1. We would be very appreciated that you TURN OFF the electrical swithes and CB EXCEPT FOR backup CB at the end of the second row before leaving the house and enjoy your trip. This CB maintains power of the electrical key. If you turn of it when go out, you will not be able to come in the apartment after that. 2. Please don’t bring pets into the house. 3. No drugs, no prostitute 4. Party is not allowed 5. No smoking inside the house. This building is installed with a modern fire alarm system. So, even a slight amount of smoke detected will waked up the whole building and automatically send signal to the fire station nearby which will charge you a huge amount of money for every fire-fighter truck they send. 6. If everything in the house has problem while using by yourselves, you will have to compensate for them. 7. Protect your belongings and valuable assets when living on rent. The apartment owner takes no responsibility for making any compensation when your assets are lost.

場所、check in が、難しい”

ロケーションは、良く。清潔さも良いと思います。でも、地図にも載っておらず、チェックイン方法も解らず、英語も通じない。たまたま、ベトナム人と一緒だったので手伝ってもらって、事なきを得ましたが、もし日本人だけだったら、諦めて他のホテルへ行ったでしょう。その時は、支払った代金は返って来ず、倍の費用を払った事になります。 Agoda では、扱わないで欲しい。またははっきりと明記して欲しいです。
