offering a golf cart would have been nice. everything was super far from our condo. the beach was very crowded.

Stayed at Luau 2 - #6632.in the Sandestin Resort area. From the moment you turn onto Sandestin Blvd you feel like you're in a tropical oasis. Beautiful condo with all the comforts of home (bedroom/ livingroom/ dining room/full kitchen/ bathroom/ dishes, etc. Breathtaking views of the beach and resort area from our wrap-around balcony as well as the large floor to ceiling windows. 3 minute walk to beach. We loved being able to sit out on the balcony and watch the waves roll in off the Gulf. Enjoyed eating lunch at The Beach House. The beach is beautiful with it's emerald green / blue water and white sand. Close proximity to entertainment and restaurants. Will certainly go back again.

The pool, hot tub, location to entertainment and short walk to the gulf was exceptional!!

The bathroom door in our unit stuck, was difficult to open and close. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling.

Arrived on Monday the 23 rd around 5:00 pm was given the wrong room had to exchange rooms. it took us until around midnight to get in another room .very unorganized.the first room was like a studio room one bed and a chair in the room

Gorgeous views, great pool, felt safe, awesome property.

We had a maintenance issue with the toilet. And it took many many many calls and texts to get someone to fix it. We had one toilet and it was extremely frustrating. Paid a lot of money to have to place so many calls for such a simple task. The maintenance team was not good at all and needs to be spoken to.

The maintenance man did knock on our door and said there was someone from this room that called about a loose table..I didn’t call for any maintenance!! I feel that should had been fixed before we showed up...that’s why the property had a time when we arrived.

Conveniently located by the beach, near restaurants and shopping. Felt very safe the entire time I was here, and loved the covered parking (garage) especially during inclement weather we had at the start of vacation. Easy check in / out process. Great price for a great quality vacation

2-3 minute walk to the beach

Loud noise in the walls (water pipes I think). No stove, small fridge. Door code was changed before checkout time and we were locked out of the room when we went looking for a cart for our belongings.

The property was close to the beach and other touristic areas.

The room was in a bad shape, dirty with mold in the bathroom and dust all over in the room. Floors were not clean upon arrival. I had to use my sanitized wipes to clean everything around. There was no free wifi as described in the booking. There is no coach for another person to sleep as described in the booking; it was just a small armchair. Also, there is no flat screen TV just a old big box TV. The view from the room was nice, but the interior of the room was dirty and outdated. Overall, disappointed with all the lies they wrote on the website. You have to be more authentic on what you write. The manager was contacted as well as their employees; they said that will get back to me through an e-mail but never received an e-mail with a refund. I send them pictures with all the issues and they said they had to investigate how true these issues were. Are you kidding me? This is a very bad customer service! Very disappointing and frustrating!!!

Room was easy to access and had a pretty view.

Room always had smell of cigarettes,The whole room smelled of cigarette smoke from the day we got there to the day we left. Had to wash my babys clothes twice to get the stench out.

Location was great! Apartment was nicely decorated. Great view from all windows and balcony. Bed was comfortable. Loved the tram to go to the village. Knowing we didn't have to fight construction was a relief.

Tubs, toilets and sink was clean. The floors all thru the apartment were nasty. Had to vacuum all rooms to get rid of sand, lint, dust and hair. Found a used water bottle under the pull out bed and some kind of spill on the floor underneath the coffee table. Food stains on the kitchen walls. I'm glad I took my own disinfect cleaners cause I was very concerned of the time that was supposedly taken to really clean surfaces to keep my family safe. Will I stay there again? Not in that building but maybe a different one.

We liked the location of the Luau and the size of the room. We loved the pool! There are a lot of good restaurants nearby to enjoy. The beds are also very comfortable.

We were concerned with the safety of the room and the cleanliness. The front door and the balcony door of the condo did not lock. (Two inside doors did lock, but this made it difficult for a family to maneuver between the two rooms.) We called and texted Panhandle Getaways multiple times. We were told they would bring us a physical key, but this never happened. Also, the floors of the condo were sandy and filthy. We could not walk around the room without shoes or our feet would be black.
