“Honest Review Deluxe Suite Double”
Upon arrival, I thought, "Wow, the parking lot has a lot of capacity." This hotel is monitored by several security personnel from both the front and back who greet us as we head to the lobby. In the lobby, there is a very friendly receptionist. The hotel is equipped with elevators and stairs, and there are also wheelchair facilities. If you have a lot of luggage, don’t worry because the staff will help carry it with a luggage trolley. What caught my attention was the friendliness of all the staff who always greet customers when passing by, as well as the hotel’s design itself with a semi-apartment industrial concept. I booked a Deluxe Suite Double room for one family (2 adults and 2 children). For this room, what I liked the most was the design, from the bed, bathroom, kitchen, vanity, wardrobe, and other amenities available in the room. The price I got during this holiday period was around 800 thousand, which matches the clean, comfortable, not stuffy room, and very adequate lighting. You can access Netflix (your own account) and free WIFI, and there are also some snacks and drinks sold in the lobby. You can also order food from the room. In the kitchen, there is a sink, a portable stove, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a pot, a frying pan, 2 tablespoons, 2 teaspoons, 2 forks, 2 dinner knives, 1 cooking knife, 1 spatula, 2 glasses, 1 napkin, 1 electric kettle, 1 cooker hood, 4 plates, 2 bowls, 1 cutting board, an ice cube tray, tea, coffee, and their companions. There are plenty of places like shelves, drawers, or cabinets to store items, so it doesn't get messy. In each room, there is also a trash can with a plastic liner, so it won’t get dirty. And the most special feature is the rooftop on the 3rd floor overlooking Hartono Mall, which also has seating, perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Honestly, I felt very comfortable. However, the provided stove is a portable one, and the gas is not provided (you have to buy it for 35k at the lobby) and there’s a charge for using the microwave oven (all of this is stated in the rules on the paper during check-in, along with several other regulations). There is a plus point for being very close to Hartono Mall and The Park Mall. Overall, I highly recommend it 9/10 because of its facilities and comfort; my advice is to continue to improve the amenities. Thank you LOA Living and the staff 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
