation of the resort. She also told that although we booked through Agoda and we paid already, they have the right to reject our reservation. I think she doesn't know about her work and about hospitality industry. That's such a unprofessional receptionist, bad service, we can't not take a seat at lobby in calling Agoda to solve the problem. Finally, after calling Agoda and 2 hours waiting, we can enter our room but that's sure we will not return to this resort and recommend others tourists not to book rooms in this resort."

"Our stay here was pleasant even if the resort and hotel facilities are still being worked on. Soon this will be a great place to visit with children as the local waterpark is being refurbished and will be opening soon. The waterpark is only about 300 meters away and is massive, such a shame it was shut whilst we were there. The hotel is nice and the staff were friendly, just be warned they are not fluent in English so you may have a few slight misunderstandings on your stay but these are easy enough to iron out. "
