Great for families & couples”
Hotel with a lot of history located in the Kasbah close to the square. Rooms feel more like a home than a hotel. Great accommodating staff and the food is amazing. The pool is great and bigger than most hotels / riads in the area. The garden is well maintained and there’s a little outdoor gym. The spa is nice, got a great massage. They also have 2 tortoises that chill in the garden :)

The staff were helpful at times but didnt pay attention to specific needs. The waiting times for check-in even after 3pm was unnecessarily long and could be reduce. We were requested to take a seat where we were not told what was going on or the reason the wait so long. Perhaps the rooms werent ready even at 6pm! When we asked reception lady to help make reservations at an hotel, she rushed off the phone and could have been more polite.

This being said and despite my investigations, it appears that your check-in was respected and took the usual time. Our receptionist agreed to postpone your breakfast time to 11am so you could enjoy your hot air balloon trip and it seems that, unfortunately, she couldn't book on your behalf the Spa of your choice. For us, hospitality isn't a vain word and I regret deeply that you've left feeling you didn't receive the attention and help you deserved. Everything in this hotel was calm and beautiful. A haven to return too after the buzz of the Medina. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location is great- calm but walking distance to everything. We had an excellent dinner in the hotel restaurant as well.

A gorgeous hotel - the hotel is a beautiful oasis and the staff are lovely, i would definitely stay here again. Perfect walking distance to the main square and other attractions. There are also good restaurant options about a 10 minute walk away.

La limpieza excelente. El masaje con Fátima excelente. La carta de comidas ligeramente escasa. Tuvimos un incidente con un taxista, nos alejamos y llegamos a perdernos, cogimos un taxi que nos pareció que nos llevaba por calles y daba vueltas, nos asustamos y llamamos al hotel, la llamada se cortó y la señora que está en la recepción no nos devolvió la llamada, afortunadamente identificamos una zona y pedimos que parase, desde allí andando llegamos al hotel, bastante asustados, se lo comentamos y nos contestó que Marrakech es seguro, francamente esa zona no era segura. Nos parece que es bueno que se sepa ya que hubiéramos agradecido un intento de ayuda.

Très bel hôtel extrêmement bien situé ”
J’ai choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec la place et c’est vraiment un bon choix! La chambre est grande et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner servi en buffet est copieux et très bien garni nombreux fruits frais et pâtisseries. Je regrette juste le fait que l’entrée à la piscine du SPA ne soit pas incluse pour les clients de l’hôtel.

Mooi hotel met zwembad waar je tot rust kan komen”
Genoten van het zwembad. Er zijn voldoende ligstoelen met plekjes in de schaduw en in de zon. Het ligt een 20 tal minuten van de saadien tombes en kasbah cafe en enkele andere eetgelegenheden.

Prachtig hotel en geweldige service, ook met kleine kinderen”
Het hotel is echt prachtig en mooi onderhouden. De service is geweldig, er wordt gedacht aan de kleinste details. Ook aan baby's en kleine kinderen wordt veel aandacht besteed, een bedje, bad en zelfs flessenwarmer waren klaar gezet in onze kamer. Tijdens het eten werd er een kinderstoel klaar gezet, iets wat je op niet veel plekken zal vinden hier. Het enige nadeel vonden wij het ontbijt, voor een hotel als deze hadden wij er meer van verwacht. Ook hebben we 1 keer in het hotel gegeten en dat viel ons tegen, zeker voor de prijzen die je voor het eten betaald.
