This hotel has Toyota rent a car counter inside and it is also the first pickup point for airport bus to new chitose airport. Very convenient location as it is about 7mins walking distance from Saporro station. There's 7 eleven right infront of the hotel. Room very clean and offered nice breakfast buffet. The hotel location was near to sapporo station within 5-7 minutes walking distance . They provide sleep attire inside the cupboard , handy telephone that you can use it while travelling around sapporo city , a slipper inside the room, heater , kettle , iron (need to ask from reception ) , a small freezer . Their staff was also very helpful as they will try to help us a lot . For muslim , careful with breakfast that they provided . Overall , its very comfortable staying at this hotel .

Awesome value for Japan Hotel”
Opted for the Premier Large twin room, which is about 25% more expensive than their superior rooms but well worth the extra money for the extra 10sqm of space. You don't get that kind of space often in Japan. Large room, lots of space for packing luggage and attached very large bathroom. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is awesome, close to JR and Odori Park. A very convenient 7-11 across the street and Family Mart about 2mins walk away. Highly recommended overall!

First time in Sapporo and it was amazing, Great for Niseko daytrips!”
Traveled up from Tokyo and had no problems. They also our GoodSports.co.jp rentals for our trip to Niseko very smoothly. I was initially worried, but the package was in the lobby ready for pickup once we landed at hotel. If we're ever back in Hokkaido, we will definitely stay at this place again guaranteed. We were just minutes away from the shinkansen back as well as the entire shopping district.

The hotel is just few minutes walk to the Sapporo station, with internal covered access and external access. The room is spacious and equipped with all the necessary items for traveller, in TV tourist information, charger with different port type etc. Will definitely choose this hotel on next visit.

Location is great, close to sapporo station. You would have all the facilities and amenities you need for your stay. Helpful staff and complimentary water everyday. If you want busy atmosphere, recommend to stay in susukino where there are tons of good restaurants. But from this hotel, you can easily get to Susukino by subway

Great location near Sapporo station”
Lovely property, great staff and great location. Only thing not so good is the Twin beds were not big enough to accommodate three people even though I had called the hotel to check after booking on Agoda and was told it could fit three. Luckily we were only staying one night otherwise it would not have been very comfortable for us. Other than that, we like this property very much

Pro- very friendly hotel staff who try to speak English and entertain our requests. I had a 1 year old baby and needed some porridge and fish for dinner. They tried to accommodate my request. Stroller can be borrowed from front desk. Good breakfast spread and rooms are cleaned everyday. A good 5-10 minutes walk towards west of Sapporo Station. A bus service from Hotel to Airport is also available. Had international adapter, LAN wires, some selected chargers available in the room. Con- my room was a corner room so WiFi connection was not too good. However LAN was ok. Overall, highly recommended !

Excellent service”
I've travel for many years across Japan and this is the first time I find a Japanese staff with excellent English speaking. The room we book is the new renovation floor so its good facilitated. But my other family who travel with normal room were not very good. Air conditioner for cool or hot is not function very well.
