Beware of the charges of taxes”
Booked the hotel through Agoda. The price breakdown already shown already included taxes and expenses. No indication or small words of any payment to make at the hotel. Upon check in, hotel asked to pay the local taxes. Shown the booking confirmation with breakdown of price. Hotel said if booked through local travelling agency, may included the taxes and expenses but not with Agoda!? Too tired to argue after hours of travelling and just wanna to get a room and refresh.

indicate when booking that it is a honeymoon. Unfortunately, the hotel and the employees made no effort to make the rooms special and or to bring breakfast to bed. You the staff saw that we came in with a white dress. so really bad from the employees. pay extra for room with sea view but unfortunately got a room on the side of hotel hotel with a little bit of sea view. feel ripped off.

The worst hotel ”
This is the worst hotel I’m stayed in ! The staff are so unfriendly. The house maid seems to think that you don’t need towels had to ask 20 time to put towels ! After paying with the Agoda then arrive to be told you need to pay the tax ! The check in took over a hour ! Unbelievable for a 4star hotel. The breakfast is nothing like the photos was only some eggs and bread ! Definitely will not stay again!

From the bell boy to the reception to the housekeeping, everyone was so nice and friendly and helpful. I really appreciated it. The view from the hotel is beautiful, it overlooks the waters. I would definitely stay there again.

Good location and room. Staff were a bit rude but eventually were helpful. They'll charge more to book a taxi to the airport it seems. Might be cheaper to walk outside and negotiate a price with waiting taxis outside if you're not rushed for time.

In 4 days we stayed in 4 different rooms due to most of them having things wrong ie air con not working, smoke smell, noisy, lights not working etc etc The location is great, pool area OK but rooms are very basic, do not expect the world as they all need major money spent to make them first world standard!

Amazing and helpful staff”
Hotel was in front of the beach which was really good. rooms it self was a decent size for what it is. the staff at the hotel are verry friendly and nice people and always helpful so that makes a big difference to my stay. there 2 bars in there which they have live singers on which are always amazing ! will be coming back here for sure. thank you for great treatment I have received here at kenzi solazur.

Not as expected, Rooms are very hot and they don't have airconditioning system for cooling only heating available, no facility in the rooms for tea or coffee, rooms are also in bad shape and most of the stuff looks dated and needs replacement
