My stay in Amrani Hotel was on transit trip. It was late check in, but the staff was still in excellent service The room was good, it was meet the price. The cleanliness also satisfying. Bed quality was enough to give me and family, a good and nice night sleep Maybe need improvement in breakfast menu, need a little various menu to freshen the breakfast Hotel location was relatively strategic. Its near train station, main road access, much of culinary spots Overall, I have the experience much more than the price

1. The rickshaw (becak) driver told me that this hotel is not located at Adisucipto area, which forced me to call Agoda (roaming) to check the correct address. I contacted the no stated in the booking form, but the hotel didn't pick up. They told Agoda that the hotel address is correct. 2. Poor bldg maintenance: leaking from ceiling, hot water is not working, bathroom handle only 1 side, shower head is broken, lights are broken, ants crawling on bathroom's door, etc.

I chosen this hotel because the location is only need a few walk from jl Slamet Riyadi, the main road of Solo. This hotel is small, the room arrangement is like boarding house. But every room is equipped with AC, small and bathroom, and you can also order for room service. The food is simple and good, there is a small dining room in the first level. This hotel.is worth for money.

I stayed in this hotel for visiting surakarta just one night on 5th October last weekend. I have choosing this hotel based on Agoda's review. My first impression about this hotel is Good but need more improvement. As I remembered, there's no security staff in the gate entrance or in the lobby entrance for helping us to show the direction to the parking area. The lobby is really need more touch of Soul. seriously, I mean it. Actually Lobby of this hotel was beautiful design but there's no music, there's no public area who check all the time about the cleanliness or just for checking the flower position. Really need more soul than this hotel's lobby become more attractive. The receptionist staff quite good but need more attractive gesture, need more smile, need more talk active and spirit to welcoming and helping the guest. The room is unexpected, which is good. because I thought that the superior type is not really specious but when I come to the room, quite surprised. The bed is so fluffy and comfort. The bathroom is so clean. The air-conditioning is so cold. Overall for the superior bedroom is good except the view. The best of the best of my stay experience in this hotel is The Breakfast Food. In spite of the restaurant design and the lack of attractive music, the taste of the food is the best. I really enjoyed the breakfast and try all the menu. Last but not least, I do believe that this hotel could be more attractive than now. So please give the details attention. I'll be back to this hotel and hopefully more attractive soul welcoming my next visit. Pineapple Mansion Solo, is located on the margin of historical and heritage of Solo Central Java where the chronicle of Royal Solo begins and remaining an heritage places and temples, also has a rich of Javanese cultures and tourism destination. It is about 5 km a distance (10 minutes driving) from an International Airport Adi Sumarmo Solo. The hotel has spacious 35 standard rooms which are now being completion by private bath room with hot water and standing shower besides the hotel also provides standard service in the room such as ; Room Amenities, TV cable, refrigerator, free wi-fi, safety deposit box and the breakfast getting more and more better as usually provides by upper level of stars hotel. its situated closely to the Slamet Riadi road, which is a main road to many tourism attractions and shopping centers in the city. The closeness to Slamet Riadi road is quiet an advantage since it would easier to go to Keraton (The Royal Mangkunegaran Palace), Triwindu Antique Market, Kampoeng Batik, and also easy access to out of town. As a repeater guest, I felt pampered by the friendly staffs in all level and feel stay in own home. It seems this hotel has been improved its image become more professional service especially the new management under Pineapple Hotels supervised by an experienced new General Manager. Nice hotel, great service and we certainly will come again to visit Solo and stay with Pineapple Mansion which should I recommend to all my colleagues.

