Pros : 1. Private stepped and increasing depth pool. 2. Cleanliness is excellent. 3. Interiors have an art-deco feel. 4. Breakfast is well planned and provides a lot of varieties to keep Asian as well and European tastes satisfied. 5. Welcome fruits is a nice touch. 6. Excellent service from staff. 7. Internet is good and would meet the needs of most. Cons : 1. At times particularly late night we felt it would have been nice if the pool was temperature controlled. 2. Speaking in English is a big challenge with the staff but once they understand they do their best to help. 3. Away from frigging everything except the floating market. Would have been okay if there was a cab stand nearby but that is also not there. Cab services from the hotel cost a tad bit more money than that I am comfortable with. 4. Room service menu needs to include a little bit more when it comes to the main course. Our take on the pros and cons : 1. We went there to relax and be not disturbed for a few days, so it was fabulous. 2. However time and again when we wanted to go to the city for some drinks and fun, transportation was either costly or a bit difficult to acquire. Quick tip : Take a card of the hotel and ask the reception to write the address and directions in Thai in the back, helps a lot while coming back with a regular taxi. 3. Breakfast was good and okay for a few days of stay. If we were planning for more than a week then it would get boring pretty easily. 4. Perfect for couples looking for a relaxing time with each other.May be families with kids too. 5. No free water bottles ????? Why ?

In a country that is overrun with foreigners that have exploited it, naturally, customer service is almost non-existent. BUT minutes after I booked I got an e-mail from Vix who in PERFECT English answered my millions of questions and guided me throughout my journey to Pattaya from BKK all the way to my room, and we arrived late at night and well past check out. I have never had someone so accommodating in my over 20 times to Thailand. He helped us with EVERYTHING, booked all our cars, taxis, etc, and was in constant communication with us. And on that note, the distance of the villa from the town is almost a blessing and well worth the taxi/motorcycle ride, which we had no trouble getting. We are young girls too who partied at a nearby festival at night but appreciated the peace at home. All of this combined with the villa being wonderful (and I am extraordinarily picky) and with a private pool, I will DEFINITELY be back next year and this villa and experience comes highly recommended. The villa and property itself were very clean and large, the bathrooms extremely big and clean and modern, full kitchen, living area, it was all wonderful and we had no issues with anything. Appreciated having breakfast delivered everyday too.

This place is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. Stayed 2 nights in the romance private villa for mother’s day and it was fantastic. Private pool, lounge and bedroom and outside bathroom, was lovely. We normally go out to a restaurant for dinner but found ourselves eating at the hotel restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. We did not have one bad dish while here, the chef is friendly and cooks great food. Stayed in a normal room for an extra night as we didn’t want to leave and that was also great. Can’t really fault this place..staff are friendly, 2 girls serving at the restaurant are lovey and p’Joey was always helpful! Highly recommend this place!!

Unbeatable for families ! I stayed at Mirabel Resort 2 nights in Jan14; The kids loved the Pools and the mini golf, there is just so many activities for them to stay busy playing that all you have to do is sit back and enjoy the food and the nicely designed hotel views. The resort is located across Sukhumvit road in a quiet and green area, around 10 mins from walking street by car. The rooms: are very large, feel like home. it can accommodate a whole family without any issue. each suite has a small private pool on its private balcony : LOVE IT ! the shower is HUGE and very clean. The suites are very clear and spotless. The food is great and there is a choice of both western and Thai food on the menu. The hosts: the owner will make you feel just like home; the staff is careful and nice. Everything you need to know about the city, just ask Remy the owner, he is invaluable and knows everything you could need to know about Pattaya. he will guide you to the best spots of the city Activities: Special mention to the MINI GOLF, I think the best to be found in Pattaya: it is not easy and very original. The pool is just GREAT. it is a bio- ecological pool where kids can jump into and play all around the lobby area . Each suite has its own private mini pool on the balcony (!) Overall: a VERY Charming hotel that will make you and your family feel at home . This place has special charm as its overall touch and design is no comparable to any standardised-type Hotel I have seen in the city. Warmly recommended !

We arrived late having been at Wonderfruit music festival close by, even the night desk staff were very helpful. The next day we booked a taxi to Bangkok, the staff were very helpful and the guy behind the desk even went out of his way to search for a phone charger as I had lost mine. Our friends then attempted to book a taxi to the airport but the staff told us the prices quoted were too expensive so arranged a cheaper option. All in all, incredibly helpful and friendly people, thank you!

I chose this hotel because I needed a hotel on the Pattaya Darkside with a swimming pool for one night. I found the hotel room to be ok but was very disappointed with the breakfast. On the basis that the hotel was away from Central Pattaya I did not think it was value for money based on the 2000 baht per night I paid but it suited my needs for the 1 day with the exception of the breakfast.
