Lembang hotels & places to stay

This is my second time having stayed in this hotel. The hotel is located in a very secluded area in the maribaya district in Lembang. If you are nature lovers and like to stay in a premise that is far from city life, then Kastuba will be a perfect choice. The air is cool, so no air-conditioning is needed. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. However, I would like to make some suggestions for improvements, i.e. more facilities, especially outdoor ones and more selection on food choices. I was booked 2 rooms. I could say this hotel is a good hotel at Lembang. Their have cool swimming pool with hot pool open till 10pm. The pool is more like waterpark and come with large garden. Really recommand for whom come with kids or an old man. The location also nice. We only need 20mnts to tangkuban perahu and or 30mnts to ciater hotspring. The breakfast menus nice enough even not many choice. This hotel design classic style model so there are many spots that we can take picture. Overall I like this hotel.since this is not a new hotel but luxury hotel style so it will awesome if could pay more attantion to maintain the room’s cleanness and sanitation. If could, try upgrade the fasities. i would stay herr again nextime if they have a good offer. Lol

No need to go to bali to refresh yourself, you can go to Lembang and find similar experience. This is a great place for weekend getaway. The place is surrounded with great views of trees and mountain. No AC in the room but it is cool even in the midday. Quiet surroundings, clean rooms with great views. The breakfast was great. Whereelse could you find hot bread pudding for breakfast. all the foods was yum! The room felt old but well maintained and clean. Only the bathroom need improvements. The pool was great, with icy cold water, and paired with hot water jacuzzi. Perfect match! I think they need to build an easier access to the pool area. Too much stairs thus it is,especially, not elderly friendy. An elevator would be great. Other than that, it was a great hotel.

Very nice & cosy small hotel in Lembang give you the comfort of a home feels Me & family love it, too bad we dont have enough time to enjoy the view. the decoration is nice and unique love the garden and they serve breakfast in front of the garden. my family booked 2 rooms, one of it is on second level with a mountain view.. its a beautiful view. will definitely come back if we got a chance.. next time will slowly enjoy the stay :)

Service was good, staff was friendly at the Blackbird, hotel is brand new, there's a renovation going on for their new restaurant at the Blackbird So for breakfast, we have to go to Maja House just next door, hotel will arrange transfer, breakfast selection at the Maja House was alright but the F&B staff was not attentive, didn't even bother to clear our plates but was seen chatting at the hostess counter. Cleanliness was below average at the Maja House. Location-wise is good in Lembang, Hotel is near to Kampong Daun, Kampung Gajah, Cimahi Falls and Dusun Bambu and there's Indomaret/Alfamart about 2-3 minutes walk.

Stayed for 3 days 2 nights at Idul Fitri 2017. I really enjoyed alot and it become one of my best holiday experience. The weather is really good (chill mountain weather especially in morning), no need for AC, food are good cause we often ordered food from hotel due to Lembang traffic, staff are very welcome, room big enough. OVERALL I LOVE TO STAYED IN PUTERI GUNUNG AND WILLING TO GO BACK AGAIN

Always be the best resort in lembang. Staff very kind and quick response by whatsapp. We stay in pavilion. What need to improve for better: Pavilion lighing is very poor, not suitable for children. Need to change all lamp to brighter, especially bathroom very dark Bathroom warn water not stable, its very inconvenience Need to add more path for wheelchair, especially to go to snack area (pool) and spa

We booked one bedroom apartment, to our surprise, its indeed a two bedroom with one bedroom locked, so its still super spacious, though toilet is a bit small. The hotel is a bit hard to find, we hired a local driver, who is my friend's relative, he can hardly find the place, but need to ask for direction from the residents nearby. There is a small sign board at the path leading tea garden resort, it will take u another 10-15 minutes to reach from there. The road condition is uneven, u will passby a small village along the road, n a small cow farm(i dont think its open for public, it looks like just belongs one of the villagers). Advantage is that the surrounding environment is just so refreshing n relaxing, big living room n resting area,badthing is that its ther is no nearby shops or restaurants, as its in the middle of tea plantation. They do provide many kids classes, example cooking. It will be a great location if u just want to relax. For me, I hired car, so not a big trouble overall. Oh, it not far to drive from here to tangkuban perahu n ciater hot spring. the hotel has a small hot water pond, u can soak ur body there at mid nught, while the surrounding air is cold, my kids liked it. Breakfast is nice, juice is good as well. My daughter keep on saying she likes this hotel.

We stayed for one night Mountain View King Bed (also known as their Netra tents) and was given a glamping tent with a balcony that had an unobstructed view of the mountains - it was absolutely stunning! The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We didn't have a chance to try out any of the activities, as we only stayed one night and the next day it was raining, but if you're looking for somewhere to relax and enjoy the view then we'd definitely recommend staying at Trizara. There are just two little downsides: 1) The menu is limited but the food is relatively cheap (for a hotel) & yummy, & they do room service at no extra charge; 2) It's a little chilly taking a shower as the shower isn't that strong and it's sort of outdoors but nothing that would stop us from coming back. We loved our stay here and will definitely be coming back & staying for longer!

the location is strategic, you can even reach some tourism objects like Floating Market by 10 minutes walking, De' Ranch by 20 minutes walking. If you want to buy some merchandise or authentic culinary you can go to Tahu Susu Lembang factory, 5 minutes walking. The property is really big and spacy, with some spacy fields. It is one of the oldest hotels as well as biggest hotels in Lembang.

this hotel offers a natural and traditional sundanese concept. i like it because i have chance to explain a lot of thing to my boy who grow up in a metropolitan city like jakarta. the room is nice. my kid love it. i let him write something to describe his feeling as below (i'm not editing any of it): it's like a wonderful medium paradise with best food i ever try and the boat in the lake is good. the hotel is best and all the place there, is better than i expected. i love all the markets stuffs, boat riding and especialy the room and the dining room. this hotel is 100% better then every hotel in the earth. i guess it describe anything, right?