The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast, they served large variant of breakfast and it taste good. The swimming pool was also amazing, but you need to walk to Lorin hotel and asked for a coupon, don’t worry it’s free. Nothing was broken in my kids’ room, but unfortunately the air conditioner in my room wasn’t working well. I already asked the staff to checked the air conditioner but it still not working. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel is relatively new (about 2 years old), staffs are polite, room is nice cozy & large, ac is cool, hot water for shower, free wifi in lobby & room plays youtube videos without lagging, boiler to make coffee, mini refrigerator, mini safe box, LCD TV, cabinets to store your clothes. I don't know if this hotel has swimming pool or gym. Business center is not open during my 1 day stay, but I have no trouble printing my internet tickets by emailing tickets to receptionist, it costs about 20 cents per printed page. The hotel is located in the main road, convenience store (indomaret) is very near. Breakfast is good but not great. Indonesian breakfast includes fried rice and soto (clear soup). Some local traditional drinks (jamu). Western breakfast is rather limited to toast bread, sausage & fried potatoes, pastry, egg, coffee, tea, juice (no orange juice), fruits. If you opt for room without breakfast, you can go to nearby convenience store (indomaret), you can buy burgers, hotdogs, sandwiches, japanese suki, noodles, fruits, ice creams, coffee, tea, softdrinks, beer, etc at much cheaper price. From Hotel you can go around the city using taxi or becak (local rickshaw) which is available 24-hours. Overall a nice and pleasant stay, I will comeback to this hotel in the future.

Roemahkoe, means My Home Efficient check-in, the staff remembered me from the previous stays. Location: amazing; open its back door and it would take you to Laweyan Batik Village. I love strolling around the village and check out the latest Batik works. Next door, it has a spa only for women. Great value for money (a facial massage for 2 SGD for 20 mins). A short-drive to get to famous eateries or sightseeing in Solo. Food: two menu options for breakfast with fresh juice, tea or coffee and desert. Fresh and delicious. Other a la Carte menus for lunch and dinner are exceptional too. The big chore you need to do is to choose what to eat and where to sit (since it has many beautiful Art Deco furniture piece). Whilst waiting for your meal, look around its boutique. It curated nice Batik. Been to Solo many times, I’m just happy to check in this hotel, borrow their latest coffee-table books and finish my reading. It’s really, My Home.

After I got my booking confirmation we took a taxi to this homestay (which was hard to find for the driver since it was in a narrow alley). The owner wasn't there because of idul fitri holidays and for some time it was unclear who would help us (lots of people were walking in and out) After some time a friendly lady told us the room (which was booked and payed for) was not available. After contacting the owner the decision was to transport us to a different hotel. She first went there to check if they had a room available and she then took us and our heavy backpacks there on the back of her motor bike. The room had the same price as the room in the homestay we originally booked. Good solution, but it would of course be better if they kept their booking system up to date when offering rooms on agoda.

Good: - Welcoming and friendly staff - Lobby, elevator and room and corridors are clean, bright and air-conditioned - Interior design of the rooms is beautiful, including the carpet and tiles - Room was spacious, window is big and floors are very clean - Shower head water is strong, warm and reliable - Towel was clean and fairly new - Bathroom was big, bright and equipped with toiletries - Provided 2 standard Aqua bottles and tea/coffee + facilities - Swimming pool very well maintained (not dirty) with towels provided - Bed was comfortable and fairly clean - Internet was sometimes moderately fast - Air conditioner was working very well - Hotel close to train station and shopping malls Bad: - Pillowcases smell bad (like clothes that are still wet) - Internet was sometimes slow - Have to pay Rp. 3000 every time I enter and exit the hotel via taxi/GRAB/Go-Car. Money is collected for 'parking' as the hotel is located above Robinson Department Store.

This is my first time staying here. And it is much better than I expected. Considering the hotel is not a brand new one but they can keep the hotel is great like any other hotels. The hotel is value for money. The bathub is clean. The swimming pool is huge. The location is neaby Nasi Liwet Mbak Yanti, Soto Batiah, and the famous Kampung Laweyan. The staff is also attentive and friendly. I’d really love to stay here again next time and try the Executive Room! Keep up the good work Sunan Hotel!

Me and family booked this hotel for only 1 night. 1've booked 3 rooms. I like the interior deco at the reception area of the local javanese concept. Rooms are big. Location very near to Airport, however quite far from town centre. I was informed by the hotel staff that this hotel will be under renovation and to complete within 2 years. I hope i can see the hotel transformation if i come again to Solo.
