Well located hotel suitable to business trip”

Good to stay in a well located hotel like KKR in Fukuoka. Close to bus and underground stations! Behind the hotel, you can have a good access to the famous cake shop called 16-Ku. There you can enjoy one of the best quality cake, sweets and confectionaries which are not available in other cities.

Great lovely hotel!”

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, though was slightly hard to communicate in English. Room size was great, everything was clean and the hotel was not very far subway and infront of mcdonalds. The only dissapointment - small selection of food for breakfast.

Very big and beautiful hotel. Ideal for weddings and large functions. Close to the metro station and not too far from the city centre. The staff are very friendly, which is unsuprising given that everyone in the city is super helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The services were excellent.

nice hotel, clean room, friendly reception staffs

The hotel staffs were very friendly and kind. Even thought they they could not communicate in English, they tried their best to answer my questions. The location is not accessible as it is not near to the train station. however, it is alright if you are travelling with a car. We had lunch at their restaurant which was quite decent.

The breakfast was nice, and the staffs were kind and helpful. You can use your laptop to connect to the internet, but you might no be able to connect to the wifi when you are not in the lobby.

Service is above average but room is too small”

The staff is very helpful. As we do not speak Japanese and we're trying to book the car ferry to Kumamoto, the staff has tried very hard to understand what we want and they also booked it for us.

The room was too small for the price we paid but the service was good.
