The BEST choice for your very first trip in Haeundae !!!”

The environment is pretty good!Location is also good,too.It's about 5 minutes long walking distance from the subway! （It's near Haeundae Station Exit 5）.The bed,bathroom and ac in the room, all the basic facilities are great!But the fridge is pretty small. There are lots of free toast,eggs,cereal,milk,juice and coffee for breakfast.The receptionists are friendly and they are able to speak a little English and Chinese.I truly recommend you who is looking for a nice place to stay in Haeundae!!!!

Excellent stay ”

It was so great to find such a good motel with great location. The room was a standard category, but it's pretty enough. The room square is 15 m. The shower room included a toilet room, it's small place but so nice to have a shower so close, because it's comfortable to use it. TV set included hundreds channels with mostly in Korean language, but 3-4 channels in English with most popular American blockbusters. Breakfasts serve in the kitchen on the third floor. It's also enough to have fast breakfast (friend eggs, tea (Korean corn tea), toasts with butter and jam, cornflakes of 2 kinds. Kitchen dishes are so cute. On the second floor you may visit computer class to use internet and play in video games. WiFi works in a high level. So, as a conclusion, this is one of the best choice what you may find in this direction with so great prices. Thank you all K-guesthouse!

Excellent”

The guesthouse is actually well located as it is just around a hundred metres away from Haeundae Station (Metro), with all sorts of restaurants, fast food, and cafes around it. A lot of convenience store and other skin care stores near it as well so you can just buy whatever skin product you forgot to bring, which is what happened to me. Also, it isn't that near the beach but I think it's a plus since it forces you to enjoy the main street and take a look around if you want to go and see the beach. It's also less than a mile away from Dongbaekseom (Dongbaek Island). Only thing is, we happened to arrive at the guesthouse at 3pm, check in time, and nobody was around to check us in. There were no bells to ring anybody up. It was fortunate that my sister had a local number so she was able to call the manager's number provided in the reception area. If you're a foreigner with no local phone, I'm not sure how much longer you'd have to wait for somebody to check you in. Although, my sister did say she overheard them saying they were just able to eat around that time so it may not be a frequent occurrence.

Value for money”

We booked a two night stay in this hotel but somewhat my booking was mixed up and overlooked but the staff there were kind enough to let us stay in the family room in the first night and the staff room for the second night as they can't find any vacant hotels nearby for us. They have also refunded us for the second night stay. Thumbs up for the staff! They are so polite and they speak good English and Chinese. This place is actually best suited for backpacker Traveller and breakfast wise you will have to cook it yourself. Very close to Haeundae station. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great Location & Clean”

The location of the guesthouse is great, just near Haeundae station exit 7 and 5. Walking distance from guesthouse to the beach is around 5 minutes. We stayed in a double room, although not really big, enough for us to put 2 big luggages.

Excellent Location”

The guesthouse is at 3rd & 4th floor of a building, comes with a lift for your convenience. The room is small, however it's fine to us. The location is good, near to train station & Haeundae market, there are lot of restaurant/cafe nearby. Breakfast is provided (white bread/egg/cereal/milk/orange juice/grape juice/coffee). I had a pleasant stay here :)

Price & Location Perfect ”

Very affordable price for the room, breakfast and location. Room is spacious with lots of space for luggages, room is new and clean, shampoo and body wash available and very moisturizing. Breakfast corner is big enough for food preparation. Cereals and milk are yummy. You can fry your own eggs and toasts. The Haeundae metro station is like few steps away. Super strategic location.

Good location, Nice staff, clean guesthouse”

Guesthouse located 100 meters far from Haeundae station exist 5. Room is very clean. Basic breakfast provide but good quality. Staff is very friendly. I would recommend to friends and I will come back again next time.

worth for money”

We only stayed for a night. The room was quite small but the bed was comfortable. The guest house is located near a subway station and only 5mins away from Haeundae beach. We didn't eat breakfast but there was a small kitchen where they offer a free breakfast.

Best place near the beach”

If you are looking for a place near the beach this is the place for you. The staff are super nice. Not always 100% fluently in English but good enough to help. Breakfast are just okay, very limited and you make your own eggs but I find it’s convenient anyways. If you want to visit the main attraction of busan maybe find something near Busan Station it would save you the 1h trip (one way) but if you want to enjoy busan near the beach. This is totally a good place. Only thing to consider; the bathroom is pretty small. It’s actually weird to take a shower there since it’s so small but do-able. With a baby and a kid it’s a bit more challenging but like I like possible. If I have the chance to go to busan again. I would probably live near the Busan Station instead of the beach but if I had to go to the beach. I highly suggest this place!!!

Perfect Stay! ”

Clean and accessible. The hotel is located just a few steps away from the subway exit 5. A lot of restaurants and shops nearby. A walking distance from the Haeundae beach and their night market.

Nice guesthouse good location”

Nice guesthouse and good location, near Haeundae Beach. Only problem with the bed, bed is so hard and not comfortable.

Clean, nice, but noisy”

The room was very clean and big (the biggest I've ever booked compared to other k guesthouse). But the room was definitely not sound proof. At 6 am it was so noisy i can't go back to sleep even though i slept only several hours.

Neat, great location and best service!”

I really enjoyed my two night stay at this guest house. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful which made my stay even better. Moreover, the guesthouse I located very close to the subway station and surrounded by many cafes, restaurants and bars. The Heunedae beach is within a walking distance as well.

Combination of inconvenience of a hotel and an airbnb house”

Pros. The location is great--very close to subway station, not far away from the beach. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The room is functional and clean. The breakfast is quite sweet. Cons. The check in was the worst part: Be aware that 1. there are six stairs to climb before reaching the elevator, this would be a problem if you carry large luggage. 2. to check in you have to wait OUTSIDE on the street before 3pm, and even after 3 pm you may have to wait inside twenty minutes before they clean the room. The room is TOO SMALL even compared to Hong Kong standard -- the washroom is so small there is only standing room; and the fridge was also so small that you could not put two bottle of water at the same time... OMG I could see that this may be a good choice if you are a solo traveler. But if you are a family traveler, think about other options first -- this may be a combination of the inconvenient parts of a hotel and a airbnb house.
