Best hotel with a great view of the river with sunrise”
I got this very good deal from agoda. Was less than half the price of other nearby hotels. So i just grabbed the deal without thinking much. Upon checking in the first thing which awed me was the fabulous view of the river. You can watch the sunrise from the balcony rising up with a river view. Simply awesome. Although not very near to the clubs and eateries, by auto rickshaw it only costs like $1 usd to travel about to near by places. If you want save the dollar, need to walk about 1.5 to 1.8 KM. They are guest friendly too, just need to submit your guest photo ID to them for photocopy. And when your guest leaves, they will ask your guest to wait, call you on your room and check with you before letting the guest leave. Awesome service. They have a nice buffet style breakfast which serves both western and lical food. And the roof top swimming pool was beautiful. They do have 2 jacuzzis in a private room setting but unfortunately it was under maintanance. The frontdesk were really friendly and helpful. They helped me with getting details on where should i go for my covid test before returning back to my country. I will definitely stay here again if I visit phnom penh in the future. No regrets.

Lovely Hotel”
Visited during pandemic and this was a quarantine hotel even though we were not being quarantined ourselves. This made a great place to stay because we had the hotel completely to ourselves. Rooftop bar was unique with it's grass and garden overlooking the river and view of the opposite shore. The room was spotless. The bathtub was huge and the balcony made each morning and evening a delight to relax on. Breakfast was included and plenty to eat. The staff was superb, happy and helpful even when we inadvertently made extra work for them at times. I will most definitely stay here again.

We stayed in many places in and around Phnom Penh. LCS Hotel/Apartments is in a category by itself !! So many details, others have overlooked are bundled in this property. The staff is exceptional !! Our special thanks goes to: Maid-Service, Front-Desk, Waitresses & Waiters as the entire kitchen crew. Design and craftsmanship are well above even European standards !! Since I am using PassApp to move around, this hotel location is not bad at all. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The swimming pool is quite small so probably best to enjoy about 2 people in a time.

The staff were exceptional and helped make phone calls for me when I desperately needed inquiries into last minute RTs for flying out (Thanks Leng Heng!). Room service was great too and the food was delicious and well priced (especially free breakfast!). Wifi wasn't the best but manageable. The bathroom was luxurious! Insane value for price and I would highly recommend it. I know I'll be back soon!

Value for price is just perfect. We even had the chance to join their opening celebration and where invited for free food and drinks on their rooftop with stunning views. The staff was very friendly and especially the manager stood out going the extra mile to help show us around. Highly recommended! Stayed 4 nights first then extended to another 6, that should say enough!

We stayed here for 5 nights in may 2022, nice location , just as in the pics, amazing staff....only downside was the construction going on in front and soundproofing is not so good,,,,,other than that no complains, had an amazing stay.

Absolutely impressed with the quality of this hotel. Very fancy room which was clean and comfy. A rooftop pool and restaurant. We received a welcome drink and vouchers for free drinks which was lovely! My partner had an interview and they allowed him to use the function room for free which we appreciated greatly. For two backpackers this was a gorgeous break from hostels.
