Amazing apartments located close to the sea front and harbour of Leith. The apartment was spacious, clean, warm and felt like home. Couldn’t have chosen better.

I booked this hotel for my parents. I don't really know what they look for in a hotel but I am as tight as a duck's bumble so booked this place for them. Lovely spacious rooms. The hotel in general was clean and to an excellent standard. Beautiful location in Leith, within walking distance from a few nice restaurants and pubs. Its also just outside the quay which was just lovely to sit outside and watch. We didn't really have much contact with the staff, but they seemed polite during dinner.

We stayed there for two nights, staff at the reception was very friendly and supportive. Room was small but it was ok for us. Walls are quite thin so we could hear our neighbours talking

A bit shabby, but has everything you'd need...clean bathroom, tea+coffee set, 2 bins, beds made daily. Booked quite late for 1 night to seea gig in Leith. Fantastic price, good location for Leith or Edinburgh. Spotlessly clean & comfy. Breakfast is available. Would stay again.

Stayed here for 1 night with my mum and sister. We were going to the Playhouse Theatre which was about a 20 min walk but 5 mins on the number 11 bus. When you walk out Leith House turn right and the bus stop is at the end of the street which was very handy. The room was on the lower ground and down some quirky stairs. nice room, good decoration. they give us extra bed when we just booked for double bed. there's no receptionis, they just give the message in front of door to do check in. but it easy to reach them. have free parking. and in the morning, you just have the best view which is a leith park. so good.

Hotel is located just outside the city, and opposite a large supermarket. It offers free parking for guests and there is no problem finding an available lot. There is a direct bus to the city from a bus stop just outside the hotel, hence it's convenient. Room is very clean and spacious and so is the toilet. We had a view of the city from our room and it was magnificent...

Well appointed hotel, near very interesting area of Edinburgh (Leith), away from the bustle of tourists in the ciy centre. The Festival crowds can be daunting. The bus services were very frequent to the city centre and could take you to any of the attractions easily. If a family wished to travel around the city I would recommend a day ticket which would save finding ch...

Owners were very helpful on arrival and showed us round explaining the heating etc, I have found that in most apartments you have to work this out for yourself. The flat was spotlessly clean and had an a shower room as well as on suite which came in handy Overall good quality We will certainly use this property again. Pity about the weather though

Location not to far from city easy access with several bus lines. Airport is a bit far, but direct bus line (35) running, if time not primary concern then it this not a problem. Self-catering, but nearby mostly take-away, however with a little walk there is Leith city center where is plentiful choice.

Only stayed for one night but apartment was very comfortable, clean and with wonderful views over the Leith port. Nice and quiet, I got a great nights sleep, and free parking was a bonus. Bus stop two min walk away and only £1.60 to take you up onto Princes Street or £4 for an all day, hop on, hop off ticket. I would stay again.

Lovely safe neighborhood, near Sainsbury's, free parking lot, full equipped kitchen, but the oven didn't work.

Cleanliness was an issue, soiled duvet, grubby floor, dust light fittings. Pillows (bar one) wafer thin. Mattresses very lumpy.

The location to central Edinburgh and other tourist attractions was excellent. The staff at the hotel very friendly and helpful with lots of tips and information for visits to the capital

It’s really bad experience, there is no hot water and no notice about WiFi and how to use other equipment, the toilet is dirty and old, living room, kitchen.....every equipment are old and very bad for use, we can’t use hot water and can’t take a shower in the winter, I never booking this apartment again!! The price is high, but it’s the worst experience!ever!!!
