    “We enjoyed our stay at Luau and would happily book this unit again!”

    Things I like
    I liked the location of the property. We have stayed here before and love how centrally located it is. The condo was overall clean and comfortable, and we would stay here again!
    Things I don’t like
    There is currently construction ongoing at the property, but this was a small inconvenience, and there were numerous notifications of this prior to our stay. It was loud but as expected. The shower head in our room was poorly-functioning, so there was very little water pressure to shower, but this was not a major issue for us.

    Close to the beach and two pools. Love Sandestin property. The view from the room was really nice as well.
    Things I don’t like
    Lock on the Foyer door didn’t work well had to press the code many times to get in. Also door didn’t shut completely. Room was semi-clean but towels were dirty and shower tiles were dirty. May need to be replaced or deep cleaned. Lobby and hallways were a little scary and outdated. Not clean and wallpaper/ paint chipping everywhere. Nice but wouldn’t stay again.

    Things I like
    The location was perfect for us. Breathtaking views, amazing facilities, and gorgeous beach. We can not wait to book our next stay here.
    Things I don’t like
    Limited cooking options. Convention oven only had a mesh basket, and the other heating source was microwave. I feel an Air Fryer would take less counter space and give more cooking options, but that's my opinion. A dust pan in the space would have been really handy, as there is a broom. No major complaints. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed.

    “Overall our stay was perfect and we would love to stay here again.”

    Things I like
    The unit was a great deal! It’s not pricey like other units. I love everything about it except the bed, it’s uneven idk why but it’s uneven. Location is also great, just 3mins walk to the beach (from their pool), we’re walking with a 1yo baby. The room is equipped with kitchen stuff! COMPLETE KITCHEN STUFF! You can cook whatever you want and it was so perfect! I love this unit so much and this will be our go to stay whenever we’re in sandestin.
    Things I don’t like
    The floor needs to be mopped thoroughly, the curtains should be washed (theres a lot of accumulated dirt) and the bed should be fixed.
