Oasis amidst the chaos of Siem Reap”

I can't think of a better place to stay in Siem Reap than Lynnaya Urban River Resort. From our initial conversation itself, I knew I'd picked a great place to stay. They offer free airport pickup and, if you require it, also provide tour services for Angkor Wat. Although I didn't avail of the latter, I do appreciate the service since it's extremely efficient to deal with only one company. The restaurant in the hotel is one of the best in the city and although we didn't go to the rooftop seating because we'd been out in the sun all day, I've heard really good things about it. The massage at the spa was really great and very welcome after a very long trip and a lot of walking. As for the rooms, huge, very well designed and really clean. Lynnaya Urban River Resort provides luxury at an exceptional price. The service I can't say enough good things about. Everyone is extra helpful and always ready to provide whatever it is that you need.

I have just returned from a five day holiday in Siem Reap. I stayed at the Lynnaya Urban River Resort. It was quite excellent. Friendly and helpful staff who were very welcoming and most had good English. There was an excellent buffet breakfast each day with an enormous range of food for all tastes. The dinner served on the roof terrace was also very good. The hotel is situated centrally, delightfully furnished and set out around a discreet swimming pool with many tropical plants to enhance the ambiance. The bedrooms were large and uncluttered with television, fridge and safe. I would certainly stay there again and highly recommend it.

Beautiful, tranquil hotel still close to the heart of Siem Reap”

Just returned last week from a phenomenal ten days and nights at the Lynnaya Urban River Resort. The staff here are fantastic, no request is too much trouble and their gorgeous setting with lovely pool and rooftop terrace restaurant make for a lovely base to explore Siem Reap and the surrounding temples. We will definitely be back for our next stay in Siem Reap. Thank you for a great holiday!

Amazing everything - service, staff, food, spa and room(s)!”

We booked 2 nights based on reviews and rates and were blown away! Lynnaya is truly an oasis in Siem Reap and we will definitely return. Highlights: - airport transfer in a/c van w/bottled water and cold cloth - easy check-in w/manager Stephen, who personally took care of us - all hotel staff friendly, polite and professional - always smiling and helpful - location on the river is good - tuk tuks available right outside the hotel - Ratanak was our delightful driver, helpful and polite - we kept him all evening! - rooms were spacious and modern - comfortable beds and linens - rainfall shower with great pressure - amazing breakfast buffet and rooftop bar - all food was fresh and delicious - foot massage was the best we had our whole trip! One hiccup: - On arrival, queen bed was not available due to booking error. Stephen upgraded us to their junior suite the next night plus 30 min foot massage. We were very satisfied with how the hotel fixed this mistake.

Fantastic outstanding Customer Service”

This resort is lovely to look at, with a beautiful pool, however it is the Customer Service which is an absolute stand out! Firstly thank you to Rose who welcomed us at the airport and then made us feel very at home. Secondly an outstanding award to Piseth who also made us feel at home, was a great waiter, bartender and general person who saw to all our needs. These people and all the other staff made this a very happy stay. The food was great and the cocktails were delicious. All in all I highly recommend this to anyone. It is close enough to all the action, however not in the busiest section so it feels more relaxed. Thanks Lynnaya Urban River Resort for making this a great stay. Cheers Sarah

Second Stay”

Well trained staff and management, great pool, great room design hence why I chose to stay again. Also very close to town, but not in the heart of it which means there can be some peace and quiet for some decent rest. Once you step in, it all becomes very peaceful. Very attentive and thoughtful staff, we arrived at Siem Reap early in the morning and despite check-in was after noon, they made immediate arrangements for us to an unbooked room in which we could take a shower and refresh ourselves and us the pool. Great spa services too. Definitely my hotel of choice in Siem Reap and would gladly stay again.

It's a nice stay with Lynnaya Urban River Resort. The location make it easy to anywhere including the new free duty store and night markets. The staff are very helpful and good in English as well.We feel regret is that our late check in request has been rejected. But we can understand.The breakfast is not as fruitful as other good hotels.