I arrived at 7.30 Am, staff welcomed us and kept our luggage in the hotel while we left the hotel to explore Lembang natural beauties. We stayed in the room next to water falling. I can hear the water and the sound of forest from my room at night. Fishing pond is close, swimming pool is right below the tall trees. Traditional spa is awesome. Wi-fi in my room never worked but I could manage on my own. I felt so relaxed get lost in the forest. Definitely a place worth to escape from stressful city life.

We stayed for one night, and our 4 year old daugher loved it. It was an experience for her. The tent was big and clean with seating area. There were plugs, kettle, radio, emergency light, matress, sleeping bag, towels, the shower even had hot water. It was raining the next day so there wasn't much to do. We got good deal in Agoda, but if we had to pay the published rate, we would rather stay at a 5 star hotel as the price is the same/ more expensive (1.7 million)

I come to the hotel around 2 hours earlier than the check in time, and there's already a room available (yey!!), and we also gor room in the new building. Have a little problem with the water dispenser, but the staff quickly address and solve the problem. For the hot water in the bathroom, it needs time to heat around 5-10 minutes, but it's not a big deal. The staffs are friendly and we also get breakfast even though in the voucher they say they didn't provide it. Overall, me and my friend feel satisfied and definitely will come again if we visit Lembang.

i booked for 3 nights in advance (paid) and when i arrived, they checked me in for 1 night. Next day i had to go to the reception again. The Hotel has a nice quiet garden, but the room (old fashion) is next to a road, very noisy! All these days, they didn't cleaned our room ... The restaurant is serving finished food, and for breakfast on the menue is shown butter and jam - what they serve is margarine and a kind of cheap chocolate ... the stuff didn't understand me, maybe they can't speak English. Because the hotel internet was very poor, i used my own data! was my first time in Lembang, not the last time in Lembang but for sure not going to this hotel again.

Overall I have no problem with this hotel, the Villa is good and homie, the size is ideal for big family (the 2 stories villa with 5 bedrooms), kids really enjoy their time to walk around in the area in the morning and fishing the fish in the evening (only 30k each and 50k for every 1 kg of fish and they will grill it for free). There are a lot of bugs, frog and another small animals around the villa but well, we are the guests there so not an issue 😁 The included breakfast also fine, not so great but not bad either. A good enough food to start the day. The cleanliness could be a little problem but again that was enough at least for us. The location is ok, near Ciater Spa Resort for outbound and Sari Ater hot spring also not too far from Lembang (around 20 km or 1 hour driving by car which for me is much better than to go through Bandung city with horrible traffic on the weekend and can take up to more than 2 hours).

I made a booking for the Deluxe Room for 2 nights here which includes breakfast. After some research and reading up the good reviews of this place. The room service of this hotel is above excellent when I arrived here. The rooms were extremely clean. This hotel met my expectation’s way above. This hotel is located on an altitude area where it’s naturally cold with fresh air. Nice quiet place to spend the night in the sound of nature with your partner. The swimming pool was just beside our room but unfortunately could not get to use it as it was extremely cold weather and raining since past 1 night. No other hotels till date has 2 air cons in 1 single room with dining table, living room with sofa, coffee table, fridge, large toilet with bathtub and hot water boiler and a backyard door access, which I didn’t expected at all for the price paid. We just loved this hotel and definitely would be a great memory for us here especially for my partner. She was just too amazed with the lovely great weather, ambience and scenery nearby. Really appreciate the kind staffs over the past days there. Nice place, warm service, great panorama, delicious food and with the right person to call off this fantastic perfect trip. Nearby attractions includes the Farm House Susu Lembang, Maja House, Kampong Gajah Wonderland, Rumah Sosis and Floating Market. Strongly advisable to use Grab Car (Go Car) or Uber for cheapest transportation. Not easy accessible to local taxi’s here. The feeling here was like Oh My God!!! Fabulous!!! Fantastic!!! Marvellous!!! Everything was like heaven to us here. There are no words that can describe the place, simply beautiful, cozy and memorable experience here. We will definitely come back here when we visit Bandung, Lembang again. Just one request for the hotel management to improve and work on, Wifi access and connections should be improved for better ratings of this hotel and value. We would like to once again wish the hotel staffs a Big Thank You. S

They moved (upgraded by their words) to different unit. Because the bamboo village looks so mess and untouchable. But still, the room they moved us wasn’t good at all. Pretty basic room. They gave us food from food stall on the road for breakfast. I even asked for towel because they didn’t provide in the room. Room was stinky and very very no hygienic. At the end I only stayed one night, I booked for 3 nights. Can’t stay with the smells in the room. I lost two night charge money, but better than get stress there . Worse holiday ever in lembang

For the money I've paid, I am more than satisfied to stay here. The staffs are not as professional as the ones in expensive hotels but they do their duties well. Simple breakfast of fried rice and some sides is well worth the money I paid. Beautiful view of the natural environment in Lembang and pristine air to breathe in. There are minor issues here and there but it was well worth the price. For those of you looking for over-the-top services by paying so much, look elsewhere.