Clean and relaxing ”

The hotel is clean and big enough the bed and pillow is comfortable the people overthere are friendly and helpful the breakfast are very good with lots of choice especially fresh fruit and coffee is good they serve different food in different day the hotel is close to the old market around 10-15 min walking distances and not far away from the major sight seeing taking the tuk tuk to old market is 1 usd the people from the hotel will help you to get it no need to negotiate by yourself siem reap is a save country and the food is very nice the price of the food in the hotel is not expensive I will suggest you to have the traditional cake very nice one bad thing should be the shower doesn't work well in the early morning or late at night and the sky bar actually is a bit noisy at night if you have a early trip to see the sun rise it s Better to request the room far away from the sky bar during the time of my stay there is a construction next to the hotel in the early morning around 9:00

I have stayed there many times as well as in other hotels in Siem Reap. I can comment that it is the best hotel and I feel so good staying there. Everything is good including the food and service. They never fail to pick me up from the airport punctually and always there to help me with my luggages. I definitely would go back and stayed there whenever I am in Siem Reap

Great boutique hotel on the river, 10 minute walk from the central Siem Reap. Room was exceptional - much larger than expected. Breakfast was fairly typical buffet mix of Asian and western options. Very friendly staff. Would recommend to others.

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. STAFFS WAS EXCELLENT. WOULD LIKE TO PARTICULARLY GIVE A SHOUT OUT TO PENH PENH, MALAY AND METTA. HE WAS PARTICULARLY HELPFUL. HE HELPED US TO ARRANGE TUK TUK TO ANGKOR WAT AND EVEN GAVE US A FREE UPGRADE OF OUR ROOM TO BUNGALOW TYPE ROOM. THE BREAKFAST WAS PARTICULARLY GOOD ON THE SECOND DAY AS THERE WAS BACON SERVED. PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB GUYS. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN ON MY NEXT TRIP. NO DOUBT. wonderful hotel with fabulous service”

I arrived here with my best friend at 10:00pm and the hotel sent driver to pick us up at airport. we had wonderful experience in this city as well as from Lynaya hotel. we are now in the hotel writting, the internet speed here is also very fast. we checked out on Nov.3 and went to Koh RONG island for 3 days. on Nov.7 We are in siem reap again, the hotel provided us free bath room and swimming pool, that's really nice experience. most of the customers are from western countries.

A resort with good service”

The receptionists were really kind. They helped me to book Tuktuk and taxis. They also helped me to make reservation for my dinner. And they sent me to the airport with no charge! That was sweet! The facilities were also very good. The room was spacious with a massive bed. The pool was a little small though. I would recommend this resort to those who want to go to Siem Reap.

This hotel is just beautiful. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The staff is great. The facilities and swimpool are perfect. The only improvement we could suggest is the spa and massage services that were a bit under our expectations. One of the best stay in Siem Reap. Recommended

Beautiful stay, amazing service ”

I stayed at Lynnaya with my parents (in late 50s) and my partner, for 3 nights in May 2018. We stayed in garden view rooms on the 1st floor and both were huge, light, spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was great with a fantastic shower. Lynnaya organized a couple of great temple tours for us - they have standard routes but I had been before and it was quite hot so we changed the itinerary quite a bit and that was fine. We also got a free foot massage which was needed! Breakfast was a nice buffet, higher quality than most breakfast buffets I've had in the region at similar hotels. The pool was gorgeous, quiet and clean, with a good pool menu for smoothies, snacks etc. We also ate in the palate restaurant on our last night and the food was good value and tasty. Our only complaint was perhaps that the staff were TOO attentive - which is not a bad thing to complain about! They also brought my dad a lovely fruit 'cake' as it was his birthday, which was very sweet.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. They worked with our early arrival after taking the sleeper bus from Siem Reap and assisted with transportation throughout our stay. Room was spacious and the fruit and water appreciated.

Perfect resort in this historical city”

Everything's good about this resort but one thing that really stands out is the consistency in the high standards of service rendered by all staff of this resort. Every staff, from the meet-the-guest assistant at the airport to the front desk receptionist to the restaurant waiting staff as well as the spa receptionist, display professionalism and a sincere attitude towards guests. This high level of consistency is hard to find even at some 5-star international chain hotels. Thumbs up for Lynnaya!

Beautiful hotel with beautiful staffs”

The staffs at Lynnaya really made us feel extremely welcomed once we boarded their hotel van from our bus station. They were informative, helpful and made our four-day stay really comfortable. The breakfast was nice with adequate choice. Location is a little far from the markets but good thing that it was quiet. The shower that makes weird noises (apparently it’s the water pressure that resulted in a pour at 3am)can be improved though. It was a little creepy at first but we got used to it. One thing is the staff at the front was displeased when we told him that we got our own tuk tuk. Anyways, we will choose them again if we happen to go back.
